目的分析和总结残胃癌的外科诊断、治疗及预后情况。方法对1990年以来收治的35例残胃癌的发病率、临床表现、治疗情况和预后进行回顾性分析。结果首次胃切除以胃溃疡为主,占65.7%,首次手术BillrothⅡ式占82.9%(29/35)。残胃癌早期缺乏特异的症状,主要为上腹部隐痛不适,首次手术距临床诊断残胃癌的间隔时间平均为16.3年。本组残胃癌手术切除率及根治性切除率分别为77.1%和54.3%,根治性切除患者1、3、5年生存率分为78.9%、52.6%、36.8%,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者的5年生存率为72.7%。结论胃良性病行手术治疗时以BillrothⅠ式为首选,定期胃镜检查是早期诊断残胃癌的关键,根治性切除是治疗残胃癌的有效方法及影响残胃癌预后的重要因素。  相似文献

本实验选用具有生育力成年雄性猕猴7只,在直视下行双侧HFMC输精管内注射,每侧剂量分别为30mg1只,60mg和100mg各3只;于注射后2.5年和3.5年分别处死动物,取睾丸组织进行光镜和电镜观察.结果发现:猕猴注射HFMC2.5年后,睾丸光镜大部分曲细精管生精上皮结构完整,排列整齐。仅见局部少数管腔生精上皮层数减少,上皮细胞轻度水样变性等病理改变。电镜下曲细精管内除支持细胞内脂褐素增多,轻度基底膜增厚和精母细胞内质网扩张外,各级生精细胞,支持细胞及细胞间连接复合体等超微结构未见明显异常。注射HFMC3.5年后猕猴的光镜、电镜结果与注射后2.5年结果相似,但局部改变较2.5年组轻。上述结果表明:猕猴输精管内注射一定剂量HFMC节育不会引起睾丸组织的严重病理改变。但是,由于注射HFMC后,HFMC释放H+及其对输精管的暂时阻塞,改变了精子生存的内环境,使睾丸出现局部轻度病理改变,随着HFMC逐渐溶解排出,睾丸功能相继恢复正常,配对产仔。为HFMC应用提供了安全性依据。  相似文献

BackgroundKetamine abuse has been linked to the system''s damage, presenting with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). While the pathogenesis of ketamine-induced urinary damage is not fully understood, fibrosis is believed to be a potential mechanism. A metabolomic investigation of the urinary metabolites in ketamine abuse was conducted to gain insights into its pathogenesis.MethodsA rat model of ketamine induced bladder fibrosis was established through tail vein injection of ketamine hydrochloride and control group was established through tail vein injection of the equivalent normal saline. Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining and Masson trichrome staining were performed to evaluated bladder pathology. Urinary components were detected based on a metabolomic approach using ultra-high performance liquid tandem chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QTOFMS platform). Orthogonal projections analyzed the data to latent structures discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) and bioinformatics analysis.ResultsThe rat model of ketamine induced bladder fibrosis was confirmed through H&E and Masson trichrome staining. There were marked differences in the urinary metabolites between the experimental group and the control group. Compared to the control group, 16 kinds of differential metabolites were up-regulated and 102 differential metabolites were down-regulated in the urine samples of the ketamine group. Bioinformatics analysis revealed the related metabolic pathways.ConclusionsUsing a ketamine-induced bladder fibrosis rat model, this study identified the differential urinary metabolites expressed following ketamine treatment. These results provide vital clues for exploring the pathogenesis of ketamine-induced LUTS and may further contribute to the disease''s diagnosis and treatment.  相似文献

c-fos反义寡核苷酸对谷氨酸神经毒性鼠脑损伤的防护   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
目的 探讨c-fos基因的表达在谷氨酸神经毒性中的作用。方法 在9只SD大鼠侧脑室注射c-fos反义寡核苷酸以阻断脑组织c-fos基因的表达,并用c-fos正义寡核苷酸为对照。观察脑组织中水、电解质含量和突触体内Ca2+浓度的变化,并采用细胞形态计量分析及免疫组织化学方法,观察大脑皮质、海马CA1区神经细胞数目、形态的变化及c-fos基因的表达。结果 c-fos反义寡核苷酸可有效地阻断脑组织c-fos基因的表达,降低脑组织c-fos阳性细胞率(9.4%±2.8%和74%±3%,P<0.01),抑制谷氨酸神经毒性所致的脑组织含水量(79.9%±0.4%和82.3%±0.8%,P<0.01)、钠(5.05mg/g干重±0.39mg/g干重和5.98mg/g干重±0.50mg/g干重,P<0.01)及细胞内Ca2+(176nmol/L±35nmol/L和344.12±50.13,P<0.01)含量的增加,抑制谷氨酸所致大脑皮质(157±10和145±7,P<0.01)及海马CA1区(297.64±18.3和210±19,P<0.01)神经细胞的丢失,减轻神经细胞的形态学损伤。c-fos正义寡核苷酸无此效应。结论 c-fos基因的表达在谷氨酸神经毒性脑损伤的发生中起有重要作用,阻断c-fos基因的表达可以拮抗谷氨酸神经毒性。  相似文献

The Sn-Ag-Cu (SAC) solder alloys with a low Ag (Ag < 3 wt.%) content have attracted great attention owing to their low cost, increased ability in bulk compliance, and plastic energy dissipation. However, some of their mechanical properties are generally lower than the SAC alloys with a higher Ag content. Adding alloying elements is an effective approach for improving the mechanical properties of the SAC alloys. In this study, the effect of Bi, Sb, and Ti on Sn-1 wt.%Ag-0.5 wt.%Cu (SAC105) solder alloys was investigated. The SAC solders with four compositions: SAC105-1 wt.%Bi, SAC105-1 wt.%Sb, SAC105-1 wt.%Bi-1 wt.%Sb, SAC105-1 wt.%Bi-1 wt.%Sb-0.4 wt.%Ti were prepared. The microstructure and phase compositions were characterized using electron scanning microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The thermal properties and wettability were also examined. Uniaxial tensile tests and nano-indentation tests were conducted to evaluate the mechanical properties. The results show that adding Bi or Sb could increase the strength of SAC105 alloys mainly due to the solid solution strengthening effect. The creep resistance of SAC105 alloys was also improved with the additions of Bi and Sb. The co-additions of Bi and Sb into SAC105 alloys exhibit an enhanced creep resistance than that calculated by the theoretical calculation. The further addition of Ti into SAC105-1Bi-1Sb alloys demonstrated a much-improved creep resistance, which could be attributed to the synergistic effects of both solid solution strengthening and the precipitation hardening effects.  相似文献

目的:分析李发枝教授治疗艾滋病发热的用药规律,为中医药治疗艾滋病发热提供相应的用药参考依据。方法:利用复杂网络分析方法,研究河南尉氏县2007 年9 月~2012 年6 月期间接受李发枝教授治疗过的艾滋病发热患者,分析艾滋病发热的病因病机、名老中医辨证论治及用药规律。结果:运用多维检索查询分析得出,本次研究中治疗艾滋病发热的核心药物为柴胡、甘草、黄芩等和解清热药物及党参、黄芪等益气扶正之品;核心处方为小柴胡汤和补中益气汤加减。结论:李发枝教授治疗艾滋病发热以清热兼补中益气为治则。  相似文献

The effect of fine and ultrafine recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) on road construction still lacks investigation. This study investigates the properties of fine and ultrafine RCA, further, the influence of the different proportions of ultrafine RCA on the long-term performance of the designed matrix. The fine and ultrafine RCA are thoroughly characterized. Simultaneously, the mechanical properties, shrinkage properties, and water penetration of the designed matrix are evaluated. The results indicate that RCA shows low density, high porosity, and high water absorption. Furthermore, elevated ultrafine RCA contents result in higher compressive strength of up to 43.14% at 90 days and higher resistance of water penetration of up to 50% at 28 days due to the refined microstructure. However, higher drying shrinkage is observed with higher ultrafine RCA, which is associated with the high water absorption of the ultrafine RCA. The understanding of the utilization of ultrafine RCA in the construction of road base courses has been explored.  相似文献

Developing efficient and green catalytic systems is highly desired in the syntheses of alicyclic amines via hydrogenation of nitroaromatics. Herein, we developed Ru–Pd dual active site catalysts in which Ru and Pd species were anchored and highly dispersed on air-exfoliated carbon nitride (Ru–Pd/C3N4-air). As-prepared catalysts were employed in the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene (NB) to cyclohexylamine (CHA). Compared with single Ru or Pd based catalysts, Ru–Pd dual active site catalysts obtained a higher CHA production rate of 26.7 mol CHA mol−1 Ru·Pd h−1 at 80 °C and 3 MPa H2. The activation energy for the hydrogenation of the nitro group and benzene ring was calculated as 26.26 kJ mol−1 and 66.30 kJ mol−1, respectively. Intrinsic kinetic studies demonstrated that Pd was the dominant metal for hydrogenation of nitro group, while Ru was dominant for benzene ring. Thereinto, the corresponding non-dominant metals enhanced activation and dissociation of H2, thereby improving catalytic activity significantly. This excellent performance of Ru–Pd catalysts could be attributed to highly dispersed Ru–Nx and Pd–Nx at a nanoscale distance, which was conducive to metal-assisted hydrogenation. Stability investigation showed that the performance of Ru–Pd catalysts could be essentially maintained at a high level. Additionally, the substrate scope could be successfully extended to hydrogenation of other nitroaromatics with different substituents.

Ru–Pd dual active site catalyst exhibited more excellent performance in sequential hydrogenation of nitroaromatics to alicyclic amines.  相似文献
