《中华心律失常学杂志》载文被引的分析研究

目的从文献引证的角度了解《中华心律失常学杂志》的学术水平和期刊质量。方法依据中国生物医学期刊引文数据库（CMCI），采用文献计量学方法对1997至2004年《中华心律失常学杂志》载文被CMCI来源期刊引用的情况进行统计学分析及评价。结果1997至2004年该刊载文被引用1863次，单篇论文平均被引次数为3．29次；被引作者群的地域分布33个省、自治区和直辖市（包括国外），北京居首位；有337种期刊引用该刊。结论该刊创刊时间不长，但论文学术质量不断提高，是我国心血管病学研究领域重要的信息源之一．是我国医学领域的主要期刊。     

预防缺血性心脑血管病 老年人应慎用小剂量阿司匹林

目的 探讨小剂量阿司匹林的安全性。方法查阅近3年来的有关文献结合自己的临床经验综述。结果我们研究表明：小剂量阿司匹林并不安全;参蛭心脑通胶囊可取代小剂量阿司匹林安全有效地进行冠心病、脑梗死的1级预防和2级预防。结论中药可替代小剂量阿司匹林预防缺血性心脑血管病。     

2007年北京大学第一医院研究生论文发表情况调查报告

Objective To investigate the quality of postgraduate education from the publication state.Method To analysis the publication states from different postgraduate students in 2007 in Peking University First Hospital. The papers from 69 students who acquired the qualification were analyzed.Ph.D.,M.D.and Master were selected.Results The number of publication were 3.17、1.93 and 1.58 in Ph D,M.D.and Master,respectively.The number of publication with science citation index were 1.50、0.18 and 0.08,respectively.The average impact factor(IF)were 4.72、0.57 and 0.15,respectively.The number of publication and IF were more in Ph. D.than that in other postgraduate students.Conclusions Postgraduate students with different academic degree received appropriated training.Ph.D.candidate acquired the ability of engage scientific research and writing thesis in high quality.     

医院图书馆电子阅览室的读者培训工作

电子阅览室是集计算机技术、网络通信技术、多媒体技术于一体的信息资源系统.电子阅览室在为读者提供丰富的不受时空限制的电子资源的同时,对读者运用现代信息技术获取和利用网络资源的能力提出了新的要求.为适应这一要求,我院图书馆对电子阅览室的读者开展了培训工作.现将该工作介绍如下.     

SCI收录北京大学第一医院学术论文的统计分析

目的对北京大学第一医院（北大医院）1999--2004年发表论文被Science Citation Index Expanded（SCIE）收录与被引用的情况进行文献计量学分析，以其揭示北大医院的学术科研水平和科研发展方向方法统计1999--2004年以北大医院为第一著者单位发表的论文被SCIE收录、被引用以及论文来源期刊的影响因子，分析其变化趋势。结果1999--2004年SCIE收录以北大医院为第一作者单位发表的论文共计289篇，其中，科研论著199篇，占68．86％；会议摘要77篇，占25．95％；其他综述和通信13篇，占5．19％。6年间SCIE收录论文从1999年的26篇上升到2004年的91篇，收录增加了3．5倍，但是医院各个科室论文发表发展很不平衡。论文来源期刊的平均影响因子为2．543，最高为21．455。论文总被引频次459次，篇平均被引1．59次，其中有52％的论文从未被引用过。结论北大医院1999--2004年被SCIE收录论文数逐年上升，来源期刊的平均影响因子呈上升趋势，科研水平提高明显。     

基于文献分析浅谈医院图书馆发展及在科研管理中的作用

目的:分析我国"医院图书馆"近10年的研究文献,了解医院图书馆发展现状及研究进展,探讨提升医院图书馆服务能力,并助力提升医院科研管理的路径。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中研究内容为"医院图书馆"的相关文献,对纳入分析文献的一般情况进行描述统计,并将关键词进行词频计数,利用共词分析和聚类分析探讨医院图书馆的研究现...     

参蛭心脑通胶囊，复方丹参片与小剂量阿司匹林预防缺血性心脑血管病的长期效果和安全性对比分析

2000年，我院主任医师任德旺在“小剂量阿司匹林诱发脑出血回顾分析”…一文明确指出了小剂量阿司匹林可诱发脑出血，并呼吁慎用阿司匹林，应开展对小剂量阿司匹林的前瞻性大规模研究以探讨其安全性；应寻找替代阿司匹林的中药。为此，我们用中药复方丹参片（3片／d），任德旺研制的中药制剂参蛭心脑通胶囊[批准文号：晋药制字MZ20070082，原名冠脑圣胶囊，原批准文号（1998）运卫制剂可字P73—04]，口服预防量（2粒／d，0．4g／粒），与口服小剂量阿司匹林（50mg／d），预防缺血性心脑血管病的长期效果和安全性作对比观察，临床分析如下。     

医院图书馆电子阅览室的读者培训工作

电子阅览室是集计算机技术、网络通讯技术、多媒体技术于一体的信息资源系统。电子阅览室在为读者提供丰富的不受时空限制的电子资源的同时，对读者运用现代信息技术获取和利用网络资源的能力提出了新的要求。为适应这一转变，国内外的大学图书馆对读者进行了相关的培训工作。1997年我馆建立了电子阅览室，针对医院图书馆读者的需求和特点，开展了对电子阅览室的读者培训工作。
