Effects of the Lifting Manipulation of Scalp Acupuncture for Raising Myodynamia of the Affected Limbs in Hemiplegic Patients Due to Cerebral Thrombosis

Objective:To provide a new therapy with definite quality controllable therapeutic effects for functionalrestoration of the affected limbs in hemiplegic patients due to cerebral thrombosis.Method:180 patientswith hemiplegia due to cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group(treated with scalp acupuncture by using the lifting manipulation)and the control group(treated withscalp acupuncture by using the twirling manipulation).Evaluations were given for the two groups basedon the improvement of myodynamia and comprehensive functions after the treatment.Results:Bothgroups showed increased myodynamia,but with different cured and much relieved rates(86.67% in thetreatment group and 5% in the control group,P<0.01).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture with the liftingmanipulation can dramatically increase myodynamia of the affected limbs in hemiplegic patients due tocerebral thrombosis.     

颈部垫枕对颈椎曲度的影响

颈椎病是一种常见病、多发病,一般在X线摄片检查时均会发现颈椎曲度不同程度的改变.那么颈椎曲度是否可以向正常曲线改变,并且相关的影响因素有哪些?这是在颈椎病治疗和预防过程中值得研究的课题.临床经验表明,颈部垫枕治疗颈椎病和预防颈椎病具有一定积极意义[1,2].笔者从2002年始依据自愿原则对21例颈椎病患者使用颈部垫枕治疗,观察治疗前后颈椎曲度改变情况,并对其相关影响因素进行分析,现报道如下.     

头皮针抽提法提高脑血栓偏瘫患者肌力120例临床研究

目的:为脑血栓形成后偏瘫患者患肢功能的恢复提供质量可控、疗效确切的新疗法.方法:将180例脑血栓形成后偏瘫患者随机分为2组:B组(头皮针抽提法组)和A组(头皮针捻转法组),对2组患者治疗前后的肌力及综合功能进行评估.结果:2组均能不同程度地提高偏瘫患肢的肌力,B组愈显率是86.67%,与A组的5%比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:头皮针抽提法对脑血栓形成后偏瘫患肢肌力的提高作用显著,是临床治疗中风偏瘫的有效方法之一.
