艾司西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的临床研究

目的探讨艾司西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的临床效果及不良反应。方法将120例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组60例，分别给予艾司西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗、艾司西酞普兰并安慰剂治疗，共治疗8周，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后两组HAMD、HAMA评分均显著降低，前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗第2、4、6、8周研究组HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论艾司西酞普兰合并丁螺环酮治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症能明显增强总体疗效，且不增加不良反应。

Clinical effect of escitalopram combined with buspirone in treatment of depression with somatic symptoms

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of escitalopram combined with buspirone in treatment of depression with somatic symptoms. Methods 120 patients with depression were divided into study group and control group randomly,60 cases in each group,study group was treated with escitalopram combined with buspirone, and control group was only given escitalopram and placebo,treatment course was total of 8 weeks,the efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated with Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD）, Hamilton anxiety rating scale （HAMA）, and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results After treatment, HAMD, HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, After 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks treatment, the HAMD, HAMA score of study group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）,adverse reactions of two groups was not signifi- cantly different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Escitalopram combined with buspirone in treatment of depression with somatic symptoms can enhance the overall curative effect, and no enhance adverse reaction.
