奥美拉唑和泮托拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的成本-效果观察

目的探讨奥美拉唑和泮托拉唑在反流性食管炎中的成本-效果。方法选择本院80例反流性食管炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予奥美拉唑,对照组给予泮托拉唑。评定两组的治疗效果,计算两组的成本-效果。结果观察组的总有效率为95.0%,对照组的总有效率为97.5%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组的成本为128元,对照组的成本为152元,观察组成本-效果为134.7,对照组成本-效果为155.8。结论奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎效果显著,所需治疗成本低,值得借鉴。

Observation of the cost effectiveness of omeprazole and pantoprazole on reflux esophagitis

Objective To explore the cost-effectiveness of omeprazole and pantoprazole on reflux esophagitis.Methods 80 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were selected and randomly divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The observation group was given omeprazole,the control group was given pantoprazole.The therapeutic effect in two groups was evaluated,the cost-effectiveness in the two groups was calculated.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,the total effective rate in the control group was 97.5%,there was no statistical difference between two groups（P0.05）.The cost in the observation group was 128 yuan,the cost in the control group was 152 yuan,the cost-effectiveness in the observation group was 134.7,the cost-effectiveness in the control group was 155.8.Conclusion Omeprazole on reflux esophagitis has significant effect,and the treatment cost is low,the therapy is worth learning.
