脑室外持续引流尿激酶灌洗术治疗脑室内出血

目的:探讨脑室外持续引流尿激酶灌洗术治疗脑室内出血的疗效。方法:52例经头部CT诊断明确的脑室内出血病人,采用在手术室侧脑室额角穿刺,留置引流管,与脑室外引流装置连接,每次注入沈阳光大药业公司生产的2万U尿激酶,每日3次~4次。结果:除7例因病情较重引起并发症而死亡外,余45例病人中良好33例,中残12例,其中有9例病人已重返工作岗位。结论:对于一些重型脑室出血病人,本疗法是一种非常有效的新治疗方法,并可使病人的脑损害程度降低到最低限度,使病人愈后达到最佳状态。

Method 52 patients with ventricle bleeding punctured through side-ventricle frontal eminence, remaining the con-duction-pipe and connecting the conduction equipments outside the ventricle, and infused 20000u Urokinase, which is produced byShenyang Guangda medicine company, 3-4times per day. Results Patients died of severity complication, 33 patients good, 12 patientsremannent, 9 of the 45 patients alive can go back to work. Conclusion The therapeutics is a new effective method for some severity ven-tricle bleeding patients.
