采用Mimics对心脏进行三维重构,用3-matic进行模型优化以及模型误差分析,对左心室室壁运动做速度分布假设,基于UDF宏文件对左心室室壁运动编写程序,将血液视为非牛顿流体,采用动网格技术研究不同血压对左心室血液流动的影响。模拟发现当左心室收缩时,压力梯度明显,内部压力减小。当左心室舒张时,内部压力逐渐增高。二尖瓣口处的速率先增大后减小。血压升高,左心室内剪切应力持续增大,极易破坏红细胞结构,产生溶血现象,导致心脏功能紊乱。  相似文献

Nearby grid cells have been observed to express a remarkable degree of long‐range order, which is often idealized as extending potentially to infinity. Yet their strict periodic firing and ensemble coherence are theoretically possible only in flat environments, much unlike the burrows which rodents usually live in. Are the symmetrical, coherent grid maps inferred in the lab relevant to chart their way in their natural habitat? We consider spheres as simple models of curved environments and waiting for the appropriate experiments to be performed, we use our adaptation model to predict what grid maps would emerge in a network with the same type of recurrent connections, which on the plane produce coherence among the units. We find that on the sphere such connections distort the maps that single grid units would express on their own, and aggregate them into clusters. When remapping to a different spherical environment, units in each cluster maintain only partial coherence, similar to what is observed in disordered materials, such as spin glasses.  相似文献

Grid cells in medial entorhinal cortex are notoriously variable in their responses, despite the striking hexagonal arrangement of their spatial firing fields. Indeed, when the animal moves through a firing field, grid cells often fire much more vigorously than predicted or do not fire at all. The source of this trial‐to‐trial variability is not completely understood. By analyzing grid‐cell spike trains from mice running in open arenas and on linear tracks, we characterize the phenomenon of “missed” firing fields using the statistical theory of zero inflation. We find that one major cause of grid‐cell variability lies in the spatial representation itself: firing fields are not as strongly anchored to spatial location as the averaged grid suggests. In addition, grid fields from different cells drift together from trial to trial, regardless of whether the environment is real or virtual, or whether the animal moves in light or darkness. Spatial realignment across trials sharpens the grid representation, yielding firing fields that are more pronounced and significantly narrower. These findings indicate that ensembles of grid cells encode relative position more reliably than absolute position.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose some effective one- and two-level domain decomposition preconditioners for elastic crack problems modeled by extended finite element method. To construct the preconditioners, the physical domain is decomposed into the "crack tip" subdomain, which contains all the degrees of freedom (dofs) of the branch enrichment functions, and the "regular" subdomains, which contain the standard dofs and the dofs of the Heaviside enrichment function. In the one-level additive Schwarz and restricted additive Schwarz preconditioners, the "crack tip" subproblem is solved directly and the "regular" subproblems are solved by some inexact solvers, such as ILU. In the two-level domain decomposition preconditioners, traditional interpolations between the coarse and the fine meshes destroy the good convergence property. Therefore, we propose an unconventional approach in which the coarse mesh is exactly the same as the fine mesh along the crack line, and adopt the technique of a non-matching grid interpolation between the fine and the coarse meshes. Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the two-level domain decomposition preconditioners applied to elastic crack problems.  相似文献

目的:利用近红外漫反射光谱(NIRS)法,结合主成分分析(PCA)和支持向量机(SVM)联用算法,建立6种树脂及其他类中药安息香(Benzoinum),琥珀(Succinum),没药(Myrrha),乳香(Olibanum),松香(Colophonium),天竺黄(Bambusaen Concretio Silicea)的NIR模式识别模型,用于该6味中药的快速鉴别。方法:收集上述6种中药样品,经性状鉴别和理化分析确定正品药材55批,粉碎成均匀粉末,在4 000~12 000 cm~(-1)光谱区,采集各样品粉末的NIR光谱,选取特征谱段9 000~5 400,5 000~4 000 cm~(-1)为建模谱段,分别采用矢量归一化法(vector normalization,VN),一阶导数法(first derivative,FD),二阶导数法(second derivative,SD)3种不同光谱预处理方法进行预处理并分别进行PCA降维。根据主成分空间散点图,优选最佳预处理方法。利用最佳预处理方法处理后光谱的PCA降维数据,建立SVM模式识别模型,SVM模型参数c和g采用网格搜索法结合五折交叉验证进行寻优。对比不同主成分数所建PCA-SVM模型的预测准确率,确定最佳的主成分数,最终建立6种中药NIR快速鉴别模型。结果:在9 000~5 400,5 000~4 000 cm~(-1)建模谱段,确定最佳光谱预处理方法为SD,SD预处理光谱PCA降维后,确定最佳主成分数为3个,累计贡献率达93.57%。经网格搜索法确定最佳SVM建模参数组为c=65 536,g=512。所建PCA-SVM模型对训练集和验证集样品预测正确率均达100%,模型五折交叉验证准确率亦达100%。结论:所建的6种中药NIR光谱PCA-SVM鉴别模型,预测准确率高,模型预测能力强,结合NIRS技术无损、快速的优点,该模型可用于上述6种中药的无损、快速鉴别。  相似文献

Introduction

This study aimed to introduce a novel method using cone-beam computed tomographic (CBCT) imaging and prefabricated grids to guide apical access during endodontic microsurgery and to compare its accuracy with that of the nonguided method.

Methods

Forty-two roots from human cadaver jaws were selected. Twenty-one were randomly assigned to the experimental group (grid based) and their contralateral counterparts to the control group (nonguided). Preoperative CBCT images were used to design a drill path that intended to reach the palatal/lingual aspect of the roots without attempting to complete the osteotomy or to resect the entire root end. In the experimental group, prefabricated metal grids used during imaging and surgery acted as a reference in the design and drilling. Postoperative CBCT volumes were superimposed on the preoperative volumes, and the distances between the actual drill paths and the target points were measured. A dichotomized outcome of success versus failure was also recorded and compared. Statistical analysis was performed using the paired t test and Fisher exact test.

Results

The mean deviation of the drill paths from the target points was 0.66 mm ± 0.54 mm (mean ± standard deviation) for grid-based drilling and 1.92 mm ± 1.05 mm (mean ± standard deviation) for nonguided drilling (P < .001). Grid-based drilling was on average 1.27 mm (95% confidence interval, 0.81–1.72 mm) closer to the target point than nonguided drilling. The probability of successful drilling was also significantly higher with grids than without grids (P = .02).

Conclusions

The proposed method of guided osteotomy and root-end resection using prefabricated grids was more accurate than the nonguided method.  相似文献

We recently demonstrated that position in visual space is represented by grid cells in the primate entorhinal cortex (EC), suggesting that visual exploration of complex scenes in primates may employ signaling mechanisms similar to those used during exploration of physical space via movement in rodents. Here, we describe a group of saccade direction (SD) cells that encode eye movement information in the monkey EC during free-viewing of complex images. Significant saccade direction encoding was found in 20% of the cells recorded in the posterior EC. SD cells were generally broadly tuned and two largely separate populations of SD cells encoded future and previous saccade direction. Some properties of these cells resemble those of head-direction cells in rodent EC, suggesting that the same neural circuitry may be capable of performing homologous spatial computations under different exploratory contexts.In visual exploration, the direction of saccadic eye movements carries important information about past and future gaze location. This information might be useful for optimal exploration of visual scenes and for memory processes that use information about spatial relationships. Encoding through ensembles of grid cells that represent gaze location (1) and saccade direction (SD) cells that represent gaze movement could provide the spatial information necessary to associate visual content with relative locations in visual space. Grid cells may provide location information, whereas SD cells may provide information about the relative ordering in space of viewed parts of the scene.In rodents, head-direction cells have been defined as cells with an allocentric heading preference when the animal is within a particular environment (2). Identified first in the postsubiculum (3) and then in the thalamus (4, 5) and the entorhinal cortex (EC) (6), head-direction cells are considered an essential component of the rodent spatial navigation system. In primates, we are aware of one report of four head-direction cells identified in the macaque presubiculum (7) and two reports of activity in the human EC related to the direction of virtual movement (8, 9). Many studies have examined neuronal responses related to eye movement direction signals in head-fixed monkeys, most often with saccades to a limited number of locations (10, 11), and recently in more natural contexts (12). However, directional encoding has remained largely unexamined in primate medial temporal lobe structures, and the relationship between neuronal activity and saccade direction in the EC has not previously been examined in a free-viewing exploratory context. Because we recently identified spatial signals in the primate EC during visual exploration (i.e., visual border cells and grid cells), we reasoned that saccadic eye movement trajectories in primates might also be represented in the EC.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Frailty is prevalent among community-dwelling older adults. Community physical and occupational therapists provide at-home care to older adults, yet little is known about their ability to identify frailty, specifically the early development (pre-frailty). Objectives: To explore therapists’ perspectives on frailty, and develop a definition of how they view and manage frailty in their practice. Eleven therapists (17.3 ± 12.0 years of experience) completed repertory grid-guided interviews. Principal component analysis identified relationships in data and highlighted themes, and constant comparative analysis built upon emerging themes. Therapists recognized frailty as self-imposed isolation due to reduced motivation, lack of safe judgment, and declining physical fitness resulting in functional dependence. Therapists’ image of frailty included deterioration of physical, mental, and social capacities, leading to an inability to thrive. Therapists recognized that the underlying comorbidities contributed to the unique expression of frailty within individual clients. Therapists’ distinct perspectives of frailty add to current proposed definitions by establishing early identifiers to enable an effective and useable definition of “what is frail?”  相似文献
