布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的效果分析

目的探讨吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液佐治毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法将78例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用止咳祛痰、平喘、吸氧、镇静及抗病毒等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗。比较两组的疗效、喘憋缓解时间、喘鸣音消失时间和肺部湿啰音消失时间。结果观察组的总有效率为82.5%,高于对照组的57.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的喘憋缓解时间、喘鸣音消失时间和肺部湿啰音消失时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组用药后均无严重副反应。结论吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗毛细支气管炎的效果明显。

Effect analysis of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with compound ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis

Objective To study clinical effect of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with compound ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods 78 children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional treatment of resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,oxygen inhalation,sedation and antiviral drug were applied to control group,on this basis,budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with compound ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation group were used in observation group.Effect,asthma remission time,wheezing disappearance time and lung wet rales disappearance time was compared in two goups respectively.Results Total effective rate in observation group was 82.5%,higher than that in control group（57.9%）,with statistical difference（P0.05）.The asthma remission time,wheezing disappearance time and lung wet rales disappearance time was compared in two goups respectively,with statistical difference（P0.05）.There were no serious side effect after treatment in two groups.Conclusion Budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with compound ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis has obvious efficacy.
