早期康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响

目的探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法选取本院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机均为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予早期康复护理。比较两组患者护理前后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、总有效率。结果护理前,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer、BI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组的评分均明显高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理可有效促进脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能恢复,有利于提高其生活质量。

Influence of early rehabilitation nursing on the limb function recovery of patients with stroke

Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on the limb function recovery of patients with stroke. Methods 60 cases with stroke and hemiplegia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （n=30） and the observation group （n=30）.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The Fugl-Meyer score,Barthelindex （BI） score before and after nursing and total effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results Fugl-Meyer score and BI score of the two groups before nursing had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）,after nursing,the score of the two groups were significantly higher than that before nursing（P〈0.05）,and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）;The total effective rate of the observation group （93.3%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （60.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients stroke and hemiplegia can effectively promote the recovery of limb function and is beneficial to improve life quality of patients.
