对讲机微波辐射对作业人员心脑功能影响的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的探讨对讲机(TPR)微波辐射对人心脑功能的影响.方法随机选择145例男性使用TPR者(接触组)进行心电图(ECG)、脑血流图(REG)、血清心肌5酶谱测定和工作位置微波辐射测定.另选择60例不使用TPR和手机的男性健康者作为对照组.结果接触组ECG总异常率、窦性心动过缓和窦性心律不齐的检出率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),高剂量组ECG总异常率较低剂量组增高(P<0.01).接触组REG总异常率、转折波的检出率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05).高剂量组REG总异常率、转折波检出率均显著高于低剂量组(P<0.01或P<0.05).接触组肌酸激酶(CK)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论长期接触TPR微波辐射可引致作业人员神经衰弱综合征,ECG的窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐和REG的转折波等改变,可能造成潜在健康危害,应注意做好防护工作.  相似文献

目的探讨心宝丸联合米力农治疗终末期心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月—2019年3月延安大学附属医院收治的96例终末期心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组静脉滴注米力农注射液,负荷量50μg/kg,缓慢静脉注射(10 min);继以0.50μg/(kg?min)静脉点滴维持,每日最大剂量不超过1.13 mg/kg。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服心宝丸,6丸/次,3次/d。两组均连续治疗5d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后心功能指标、血流动力学指标、血清学指标和中性粒细胞(NEUT)与淋巴细胞(LYM)比值(NLR)的变化情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是77.1%、91.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组左心室收缩、舒张末期内径(LVESD和LVEDD)值均显著小于治疗前,而左室射血分数(LVEF)值均显著增高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组LVESD、LVEDD值低于对照组,而LVEF高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组每搏输出量(SV)、心脏收缩力指数(HI)均较治疗前显著增加,而舒张功能指数(O/C)、肺动脉楔压(PAWP)、总外周阻力(TPR)均显著减小,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组SV、HI值高于对照组,而O/C、PAWP、TPR值低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组血清B型利钠肽(BNP)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(s ST2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、外周血NLR均较治疗前显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清学指标和NLR均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论心宝丸联合米力农治疗终末期心力衰竭具有较好的临床疗效,有助于逆转患者心室重塑,增强心脏功能,改善血流动力学状态,减轻机体炎症反应,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。  相似文献

The region between the DNA-binding domain and the ligand-binding domain of nuclear receptors is termed the hinge region. Although this flexible linker is poorly conserved, diverse functions have been ascribed to it. For the androgen receptor (AR), the hinge region and in particular the (629)RKLKKL(634) motif, plays a central role in controlling AR activity, not only because it acts as the main part of the nuclear translocation signal, but also because it regulates the transactivation potential and intranuclear mobility of the receptor. It is also a target site for acetylation, ubiquitylation and methylation. The interplay between these different modifications as well as the phosphorylation at serine 650 will be discussed here. The hinge also has an important function in AR binding to classical versus selective androgen response elements. In addition, the number of coactivators/corepressors that might act via interaction with the hinge region is still growing. The importance of the hinge region is further illustrated by the different somatic mutations described in patients with androgen insensitivity syndrome and prostate cancer. In conclusion, the hinge region serves as an integrator for signals coming from different pathways that provide feedback to the control of AR activity.  相似文献

Background: Community Based and Tribally Based Participatory Research (CBPR/TPR) are approaches that can be successful for developing ethical and effective research partnerships between academic institutions and Tribes and Native organizations. Objectives: The NIDA Clinical Trials Network funded a multi-site, exploratory study using CBPR/TPR to begin to better understand substance abuse issues of concern to some Tribes and Native organizations as well as strengths and resources that exist in these communities to address these concerns. Attention was paid to the development and maintenance of research partnerships in each of the sites. Methods: Each of the five partnerships is briefly described and common as well as unique challenges and successes are identified. Results: A summary of the common themes for developing these collaborative research efforts is provided. Conclusion: True, collaborative research partnerships require a great deal of time and effort in order to develop mutual trust, understanding, knowledge, and collaboration that will guide research that is rigorous as well as ethical, effective, and culturally appropriate. Scientific Significance: As AIAN communities become increasingly sophisticated partners in, and consumers of, research, CBPR and TPR are emerging as effective, ethical, culturally appropriate, and acceptable approaches. This can serve to improve the science we engage in with AIAN communities, add to the scarce literature regarding AIAN communities, and better serve AIAN communities in addressing health disparities and improving health.  相似文献

目的探寻本实验室筛选出的与不孕症相关的人睾丸特异表达基因HSD-3.8(GenBank接收号为AF311312,国际上命名为精子相关抗原1)编码蛋白质的作用配体,揭示其参与受精过程的机制。方法采用酵母双杂交体系,构建含有HSD-3.8基因部分序列(HSD-0.7)的诱饵质粒,筛选人卵巢cDNA文库。在获得阳性克隆后,根据蛋白质结构分析并结合PCR方法重新构建一系列缺失体,在酵母体内验证它们与被捕获的蛋白因子之间的结合。结果酵母双杂交实验获得一阳性克隆,其编码氨基酸与人G蛋白β1亚基羧基端的144个氨基酸同源性为100%。所构建的几种诱饵蛋白缺失体在酵母体内均不能与该捕获的蛋白因子相互作用。结论HSD-3.8编码蛋白质片段HSD-0.7可能通过G蛋白信号转导途径在受精过程中发挥功能,与G蛋白β1亚基的结合有赖于其结构的完整。  相似文献

Background/aims

The Nuss procedure is the most commonly performed operation to correct pectus excavatum (PE). Thoracoscopic assistance has been anecdotally noted to improve the safety of this operative approach. This study aimed to compare complications and clinical outcomes before and after the introduction of thoracoscopy in a single-center.

Methods

A retrospective review was performed of all patients who underwent the Nuss procedure at The Royal Children's Hospital over an 11-year period (2005–2015), collecting data on all intra-operative and post-operative outcomes.

Results

A total of 217 Nuss procedures were performed (122 non-thoracoscopic pectus repairs, 95 thoracoscopic pectus repairs). Median patient age was 14.9 years, with the majority male (185/217, 84.3%). Patient demographics (age, gender, defect severity) and postoperative recovery were comparable between the two groups. Major complications included cardiac arrest requiring internal cardiac massage, hemothorax, pneumothorax, empyema, bar displacement and infection. The overall major complication rate was low (19/217, 8.8%); however, there was a significant reduction in major complications in the thoracoscopic pectus repair group (13.1% versus 3.2%, p = 0.02).

Conclusions

Thoracoscopic vision during the Nuss procedure reduces the risk of major complications.

Aim of the study

To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of total flavone extracts from Puerariae Radix (FEPR). To explore the hemodynamic profiles and pertinent mechanism of the extracts.

Materials and methods

Acute and chronic antihypertensive effects of FEPR were examined in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHRs) and reno-hypertensive rats (two kidneys one clip model, 2K1C). Anesthetized dogs were used to evaluate the hemodynamic effects of FEPR. The determination of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity in vitro and plasma renin activity (PRA) and endothelin (ET) in vivo were used to study the pilot mechanism of FEPR. Moreover, the toxicity study of FEPR was evaluated.

Results

FEPR (100, 200 and 400 mg/kg, i.v.) notably reduced the blood pressure of SHRs in a short time period. A two-week administration of FEPR (45, 90 and 180 mg/kg, p.o.) decreased the blood pressure of both 2K1C rats and SHRs. The results of hemodynamic study in anesthetized dogs showed that, left ventricular end systolic pressure and left ventricular dP/dtmax had shown no significant difference between FEPR-treated dogs and those from the control group, while the cerebral blood flow increased significantly in FEPR-treated groups. FEPR significantly inhibited the ACE activities in vitro dose dependently, and inhibited the PRA in vivo, while the content of ET showed no difference in the FEPR treated group comparing with the control group.

Conclusions

FEPR shows significantly blood pressure lowering and cerebral vascular resistance (CVR) decreasing effect, which can partly be explained by the involvement of the Renin-Angiotensin-System (RAS).  相似文献

Aim

To review the literature surrounding various aspects of T-piece resuscitator use, with particular emphasis on the evidence comparing the device to other manual ventilation devices in neonatal resuscitation.

Data sources

The Medline, EMBASE, Cochrane databases were searched in April 2011. Ongoing trials were identified using www.clinicaltrials.gov and www.controlled-trials.com. Additional studies from reference lists of eligible articles were considered. All studies including T-piece resuscitator use were eligible for inclusion.

Results

Thirty studies were included. There were two randomised controlled trials in newborn infants comparing the devices, one of which addressed short and intermediate term morbidity and mortality outcomes and found no difference between the T-piece resuscitator and self inflating bag. From manikin studies, advantages to the T-piece resuscitator include the delivery of inflating pressures closer to predetermined target pressures with least variation, the ability to provide prolonged inflation breaths and more consistent tidal volumes. Disadvantages include a technically more difficult setup, more time required to adjust pressures during resuscitation, a larger mask leak and less ability to detect changes in compliance.

Conclusions

There is a need for appropriately designed randomised controlled trials in neonates to highlight the efficacy of one device over another. Until these are performed, healthcare providers should be appropriately trained in the use of the device available in their departments, and be aware of its own limitations.  相似文献
