冰帽头部低温治疗丘脑出血53例分析

丘脑出血约占全部脑出血的10％，发病部位靠近中线，紧邻下丘脑，临床上一般不选择手术治疗，其常见发病原因为高血压病，起病急，并发症多，死亡率高。我们使用冰帽头部低温治疗丘脑出血病人53例，疗效满意，特总结如下：

机械通气抢救急性有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭27例

急性有机磷农药中毒是基层医院常见急症,而呼吸衰竭是造成中毒病人死亡的最主要原因。及时建立人工气道给予机械通气是抢救成功的关键。现将我院2002年7月至2004年7月住院病人27例做一总结。1资料与方法1.1资料27例病人均来源于我院住院病人,其中男9例,女18例。年龄15岁～65岁,平均(32±5)岁,其中呼吸衰竭24h出现者9例,2d～7d发生者17例,7d后发生者1例。1.2方法所有27例病人均经气管插管人工呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗,同时常规予以洗胃,应用阿托品、氯磷定,防止感染,补液维持电解质平衡等综合治疗。2结果23例病人痊愈出院,4例住院期间抢救无效死亡…

膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎19例临床分析

目的：探讨膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎（pigmented villonodular synovitis,PVS）的临床、病理特点及手术治疗方法。方法：分析总结19例膝关节PVS患者的临床资料。结果与结论：19例患者起病缓慢,主要临床表现为膝关节局部包块,关节肿胀疼痛,关节活动时疼痛加剧。全部病例行关节腔穿刺,有关节腔积液11例。X线摄片提示关节间隙变窄、骨赘形成3例;受累关节周围软组织肿胀4例;受累关节周围软组织肿胀、骨质破坏7例。9例患者术前曾做MRI扫描,均提示关节滑膜肿胀肥厚。19例膝关节PVS患者均行关节切开滑膜全切术并行骨质破坏病灶刮除术。术后均行滑膜病理活组织检查,提示滑膜肥厚,绒毛结节性增生,结节内有大量含铁血黄素沉积。15例疗效达优,3例良好,1例复发。膝关节PVS以滑膜肥厚、绒毛结节增生及含铁血黄素沉着为特点,临床确诊PVS的方法是病理活组织检查,应按照患者具体情况选择手术治疗方案。     

探析美多巴与普拉克索联合用于帕金森患者治疗的疗效

目的对美多巴与普拉克索联合治疗帕金森患者的临床疗效进行探讨。方法考虑研究对照需求,纳入帕金森患者38例参与此次研究,患者均于2017年1月份到2018年1月份入院治疗,并将其设为实验组,予以美多巴联合普拉克索治疗;同期纳入帕金森患者38例设为对照组,予以美多巴治疗。比较两组患者在此次治疗过程中的临床情况,并比较两组患者的治疗效果、HAMD分值变化情况、生活质量分值以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组的总有效率高于对照组(P0.05),差异具有统计学意义;实验组的HAMD分值改善幅度大于对照组(P0.05),差异具有统计学意义;实验组的生活质量分值改善幅度大于对照组(P0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患者的不良反应差异不明显(P0.05)。结论联合美多巴以及普拉克索对帕金森患者实施治疗,可有效改善患者病情症状,提高生活质量,且治疗安全性高。
