强化阿托伐他汀钙对脑梗死患者C反应蛋白的影响

目的观察强化阿托伐他汀钙对脑梗死患者C反应蛋白（CRP）的影响。方法将2011年8月~2012年8月本院收治的198例脑梗死患者随机分为3组,A组持续服用阿托伐他汀钙40 mg/d,B组采用阿托伐他汀钙40 mg/d治疗3个月后行常规治疗,C组采用常规治疗,比较3组治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12个月的CRP水平及心脑血管事件发生率。结果 A、B组治疗后的CRP均降低,且明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3组的心脑血管事件发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙强化治疗脑梗死,可降低CRP水平,并有效改善患者的预后。

Influence of atorvastatin calcium intensive treatment on C reactive protein in patient with cerebral infarction

Objective To observe influence of atorvastatin calcium intensive treatment on C reactive protein in patient with cerebral infarction.Methods 198 patients with cerebral infarction from August 2011 to August 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups,atorvastatin calcium 40 mg/d was used in group A continuously,atorvastatin calcium 40 mg/d was used in group B the first three months and than conventional treatment was used,conventional treatment was used in group C.CRP before treatment and after treatment of 1,3,6,12 months and incidence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular event in three groups was compared respectively.Results After treatment,CRP in group A and group B decreased,that of group A and group B was obviously lower than that of group C respectively,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Incidence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular event in three groups was compared,with statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium intensive treatment applied to cerebral infarction can significantly reduce CRP level and effectively improve prognosis of patient.
