| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对腹部手术患者康复的影响.方法 将142例腹部手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各71例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予针对性的护理干预措施,观察两组患者的康复情况.结果 观察组术后SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,术后24、48 h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,术后排气时间、下床时间、切口愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 积极有效的护理干预措施可促进腹部手术患者康复.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on the recovery of patients from the abdominal surgery. Methods 142 patients with abdominal surgery were equally divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally given the targeted nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing.Recoveries in the two groups were observed. Results The SAS and SDS score in the observation group were visibly lower than that in the control group after the surgery,the VAS in the observation group was visibly lower than that in the control group after 24,48 hours surgery,the observation group was also shorter than that in the control group after the surgery in terms of exhaust time,the time of getting out of bed, wound healing time and the hospitalization time （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Proactive and effective nursing intervention measures can promote the recovery of patients from the abdominal surgery. |
