背景 近年来,人工智能(AI)在医学领域发展迅速,在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中的应用范围不断扩展。目的 通过文献计量分析总结AI在DR领域的应用情况,阐明AI在DR领域相关研究的现状、热点和新兴趋势,以期为未来的研究提供思路。方法 以Web of Science数据库为来源,检索建库至2022-11-04的AI应用于DR领域的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行发文量、国家、机构、作者、共被引和关键词的文献计量学分析。结果共获得1 770篇文献,2011年1月至2022年11月发文量总体呈上升趋势,2021年发文量达峰值(402篇)。中国是发文量(440篇)位居第1的国家,英国为中心性(0.26)最高的国家。机构合作网络图谱共纳入436家机构,以中山大学和首都医科大学为代表。作者合作网络图谱共纳入601位作者,以JIA Y L和HWANG T为代表。GULSHAN V、ABRàMOFF M D与TING D W 3位高被引作者对该领域做出了重要贡献。Ophthalmology、Invest Ophth Vis Sci和Ieee T Med Imaging是AI应用于DR领...  相似文献

目的 分析国内良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)相关研究的发展历程,总结研究的特征和热点,为今后对该病的研究提供依据和方向.方法 应用计算机检索中国知网、维普"中文科技期刊数据库"、万方数据库中2015年以前国内关于BPPV研究的相关文献,通过文献计量方法和可视化方法分析文献的时间分布、期刊分布、高产作者分布、研究机构分布、高频主题词以及研究热点分布.结果 自1981年到2015年共检索到国内关于BPPV研究的文献922篇(共2021位作者,涉及研究机构309所),发表于297种期刊上,文献数量整体呈逐步上升趋势,期刊分布较广;核心期刊群尚未完全形成,排名前13种期刊(4.38%,13/297)共发表相关论文292篇(31.67%,292/922),主要发文期刊相对较集中;排名前17位的作者共发表文献222篇(24.08%,222/922),排名前12位的研究机构共发表文献137篇(14.86%,137/922);高产作者大多属于高产机构;通过对主题词的分析发现,BPPV的研究集中在发病机制、诊断方法、治疗手法等方面,近几年出现了一些新的方向,如:药物治疗和手法治疗的对比分析研究,突发性聋、梅尼埃病等继发性BPPV的研究.结论 我国关于BPPV的研究逐渐深入,继发于突发性聋、梅尼埃病等的继发性BPPV将会成为研究的新重点.  相似文献

目的 分析湖北地区在中文眼科期刊刊出基金论文情况,揭示该地区在眼科领域基金资助论文特点及研究动态.方法 2001-2010年出版的《中华眼科杂志》等11种眼科期刊,采用文献计量法对湖北眼科基金资助项目、基金资助论文产出量、研究内容、研究方向、文献类型等进行统计分析.结果 湖北地区10年间共获得国家自然科学基金及省、部级等基金资助项目142项.在11种眼科期刊发表基金论文率4.67%(134/28698),其中国家级占29.85%,省部级占67.16%.2006-2010年获国家级基金资助项目数较2001-2005年增长2.55倍;同期省部级资助项目增长1.97倍.基金资助论文2006-2010年发文量较2001-2005年增长2.19倍.论文所涉及研究专业集中在视网膜、角膜、青光眼、晶状体或白内障.应用及应用基础性文献占43.28%,探讨发病原因及机制论文占30.60%.结论 从一个侧面反映眼科基金论文研究热点,为眼科医学科研人员和眼科医生选择研究方向、撰写论文提供参考.应进一步加强临床研究、连续性深入研究及多学科交叉研究.  相似文献

Background and aimsThere is a large body of research focused on various aspects related to Ramadan intermittent fasting (RIF) and human health and disease. This study aimed to quantify the bibliometric data of RIF medical research over the past seven decades and explore these variables qualitatively via text mining analysis.MethodsWe used the Scopus search engine to identify published articles related to RIF from inception to December 31, 2021. All types of research articles were included. Scientometric and bibliometric measures were determined using Excel, Biblioshiny, and VOSviewer. This study proposed a bibliometric and text mining method to qualitatively and quantitatively recognize the RIF research trend.ResultsThe Scopus search returned 1915 relevant articles. Most citations pertained to publications from the last two decades, and most publications were original research articles. These publications had received around 27,000 citations, and the 20 most prolific publishing journals had an average h-index of 112.25. More than one-third of all medical publications were in open-access journals. There was a 13-fold increase in medical research on RIF over the past few decades. We identified the 10 most prolific publishing countries, institutes, journals, and authors. We also identified five scientific hotspots of RIF scientific literature, which were: diabetes, metabolic health, public health, physiology, and maternity.ConclusionThis is the first comprehensive bibliometric analysis of medical research related to RIF. The research gaps identified will shape future research directions and foster collaborative research activities toward enhanced medical nutrition research revolving around RIF.  相似文献

BACKGROUNDIrritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder. Dysregulation of the gut–brain axis plays a central role in the pathophysiology of IBS. It is increasingly clear that the microbiome plays a key role in the development and normal functioning of the gut–brain axis.AIMTo facilitate the identification of specific areas of focus that may be of relevance to future research. This study represents a bibliometric analysis of the literature pertaining to the microbiome in IBS to understand the development of this field. METHODSThe data used in our bibliometric analysis were retrieved from the Scopus database. The terms related to IBS and microbiome were searched in titles or abstracts within the period of 2000–2019. VOSviewer software was used for data visualization. RESULTSA total of 13055 documents related to IBS were retrieved at the global level. There were 1872 scientific publications focused on the microbiome in IBS. There was a strong positive correlation between publication productivity related to IBS in all fields and productivity related to the microbiome in IBS (r = 0.951, P < 0.001). The United States was the most prolific country with 449 (24%) publications, followed by the United Kingdom (n = 176, 9.4%), China (n = 154, 8.2%), and Italy (n = 151, 8.1%). The h-index for all retrieved publications related to the microbiome in IBS was 138. The hot topics were stratified into four clusters: (1) The gut–brain axis related to IBS; (2) Clinical trials related to IBS and the microbiome; (3) Drug-mediated manipulation of the gut microbiome; and (4) The role of the altered composition of intestinal microbiota in IBS prevention. CONCLUSIONThis is the first study to evaluate and quantify global research productivity pertaining to the microbiome in IBS. The number of publications regarding the gut microbiota in IBS has continuously grown since 2013. This finding suggests that the future outlook for interventions targeting the gut microbiota in IBS remains promising.  相似文献

Bibliometric indicators have been devised to quantify scientific production and to try to evaluate its impact in the community. In general, bibliometric indicators can be classified according to whether the unit of analysis is the author (individual or group) or journal. The most widely used indicators for authors are those that measure an individual author's production, such as the Crown index or the h-index and its derivatives (e-index, h5-index, and the absolute or Ab-index, among others). The bibliometric indicators devised to try to evaluate journal quality are associated with Journal Citation Reports (e.g., impact factor, field-weighted citation impact, Eigenfactor, and article influence) or with Scopus (Scimago Journal Rank (SJR), source normalized impact per paper (SNIP), and CiteScore). This article describes the main bibliometric indicators, explains how they are calculated, and discusses their advantages and limitations.  相似文献

This work aims to provide a comprehensive study of the available research information on pesticide residues in honey through literature analysis. The research advancements within this research field from 1948 to 2019 are addressed using the Web of Science database. The results from the 685 articles analyzed indicate that this research field is in the focus of interest nowadays (Price index: 47.5%). The yearly production increased steadily from 2001 on, and authors, journals, and institutions followed Lotka’s law. On the other hand, Pico, Y (Spain) (2.5%), Journal of Chromatography A (5.8%), the USA (15.0%) and Agricultural Research Service (USA) (4.0%) were the most productive author, journal, country and institution, respectively. The research hotspots of this field, according to keyword analysis, are related to the chromatographic techniques for the determination of pesticides such as imidacloprid, neonicotinoids, or coumaphos in honey and derivate products such as propolis and wax.  相似文献
