AIM: To investigate the pharmacological effect of LXT-101 on serum testosterone level in intact male rats. METHODS: Ratswere injected subcutaneously with LXT-101 while control animals received only vehicle (5% mannitol). Blood samples were collected at different times after administration of LXT- 101.
