血浆内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽改变在高血压病中的意义   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
用特异性放射免疫分析法测定50例原发性高血压(EH)患者和32名正常人的血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平,结果显示:EH患者ET的水平明显高于对照组,且有左室重塑组明显高于无左室重塑组。EH患者的CGRP水平明显低于对照组,有左室重塑组明显低于无左室重塑组。ET/CGRP比值越大,病情越重,预后越差。提示:循环血中ET增高,CGRP含量不足可能是EH发病及导致左室重塑的重要因素之一。  相似文献

目的:了解云南拉祜族6 个短串联重复序列基因座遗传多态性分布。方法:应用复合扩增技术对CSF1PO、TPOX、TH01 、F13A01、FESFPS和vWA等6 个STR基因座进行分析,采用高分辨率的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离、银染法显影技术,对云南拉祜族上述6 个STR基因座进行遗传多态性调查。结果:CSF1PO基因座,观察到8 个等位基因,20 个基因型;TPOX 基因座,观察到5 个等位基因,14 个基因型;TH01 基因座,观察到6 个等位基因,17 个基因型;F13A01 基因座,观察到6 个等位基因,13 个基因型;FESFPS基因座,观察到7 个等位基因,15 个基因型;vWA基因座,观察到7 个等位基因,17 个基因型。结论:上述6 个短串联重复序列基因座基因频率分布与Hardy Weinberg 平衡吻合良好。  相似文献

From pharmacological studies, platelet-activating factor (PAF) has been proposed as a retrograde messenger for long-term potentiation (LTP) in the hippocampal CA1 region. We re-examined a possible contribution of PAF to LTP with a more specific approach using mice deficient in the PAF receptor. The PAF receptor-deficient mice exhibited normal LTP and showed no obvious abnormality in excitatory synaptic transmission. We also performed pharmacological experiments on the wild-type mice. Two structurally different antagonists of PAF receptors had no effects on LTP. Furthermore, the application of PAF itself caused no detectable changes in excitatory synaptic transmission. Thus, we conclude that the PAF receptor is not required for LTP in the CA1 region. Introduction  相似文献

To explain how abstract concepts are grounded in sensory-motor experiences, several theories have been proposed. I will discuss two of these proposals, Conceptual Metaphor Theory and Situated Cognition, and argue why they do not fully explain grounding. A central idea in Conceptual Metaphor Theory is that image schemas ground abstract concepts in concrete experiences. Image schemas might themselves be abstractions, however, and therefore do not solve the grounding problem. Moreover, image schemas are too simple to explain the full richness of abstract concepts. Situated cognition might provide such richness. Research in our laboratory, however, has shown that even for concrete concepts, sensory-motor grounding is task dependent. Therefore, it is questionable whether abstract concepts can be significantly grounded in sensory-motor processing.  相似文献

We report mirror-image effects of interference and facilitation in the semantic processing of identical sets of abstract and concrete words in a patient F.B.I. with global aphasia following a large left middle cerebral artery stroke. Interference was elicited when the tasks involved comprehending the spoken form of each word, but facilitation was found when the patient read aloud the written forms of the same words. More importantly, irrespective of whether the dynamic effect was one of facilitation or interference, effects of semantic association were observed for abstract words, whilst effects primarily of semantic similarity were observed for concrete words. These results offer further neuropsychological evidence that the more abstract a word, the greater its dependence upon associative information and the smaller its dependence upon similarity-based information. The investigations also contribute to a converging body of evidence that suggests that this theory generalizes across different experimental paradigms, stimuli, and participants and also across different cognitive processes within individual patients. The data support a graded rather than binary or ungraded model of the relationships between concreteness, association, and similarity, and the basis for concrete words’ greater dependence upon similarity-based information is discussed in terms of the development of taxonomic structures and categorical thought in young children.  相似文献

Modified gum acacia, produced from acacia gum by a process analogous to the production of modified food starch, was tested for mutagenicity in the microbial reverse mutation assay. The assay employed a wide range of dose levels, both with and without metabolic activation. Test results gave no indication that modified gum acacia possessed any mutagenic potential. The acute oral toxicity of modified gum acacia was determined in two studies employing Sprague-Dawley rats, and the LD50 values were found to be >2000 mg/kg. The primary dermal irritation potential of modified gum acacia was evaluated in rabbits by the Draize method. Test results indicated that modified gum acacia was slightly irritating by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) classification but not a primary irritant by Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines. The subchronic toxicity of modified gum acacia was examined in Sprague-Dawley rats fed diets containing 0%, 1%, 2.5%, and 5% modified gum acacia for 13 weeks. No dose-related effects on survival, growth, hematology, blood chemistry, organ weights, or pathologic lesions were observed. Results of these studies indicate that modified gum acacia does not possess mutagenic potential and that animals are not adversely affected by acute or subchronic exposure to modified gum acacia.  相似文献
