电针对帕金森病模型大鼠纹状体Glu浓度、GS和PAG表达的影响

目的：探讨电针对帕金森病（Parkinson’s Disease,PD）治疗作用的效应机制。方法：40只SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组,分别为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组,每组10只;采用6-羟基多巴胺 （6-hydroxydopamine,6-OHDA）制备PD大鼠旋转模型,假手术组仅注射含0.2%维生素C的生理盐水;电针组在模型制作成功后给予电针“风府、太冲”穴治疗,每天1次,每次30 min,7天为1疗程,连续2个疗程进行治疗。采用行为学测试PD大鼠旋转行为的改变,HPLC荧光法检测纹状体Glu浓度,免疫蛋白印迹法检测纹状体谷氨酰胺合成酶（GS）、谷氨酰胺酶（PAG）的表达。结果: 电针组大鼠干预前后旋转行为有显著性差异（P<0.01）;模型组大鼠与正常组及假手术组比较,Glu浓度明显升高,GS的表达明显降低,PAG的表达明显升高,组间有显著性差异（P<0.01）;电针组大鼠与模型组比较,Glu浓度降低（P<0.05）,GS的表达显著升高,PAG的表达显著降低（P<0.01）。结论: 电针防治PD的效应机制可能与电针提高脑内GS表达、降低PAG表达和减轻Glu引起的细胞毒作用有关。

Acupuncture and moxibustion reduces neuronal edema in Alzheimer’s disease rats

To examine the possible correlation of aberrant Wnt signaling and pathological changes in Alzheimer's disease, we established a rat model of Alzheimer's disease and measured axin and β-catenin expression in the hippocampus. Rats were pretreated with moxibustion or electroacu-puncture, or both, at Baihui(GV20) and Shenshu(BL23). Axin expression was lower, β-catenin expression was greater, and neuronal cytoplasmic edema was visibly prevented in the rats that had received the pretreatments. Our results suggest that the mechanism underlying the neuro-protective effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in Alzheimer's disease is associated with axin and β-catenin expression in the Wnt signal transduction pathway.     

超低出生体重儿的呼吸管理

低出生体重儿(extremely low birth weight neonate,ELBWI)是指出生体质量≤1 000 g的活产新生儿[1].国外报道,体质量≤750 g者存活率为44%,体质量751 g～1 000 g者存活率为81%;国内报道ELBWI病死率达80%～100%[2].新生儿肺透明膜病(NRDS)是ELBWI常见的四大死亡原因之一[1].有效的呼吸管理是提高ELBWI存活率的重要措施.我科2009年1月-2010年6月共收治ELBWI 14例,在实际工作中积累了呼吸管理的经验,现总结如下.     

应用全自动生化分析仪测定缺血修饰白蛋白

目的建立白蛋白钴结合(ACB)试验检测缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)。方法应用日立7600型全自动生化分析仪,采用ACB法测定IMA,并测定血清中不同白蛋白浓度,以观察白蛋白对其影响。结果ACB方法批内变异系数(CV)为5.0%,批间CV为1.6%。不同浓度的人血清白蛋白ACB法测定结果是线性的,回归方程为Y=0.029 1.57X,r=0.995,P=0.000。黄疸对测定无明显影响;溶血(5 g/dL)和脂血(0.4%)对测定有干扰。健康人群参考范围为79.6 U/mL。结论IMA是评价心肌缺血的有效诊断工具,采用全自动生化分析仪建立测定IMA的方法方便、简单,可以大批量测定。     

Identification of nafamostat mesylate as a selective stimulator of NK cell IFN-γ production via metabolism-related compound library screening

Natural killer (NK) cells play important roles in controlling virus-infected and malignant cells. The identification of new molecules that can activate NK cells may effectively improve the antiviral and antitumour activities of these cells. In this study, by using a commercially available metabolism-related compound library, we initially screened the capacity of compounds to activate NK cells by determining the ratio of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ)⁺ NK cells by flow cytometry after the incubation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with IL-12 or IL-15 for 18 h. Our data showed that eight compounds (nafamostat mesylate (NM), loganin, fluvastatin sodium, atorvastatin calcium, lovastatin, simvastatin, rosuvastatin calcium, and pitavastatin calcium) and three compounds (NM, elesclomol, and simvastatin) increased the proportions of NK cells and CD3⁺ T cells that expressed IFN-γ among PBMCs cultured with IL-12 and IL-15, respectively. When incubated with enriched NK cells (purity?≥?80.0%), only NM enhanced NK cell IFN-γ production in the presence of IL-12 or IL-15. When incubated with purified NK cells (purity?≥?99.0%), NM promoted NK cell IFN-γ secretion in the presence or absence of IL-18. However, NM showed no effect on NK cell cytotoxicity. Collectively, our study identifies NM as a selective stimulator of IFN-γ production by NK cells, providing a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of infection or cancer in select populations.

     

新冠肺炎疫情下艾灸防治帕金森病的临床应用分析＊

帕金森病（Parkinson''s disease，PD）是仅次于阿尔茨海默病的世界第二大神经系统退行性疾病，随着老龄化社会的到来，PD患病率呈明显上升趋势。全球爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）是一种急性传染性疾病，严重威胁人们的身体健康和生命安全。PD患者大多为老年人且合并有基础疾病，体质普遍较弱，是新冠肺炎的易感人群，一旦染病则发展为重症的风险很高。中医艾灸疗法在治疗PD及防治疫病方面发挥了很好的辅助治疗效果。通督扶阳灸法联合强壮穴艾灸治疗，既可以帮助PD患者改善临床症状，延缓病情进展，又可以提高机体免疫功能，增强抗病能力而防治新冠肺炎。     

X线胃肠机改良颞颌关节摄片法的临床应用

目的 探讨X线胃肠机透视定位及带摇控、自动换片、胶片自动分隔等优点在改良颢颌关节许勒氏位中的临床应用。方法 采用日本岛津500 mA X线胃肠机，自制角度板，透视下定位摄片，并与传统摄片方法照片进行比较。结果 96例颞颌关节病患者，有94例通过该方法摄片，与传统摄片方法相比，结果新的摄片法具有定位精确，成像标准，摄片成功率高达98％等优点。结论 应用X线胃肠机对许勒氏位改良摄片改进传统方法存在的缺点，为X线胃肠机在口腔X线影像学方面的应用开拓了新的应用范围。
