李某,男性,14岁,反复性畏光流泪、眼痛2年,于1986年9月初诊。患儿生后5天,上下肢远端皮肤发红,出现水疱,后全身多处出现水疱。自12岁以来,反复发作性眼痛,怕光流泪,每年3～5次。父母非近亲结婚,无家族史。
