| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸法舒地尔治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的效果。方法将96例慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各48例，分别在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔和酚妥拉明治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91．67％；明显高于对照组的72．92％（P〈0．05）；观察组患者治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原含量均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论盐酸法舒地尔可降低慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者的血液黏度，提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fasudil hydrochloride in treatment of heart failure of chronic cor pulmonale.Methods 96 cases of chronic cot pulmonale were equally divided into the observation group and control group.Both groups received the traditional treatment.In addition,they were treated with fasudil hydrochlofide and phen- tolamine respectively.Clinical effect of two groups were observed.Results The total efficiency rate was 91.67% in the observation group, visibly higher than 72.92% in the control group （P〈0.05）. And the observation group was lower than the control group in terms of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels after treatment（P〈0.05）.Con- clusion The fasudil hydrochloride can reduce the blood viscosity of chronic cor pulmonale sufferers and improve the clinical effect. |
