目的:了解河南农村社区居民血脂异常的分布特征及其危险因素.方法:在河南省选择2个农村社区,整群抽取18岁及以上人群进行问卷调查、体格检查和生化检测.应用Logistic回归分析,探讨血脂异常的危险因素.结果:研究对象共984人,血脂异常粗患病率为31.91%,男性29.34%,女性33.74%,年龄标化患病率为28.51%.18~岁、35~岁、50~岁、65~岁年龄组血脂异常患病率分别为20.37%、31.12%、35.09%和39.85%,患病率随年龄的增加而升高.调整性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化水平和经济收入等影响因素后,腹型肥胖(OR=2.05,95%CI=1.23~3.42)、血压升高(OR=2.39,95%CI=1.43~4.02)和空腹血糖升高(OR=2.26,95%CI=1.37~3.72)是血脂异常的独立危险因素.结论:河南农村社区血脂异常患病率高,控制腰围、血压和血糖水平在正常范围内可预防血脂异常的发生.  相似文献

Objective To analyze the region cluster and risk factors of hypertension in the Chinese adult population and to explore the application of multilevel regression model in the risk factors of hypertension. Methods Multi-stage random sampling technique was used to choose 15 540 individuals aged 35-74 years from 10 regions in China. Two-level logistic regression models were fitted under MLwiN 2.02 software. Results The region cluster of hypertension existed and variance portion coefficient was 3.1%. After adjusting for the age and gender, overall obese people (BMI≥28 kg/m2) were 4.50(95%CI: 4.00-5.06) times, overweight people (BMI=24-27.9 kg/m2) were 2.26 (95%CI: 2.07-2.46) times more likely to be hypertensive as compared with those of normal BMI (18.5-23.9 kg/m2), and those centrally obesive people (Waist circumference≥85 cm in male or 80 cm in female) were 2.62 (95%CI: 2.42-2.83) times more likely to be hypertensive as compared with those of normal WC. The age-and gender-adjusted odds ratios (Ors) of triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC), glucose, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and drinking alcohol were 2.10 (95% CI: 1.89-2.33) , 2.08 (95% CI: 1.84-2.35) , 1.85 (95% CI: 1.60-2.14) , 1.58 (95% CI: 1.38-1.81), 1.49(95%CI: 1.32-1.69) and 1.15(95%CI: 1.05-1.27), respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension was not only affected by individual risk factors, such as obesity, drinking alcohol, abnormal glucose and serum lipids profile, but also affected by the geographic environment where people resided in. Population-and risk factors targeted strategies, proved a promising way to reduce individual risk of hypertension in the primary prevention of hypertension.  相似文献

目的 分析中国成年人高血压的区域聚集性及危险因素,探讨多水平模型在高血压危险因素研究中的应用.方法 采用多阶段随机抽样方法,于2000-2001年从中国10地区共抽得年龄在35~74岁之间的15 540人作为研究对象,采用MLwiN 2.02软件对数据进行二水平logistic回归模型拟合.结果 高血压的患病存在地区聚集现象,方差成分系数为3.1%.在调整了年龄和性别的影响后,全身型肥胖人群(BMI≥28 kg/m2)和超重人群(BMI 24~27.9 kg/m2)分别为BMI正常人群(18.5~23.9 kg/m2)患高血压风险的4.50(95%CI:4.00~5.06)和2.26(95%CI:2.07~2.46)倍;中心型肥胖人群(男性腰围≥85 cm或女性≥80 cm)为正常腰围人群患高血压风险的2.62(95%CI:2.42~2.83)倍;片油三酯、总胆固醇、血糖、低密度脂蛋门胆固醇含量升高或者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量降低者患病风险分别为正常者高血压患病风险的2.10(95%CI:1.89~2.33)、2.08(95%CI:1.84~2.35)、1.85(95%CI:1.60~2.14)、1.58(95%CI:1.38~1.81)和1.49(95%CI:1.32~1.69)倍,饮酒人群为不饮酒人群患高血压风险的1.15(95%CI:1.05~1.27)倍.结论 高血压的发生不仪与个体肥胖、血糖升高、血脂异常和饮酒等危险因素有关,还受所居住区域环境因素的影响;在高血压的一级预防中,既要关注高危人群,还要重视以一般人群为基础的群体预防控制工作.  相似文献

目的:探讨脉压在脑卒中、冠心病、高血压患者中的分布情况及与上述疾病间的关系。方法:检测2003—03/07在安阳钢铁公司社区居住者1789人,其中血压正常者998例,脑卒中68例,冠心病258例,高血压465例的血压及脉压。采用多因素Logistic回归分析不同脉压水平人群患脑卒中,冠心病和高血压的危险性。结果:1789名被调查者全部进入结果分析。①脑卒中组、冠心病组、高血压组、血压正常组脉压均值分别为(58&;#177;21),(57&;#177;20),(60&;#177;19).(41&;#177;9)mmHg,F=223.39,P〈0.0001:多重比较结果显示脑卒中、冠心病、高血压组脉压显著高于血压正常组;随着脉压增宽,脑卒中、冠心病、高血压的患病率也呈上升趋势。②在调整了性别、年龄、体质量指数、吸烟及饮酒后,以脉压〈45mmHg的人群为基线组,经Logistic多因素回归分析,脉压为45-59,60-74和≥75mmHg组人群,脑卒中的患病危险分别是基线组的1.87,2.47,3、79倍。冠心病的患病危险是基线组的1.42,2.99,3.20倍。高血压的患病危险是基线组的1.63,1.92倍。将收缩压和舒张压纳入影响因素中再分析,仍然显示上述疾病的患病危险随脉压的增宽而增加。结论:①脑卒中、冠心病、高血压的患病率随脉压增宽而增高。②脉压增宽是导致心血管疾病发病率增高的危险因素。  相似文献

为了了解河南省丁型肝炎病毒的人群感染情况,从1991-1993年对河南省十三个地区1182例HBsAg阳性的各型乙肝病人及无症状HBsAg携带者血清标本进行HDAg、抗HDV和IgM-抗-HDV三项标志检测。结果表明,河南省人群HDAg、抗-HDV、IgM-抗-HDV的总感染率分别为3.0%、3.5%、3.5%、8.1%。  相似文献

利用HBV-DNA阳性血清喂饲中华按蚊、淡色库蚊及白纹伊蚊,分别在吸血后0、2、4、6、12、24和48h将蚊制成匀浆。用经典和粗提法提取HBV-DNA模板。经聚合酶链反应(PCR)后,电分析扩增产物。结果:3种蚊虫各时点匀浆的扩增产物中的HBV-DNA均为阴性。初步提示:HBV-DNA不能在上述3种蚊体内存留,蚊机械携带该物质的可能性也不大。  相似文献
