女阴硬化性苔藓诊疗专家共识

【摘要】 女阴硬化性苔藓是一种反复发作的慢性炎症性疾病，几乎各年龄阶段均可发生，绝经期、围绝经期和青春期前女性更常见。典型损害为象牙白/瓷白色硬化萎缩斑，晚期可发生外阴、尿道、肛门结构畸变，造成性生活、排尿及排便困难。中国医疗保健国际交流促进会皮肤科分会组织多位专家在借鉴国内外临床研究和诊疗指南的基础上，补充了中国专家的经验和观点，制定女阴硬化性苔藓中国专家共识。     

Onychocryptosis – decrypting the controversies

Onychocryptosis, or ingrown toenail, is a frequent, painful condition affecting young individuals. Controversies still exist regarding its etiopathogenesis and treatment options, including conservative and surgical techniques. The choice of treatment method depends on the stage of disease as conservative measures are mostly effective in early stages and surgical procedures are required in the later stages. Among surgical techniques, phenol cauterization of lateral nail matrix has been the most effective, safe, and commonly performed method. Other more destructive surgical procedures are rarely done nowadays. In this review, we briefly discuss the etiopathogenesis, clinical features, and different treatment options of ingrown toenail.     

Tetralogy of Fallot with subaortic membrane: A rare association

Tetralogy of Fallot is the most common cyanotic disease sharing a common anatomic basis but with varied presentation.There are very few described cases of TOF with left sided obstructive lesions. We describe a left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in a 3 year old child in association with TOF. Also we review the available literature for the association of left ventricular obstructive lesions in association with the same.

【摘要】 湿包疗法治疗特应性皮炎安全有效，但如何合理、有效、安全地使用已经成为临床工作中受关注的问题。为此，我国皮炎湿疹领域部分专家依据国内外研究数据和临床经验，结合中国患者的特点，在深入讨论的基础上制定本共识，涉及湿包疗法的作用机制、适应证和禁忌证、治疗方法、疗效与安全性、特殊人群以及家庭湿包疗法等方面，为临床医生提供具体的指导意见。     

皮肤鳞状细胞癌诊疗专家共识（2021）

【摘要】 皮肤鳞状细胞癌是非黑素瘤皮肤癌中最常见的肿瘤之一。近年来随着对其发病机制研究的深入以及诊断技术、Mohs显微描记手术、靶向治疗、免疫治疗的发展，皮肤鳞状细胞癌的诊疗取得了较大进展。该共识在国内外近期文献及诊疗指南的基础上，结合我国的诊疗现状，重点阐述皮肤鳞状细胞癌的临床表现及分型、病理活检及报告规范、风险等级评估、分级分期以及规范化治疗等，为临床医生的诊疗工作提供参考依据。     

Exfoliative cytology in clinical oral pathology

Exfoliative cytology is a rapid, non-invasive procedure for assessing dysplastic change within the oral epithelium. The indications for oral exfoliative cytology are reviewed and a technique for cell collection and smear examination is presented. The value of exfoliative cytology in oral cancer screening programmes as a public health measure is discussed.
