| 摘 要： | 妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）的药物治疗目标是缓解瘙痒症状,降低血清总胆汁酸水平,改善肝功能,从而延长孕周和降低不良妊娠结局。临床主要治疗ICP的药物有熊去氧胆酸、腺苷蛋氨酸、地塞米松、多烯磷脂酰胆碱、低分子肝素、考来烯胺和中药等。本文对ICP的药物治疗研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Drug therapy for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP） is directed toward relieving pruritus,lowering the serum total bile acid levels（TBA） and improving liver function,thus prolong the pregnancy period and decrease rates of adverse pregnancy outcomes.The main drugs for ICP are ursodeoxycholic acid,S-adenosyl-methionine,dexam-ethasone,polyene phosphatidyl choline,low molecular weight heparin,cholestyramine and chinese traditional medicine, etc.In this paper,the study of drug therapy for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy was reviewed. |
