冷疗气垫在预防不稳定骨盆骨折压疮中的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨冷疗气垫在预防不稳定骨盆骨折压疮中的应用效果。方法将64例不稳定骨盆骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予气垫床预防压疮,观察组给予冷疗气垫疗法,观察两组患者压疮发生率。结果观察组患者压疮发生率为0,明显低于对照组的28.13%(P〈0.01);观察组皮肤潮湿、灼热发生率为3.13%和6.25%,均明显低于对照组的75.00%和84.38%(P〈0.01)。结论冷疗气垫法可预防不稳定骨盆骨折压疮的发生,且可减轻长期卧床带来的皮肤不适症状。

Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of cold therapy cushion in preventing pressure sores of unstable pelvic fracture.Methods The 64 cases of patients with unstable pelvic fracture were equally divided into the control and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with cushion precautions and cold therapy cushions respectively.Incidence of pressure sores among both groups was observed.Results The incidence of pressure sores was 0 in observation group,rather lower than 28.13% in control group(P0.01).The incidence of skin glow and moisture was 3.13% and 6.25% for the observation group,visibly lower than 75.00% and 84.38% for the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The cold therapy cushion can prevent the pressure sores of unstable pelvic fracture,and mitigate skin irritation due to long period of staying in bed.
