前额部选择性双层分离除皱术

该技术的基本观点是一次性地切除前额部多余组织，但分两层治疗。其浅层含有皮肤和部分脂肪层，深层包括部分脂肪和肌层。未分离骨膜层。切除皱眉肌，切断额肌。避免损伤血管神经束。分别拉紧、切除两层的多余组织并缝合。手术结果完全展平了前额皱纹。

The basic point of this techingae is to rmove the surplus forchead soft tissue uniforrmly intwo seperate layers.The superficial layer contains the skin and a part of the fat layer,the deeper layer includes part of fat and the muscle layer.The periosteum is not interfered,while carefully avoiding bloodvessel and nerve boundles injuries,surgically remove the corrugater supercili muscle and sever thefrontal muscle. Resect the redundent tissues of the two nalves of the two layers,suture them togetherunder appropriate tension. The reslut of the operation is a very complete removal of wrinkes much moreperfect than that achieved by single layer operation.
