氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应168例分析

0 引言 随着氟喹诺酮类药物在临床的广泛应用，有关其应用所致不良反应的报道也日趋增多，我们通过对1990／2003年我院氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应情况报告如下，供临床参考。     

L-arginine induces relaxation of small mesenteric arteries from endotoxin-treated rats.

The effect of arginine (Arg) was studied on norepinephrine- (1 microM) precontracted small mesenteric arteries removed from rats treated with E. coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The addition of L- (but not D-) Arg (1 mM) relaxed, within 3 min, the small mesenteric arteries from LPS-treated but not from control rats, the maximal relaxation (65.3 +/- 11%) being reached with less than 100 microM L-Arg. NG-Nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (1 mM) and methylene blue (10 microM) restored contractions to the level reached before addition of L-Arg. These results show that LPS induces the production of an L-Arg-derived, nitric oxide-like, relaxing factor in small mesenteric arteries.     

Free amino acid pattern of cerebrospinal fluid in meningeal pathology

Free amino acid concentrations of CSF were measured in bacterial meningitis, aseptic meningitis, meningoradiculitis Garin-Bujadoux-Bannwarth, multiple sclerosis, carcinomatous meningitis, and controls. Almost all CSF amino acids were highly elevated in bacterial but not in aseptic meningitis, meningoradiculitis Garin-Bujadoux-Bannwarth or carcinomatous meningitis thus providing a laboratory tool for their differential diagnosis. In carcinomatous meningitis the amino acid pattern indicates metabolic activity of tumor cells. Minimal alterations were found in multiple sclerosis which have no diagnostic value.     

Raymond's syndrome following petrosal sinus sampling

Summary Inferior petrosal sinus sampling (IPSS) is used to evaluate the pituitary-dependency of Cushing's disease, and to predict the laterality of a microadenoma prior to transsphenoidal operation. A serious complication occured in a 14-year-old boy: he suffered brain stem ischaemia with abducens nerve palsy and hemiparesis (Raymond's syndrome). The case prompted us to reconsider the indication for this investigation.     

Delineating the sites and progression of in vivo atrophy in multiple system atrophy using fluid-registered MRI.

We describe the pattern and progression of atrophy delineated using fluid registration of serial magnetic resonance imaging scans in a case of multiple system atrophy (MSA). The in vivo findings were consistent with those found at postmortem, including significant supratentorial atrophy concurrent with an unusual degree of cognitive impairment for MSA.     

Friction, capacitance and transepidermal water loss (TEWL) in dry atopic and normal skin

The biophysical properties of non-eczematous skin at three locations in atopics and non-atopics were characterized using non-invasive physical methods. Skin friction was measured with a newly developed sliding friction instrument, the degree of hydration with a capacitance meter (Corneometer CM 820), and the transepidermal water loss (TEWL) was determined using an Evaporimeter EP1. The areas examined (dorsum of the hand, volar forearm and lower back) showed lower values of friction and capacitance in the atopic patients than did corresponding sites in the normal controls. In most areas a significant correlation between friction and capacitance was found. The TEWL was increased in atopic skin, but TEWL seems to correlate neither to friction nor to capacitance.
