硫酸镁与硫酸镁联合硝苯地平控释片治疗妊高征的临床效果对比

目的分析硫酸镁与硫酸镁联合硝苯地平控释片治疗妊高征的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年7月~2013年7月收治的86例妊高征患者作为研究对象,按照就诊时间将其分为A组（44例）与B组（42例）,A组采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,B组采用硫酸镁治疗,比较两组的疗效及相关临床指标。结果 A组的总有效率为95.5%,B组的总有效率为85.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组治疗后的24 h尿蛋白定量、血黏度、血细胞比容、S/D及RI均低于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平控释片治疗妊高征的效果明显,无严重副作用,具有显著的有效性与安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect comparison of magnesium sulfate and magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To analysis clinical effect of magnesium sulfate and magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 86 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were selected as research object and divided into group A（44 cases）and group B（42 cases）according to the time to hospital.Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets were used in group A,magnesium sulfate was used in group B.Therapeutic effect and clinical indicators in two groups was compared respectively.Results Total effective rate of group A was 95.5%,total effective rate of group B was 85.7%,with statistical difference（P0.05）.24 hours urinary protein quantity,blood viscosity,hematocrit,S/D and RI index in group A was lower than that in group B respectively,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension is significantly,no severe side effect,has significant efficacy and safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
