目的:探讨高功能孤独障碍儿童是否存在抑制功能缺陷。方法:运用反应/不反应任务对33名符合美国精神病学会《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第4版(DSM-Ⅳ)男性高功能孤独障碍儿童和19名对照组儿童进行抑制功能测试,同时采用功能性近红外光学成像技术(near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)测量并比较两组儿童在执行抑制任务时大脑前额叶的含氧血红蛋白含量的差异,运用多变量方差分析进行统计。结果:高功能孤独障碍儿童在执行不反应任务中的误按数[(6.03±4.82)vs.(2.84±1.61)]及平均反应时[(564.55±124.90)msvs.(473.63±45.63)ms]均高于对照组(P0.05)。控制智商因素后,两组的平均反应时差异仍有统计学意义(P0.05)。NIRS显示高功能孤独障碍儿童执行抑制任务时的右侧前额叶含氧血红蛋白激活量较正常对照组降低[(-0.34±0.45)10-2×a.uvs.(0.15±0.69)10-2×a.u],差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:高功能孤独障碍儿童存在抑制功能缺陷。  相似文献

目的:探讨SLC25A12基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与孤独性障碍的遗传关联性。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应和DNA芯片杂交技术,在124个汉族孤独性障碍患儿核心家系中,检测了SLC25A12基因的2个SNP位点(rs2056202,rs2292813),采用传递不平衡检验(TDT)和单倍型的方法进行关联分析。结果:在124个患儿核心家系中,所测得的2个SNP位点的等位基因和基因型的频数分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验(χ^2=0.009,P=0.92;χ^2=0.006,P=0.94)。而且这2个SNP处于一个强连锁不平衡区域(D’=0.842,r2=0.566)。对124个核心家系TDT检验,发现带有杂合子基因的父代优先传递给子代的等位基因的传递率和此传递率的置信区间差异无显著性(P〉0.05);所有样本的2个SNP位点,未发现与孤独性障碍的显著关联。结论:SLC25A12基因可能不是这些汉族家庭儿童孤独性障碍的主要易感基因。  相似文献

目的 分析高功能孤独症患儿的全脑白质纤维的完整性.方法 对18例高功能孤独症患儿(病例组)以及10名年龄、性别、智商与病例组相匹配的健康儿童(对照组)进行全脑弥散张量成像(DTI)测量;应用基于体素的分析方法,比较两组全脑各向异性分数(FA)的差异.使用Spearman相关分析,分析病例组各感兴趣区FA值与儿章期孤独症评定表(CARS)总分及各项目之间的关系.结果 与对照组相比,病例组右侧额下回、左侧额中回及右侧颞下回邻近白质的FA值低(分别为0.67±0.10、0.57±0.09、0.50 ±0.12),左顶上小叶邻近白质的FA值高(0.55±0.15;P<0.001).病例组左额中回邻近白质的FA值与CARS中的与非生命物体的关系的得分呈负相关(r=-0.63,P=0.005).结论 高功能孤独症患儿多个部位的脑白质纤维的完整性受到破坏.  相似文献

Objectlve To analysis the changes of white matter fiber in autistic disorder.Methods Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)data were obtained from 18 autistic children and 10 age-,sex-and intelligent quotient matched normal controls.Voxel-based analysis Was applied to assess the fractional anisotropy(FA)in cerebral tissues.Results Compared with the controls,the FA values in autistic children were significantly decreased in the white matter of right inferior frontal gyrus,left middle frontal gyrus and right inferior temporal gyms,and increased in the white matter of left superior parietal lobule(P<0.001).Furthermore.the white matter changes on left middie frontal gyrus were significandy correlated with the scores of Childhond Autism Rming Scale(CARS)in autistic children(r=-0.63,P=0.005).Conclusion The white matter integrity is probably disconnected in many brain regions in children with autistic disorder.  相似文献

奎硫平治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症研究   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
目的:探讨奎硫平对儿童青少年精神分裂症治疗的临床疗效和安全性:方法:对20例首次住院的儿童青少年精神分裂症患者使用奎硫平150~600mg/d治疗8周,以阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评价安全性。结果:PANSS总分在治疗后与治疗前比较差异有非常显著性。临床总有效率为70%。无严重不良反应。结论:奎硫平能缓解儿童青少年精神分裂症的精神病性症状。  相似文献

目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍与发育性运动协调障碍之间的关系。方法对我院门诊的60例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿进行评估,以发育性运动协调问卷(DCDQ)评定发育性运动协调问题。结果注意缺陷多动障碍患儿DCDQ得分低于正常儿童,差别具有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中20.0%同时存在发育性运动协调障碍,33.3%为可疑发育性运动协调障碍。其中25.0%的注意缺陷型、20.0%的多动-冲动型和22.2%的混合型注意缺陷多动障碍患儿同时存在发育性运动协调障碍,三种亚型与发育性运动协调障碍的共病率间差别无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。结论注意缺陷多动障碍与发育性运动协调障碍密切相关,且注意缺陷多动障碍的三种亚型与发育性运动协调障碍均存在共病,这为注意缺陷多动障碍的治疗提供了新思路。  相似文献
