Epidermoid cyst of the conus medullaris: atypical MRI and angiographic features |

| Abstract: | We report a 50-year-old man with an epidermoid cyst of the conus medullaris which showed a nodular gadolinium enhancement on MRI and a blush on angiography. These radiological features are compared with pathological examination. |
