【目的】 分析2019—2020年我国学者发表在SCIE收录期刊上的医学研究型论文撤稿原因及其特征,为更有针对性地防范我国医学领域学术不端行为发生、完善科研诚信体系提供参考。【方法】 在撤稿观察数据库(Retraction Watch Database)中检索2019—2020年撤稿的我国医学SCIE研究型论文,提取撤销论文标题、作者姓名和单位、载文期刊名称、期刊出版商、撤稿原因等信息。应用GraphPad Prism 8.3.0软件进行描述性统计分析,对撤销论文发表期刊的影响因子和撤稿率进行Spearman相关性分析。【结果】 2019—2020年,我国医学SCIE研究型论文累计撤稿479篇,撤稿原因主要为关注或问题、重复发表、研究错误等,具体撤稿理由包括数据问题、图片问题、方法与结果问题、作者无回应等。撤销论文分布于194种期刊,其中PLoS ONE、European Review for Medical and Pharmacological Sciences、Journal of Cellular Biochemistry、OncoTargets and Therapy、Biosciences Reports居撤销论文数量前5位,Springer Nature、Elsevier和PLoS居撤销论文出版商前3位。撤销论文载文期刊影响因子与期刊撤稿率呈负相关。【结论】 我国学者发表的医学类SCIE研究型论文因数据和图片等问题而被撤稿的概率较高,应加强我国医学领域科研诚信体系建设,减少学术不端行为发生。 相似文献
Inflammatory infiltration in aortic valves promotes calcific aortic valve disease (CAVD) progression. While soluble extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins induce inflammatory responses in aortic valve interstitial cells (AVICs), the impact of monocytes on AVIC inflammatory responses is unknown. We tested the hypothesis that monocytes enhance AVIC inflammatory responses to soluble ECM protein in this study.
Methods
Human AVICs isolated from normal aortic valves were cocultured with monocytes and stimulated with soluble ECM protein (matrilin-2). ICAM-1 and IL-6 productions were assessed. YAP and NF-κB phosphorylation were analyzed. Recombinant CD18, neutralizing antibodies against β2-integrin or ICAM-1, and inhibitor of YAP or NF-κB were applied.
Results
AVIC expression of ICAM-1 and IL-6 was markedly enhanced by the presence of monocytes, although matrilin-2 did not affect monocyte production of ICAM-1 or IL-6. Matrilin-2 up-regulated the expression of monocyte β2-integrin and AVIC ICAM-1, leading to monocyte-AVIC adhesion. Neutralizing β2-integrin or ICAM-1 in coculture suppressed monocyte adhesion to AVICs and the expression of ICAM-1 and IL-6. Recombinant CD18 enhanced the matrilin-2-induced ICAM-1 and IL-6 expression in AVIC monoculture. Further, stimulation of coculture with matrilin-2 induced greater YAP and NF-κB phosphorylation. Inhibiting either YAP or NF-κB markedly suppressed the inflammatory response to matrilin-2 in coculture.
Conclusion
Monocyte β2-integrin interacts with AVIC ICAM-1 to augment AVIC inflammatory responses to soluble matrilin-2 through enhancing the activation of YAP and NF-κB signaling pathways. Infiltrated monocytes may promote valvular inflammation through cell–cell interaction with AVICs to enhance their sensitivity to damage-associated molecular patterns.
目的:中医药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的临床疗效评价及用药规律分析。方法:收集2020年7月20日至2021年2月3日在我院就诊的肺癌术后1周内的患者32例,通过莱塞斯特咳嗽量表(Mandarin Chinese version of the Leicester cough quality of life questionnaire,LCQ-MC)调查及外周血采集,评价中药治疗肺癌术后咳嗽疗效,分析用药规律。结果:32例患者治疗后CRP、IL-6显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),其中22例术后咳嗽患者治疗后LCQ-MC总分、生理和心理领域评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),最后通过聚类分析将35种高频药物聚成6类。结论:肺癌术后患者咳嗽的发生及转归与CRP密切相关,中药干预对咳嗽的改善具有积极作用,治疗用药上要兼顾肺脾,标本同治。 相似文献
AIM: To assess the reproducibility of macular perfusion parameters in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) patients measured by different examiners and two different sweep modes of optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA).
METHODS: Ninety-eight (98 eyes) patients with NPDR were included in this study. All participates were performed three times using Cirrus OCTA with Angiography 3×3 mm2 and 6×6 mm2 sweep mode by two examiners. The macular foveal avascular zone (FAZ) and vessel density (VD) in the superficial retinal layer (SRL) were measured. The reproducibility of the measurements was evaluated with intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) and coefficient of variation (CoV).
RESULTS: The intra-mode ICCs of Angiography 3×3 mm2 and 6×6 mm2 sweep mode were 0.957 to 0.959 and 0.964 to 0.977, respectively; and the inter-mode ICCs were 0.962 to 0.970. The intra-examiner ICCs of macular perfusion parameters were >0.950; and the inter-examiner ICCs were 0.928 to 0.969. All CoVs were <1.0%.
CONCLUSION: Cirrus OCTA can measure macular perfusion parameters in NPDR patients with excellent reproducibility. The measurements of FAZ and VD in the SRL determined by Angiography 3×3 mm2 and 6×6 mm2 sweep mode are highly consistent and both sweep modes are suitable for macular perfusion parameters measurement. 相似文献
