交感神经在针刺镇痛中的作用受到许多学者的重视,但观察结果不一,应从不同角度作进一步的研究。本实验选用6-羟基多巴胺特异地损毁外周交感肾上腺素能神经末梢,以便观察外周交感肾上腺素能神经与针     

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN cAMP AND cGMP IN REGIONS OF RAT BRAIN AND ACUPUNCTURE ANALGESIA

In this experiment,animals were sacrificedby total immersion in liquid nitrogen to fix thebrain tissue,cAMP and cGMP in brain areaswere determined by radioimmunoassay.Wecorrelated the levels of cAMP and cGMP in thebrain with acupuncture analgesia.Our resultsshow that acupuncture analgesia led to a rise ofcGMP in the rat diencephalon and lower brainstem,while the levels of cAMP in the rat brainareas were unchanged after acupuncture.     

EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE ON THE ACTIVITIES OF PHOSPHODIESTERASESINRATBRAIN

The relationship between the activities of pho-sphodiesterases(PDEs)in brain regions and acupunc-ture analgesia were studied.Results showed that inacupuncture analgesia group,the activity of cAMP-PDE in the brain stem,diencephalon and striatumwas the same as in acupuncture non-analgesia,re-strained control,and normal control groups.But theactivity of cGMP-PDE in the brain stem of the acu-puncture analgesia group was decreased significant-ly(compared with that of the restrained controlgroup,P<0.01,and also compared with that of thenormal control and the acupuncture non-analgesiagroups P<0.05).The study suggested the possibilityof elevation of cGMP level in the brain stem as dueto the decreased activity of cGMP-PDE in this re-gion.     

THE EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON THE FUNCTION OF SYMPATHETO-ADRENAL MEDULLA

The contents of plasma cAMP in rats fol-lowing acupuncture in different conditions weredetermined by radioimmunoassay.The levels ofplasma cAMP in the normal group,the groupof rats with sympathetic nerve endings damag-ed by 6-hydroxydopamine,and the group of ratswith bilateral adrenalectomy were all signifi-cantly elevated by electroacupuncture,especial-ly in the normal groug,though eletroacupunc-ture did not raise the levels of plasma cAMPin rats with bilateral adrenalectomy and da-maged sympathoadrenergie nerve endings.Re-suits show that the changes in plasma cAMPproduced by electroacupuncture are related tosympathetoadrenal medullar function.In otherwords,electroacupuncture activates both thesympathetic nerve and the adrenal medulla,where catecholamine is released to regulatethe physiological functions of the organismthrough cyclic AMP.

大黄对应激性胃溃疡大鼠血浆内cAMP和cGMP的影响

本实验以血浆 cAMP 和 cGMP 为指标,观察了生大黄和酒炖大黄对应激性胃溃疡大鼠植物神经系统功能的影响。结果表明,大鼠由应激造成胃溃疡时,血浆内 cAMP和 cGMP 都降低,而 cGMP 下降更为显著,cAMP/cGMP 比值上升,说明植物神经功能紊乱。而酒炖大黄能显著降低 cAMP/cGMP 的比值,使之接近正常。提示酒炖大黄对应激引起的植物神经功能紊乱有一定的调整作用。     

EFFECTS OF ACUPUNCTURE ON LEFT VENTRICULAR FUNCTION,MICROCIRCULATION,cAMP AND cGMP OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION PATIENTS

Between May 1981 and July 1982 workersof the Institute of Acupuncture and the BeijingFourth Municipal People's Hospital cooperatedin a study of 32 acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients;the 16 patients studied at theInstitute,the acupuncture group (AG),receivedthe needling therapy in addition to routinemedication,while the remaining 16 patients,thenon-acupuncture group (NG),were given routinetreatment only.Observations on left ventricularfunction,microcirculation,cAMP and cGMP ofthe two groups are compared below.     

针刺对利血平化大鼠痛阈以及脑和脊髓内脑啡肽含量的影响

本实验对利血平影响针刺镇痛作用及其可能的机制进行了探索。 将大鼠分为四组,对照组(不给利血平和针刺);针刺组,电针双侧“环跳”和双侧“手三里”30分钟,频率15赫兹,负载电压5伏;利血平组,腹腔注射利血平2mg/kg,每日一次,连续两天;利血平+针刺组,从第二次给药后24小时再给予针刺。在针刺前后、给药前和药后24小时,用50℃热水烫尾,进行测痛。实验毕,断头处死取材。用放射免疫分析法分别测定其中的亮-脑啡肽和甲硫-脑啡肽。
