山莨菪碱治疗感染性休克的临床观察和动物实验 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过对37例感染性休克患者和实验性休克狗、家兔及小鼠的观察,证实山莨菪碱有改善微循环,保护组织细胞功能的作用。可使心肌收缩功能增强,冠状动脉(冠脉)流量改善,肾血管阻力降低,肾血流量增加及肾功能改善。 相似文献

静脉给予纳洛酮2mg/kg期间可使内毒素休克狗的平均动脉压(MAP)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)及其一阶导数(±dp/dt max)和心力环面积(CFU)增加,但对肾血流量(RBF)、尿量及20h的存活率无明显影响。将本实验结果与山莨菪碱、躯体刺激效应进行比较,表明三者中山莨菪碱对休克动物的循环改善作用最明显。 相似文献

Experiments were carried out in mongrel dogs
anesthetized with pentobarbital. Escherichia coli
endotoxin (5 mg/kg, iv) was given to produce circula-
tory shock. In 6 dogs, 5 mg/kg of anisodamine was
infused intravenously for 60 minutes causing an in-
crease in heart rate, left ventricular systolic pressure,
positive and negative maximum dp/dt and mean
arterial pressure. Renal vascular resistance was
decreased, while renal blood flow and urinary out
flow increased. No such changes were observed in
6 control animals which were given saline infusion.
The results obtained indicate that anisodamine given
at early stage of endotoxin shock improves myocardial
