Aim:
To investigate the distribution of amoxicillin in the gastric juice and gastric mucosa of rats and to investigate the effects of proton pump inhibitor rabeprazole on amoxicillin concentrations in various compartments.Methods:
One hundred and sixty anesthetized rats were divided into five groups, and given intravenously different doses of amoxicillin or amoxicillin and rabeprazole. The pH value and volume of gastric juice was aspirated were measured and separated gastric mucosa was homogenized. The concentrations of amoxicillin in the plasma, gastric juice and gastric mucosa were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results:
The maximum concentrations of amoxicillin in gastric juice and gastric mucosa were significantly lower than those in plasma (P<0.001). Concentrations in the glandular stomach mucosa were higher than those in the forestomach mucosa. Rabeprazole did not significantly change the pharmacokinetic parameters of amoxicillin in the plasma and did not alter gastric antibiotic clearance or the gastric transfer fraction of amoxicillin in gastric juice. However, rabeprazole did increase the amoxicillin concentration and pH value in gastric juice and reduced the volume of the gastric juice.Conclusion:
Amoxicillin could penetrate the gastric mucosa and achieve therapeutic concentrations at the target site after transfer from the blood to the stomach. Rabeprazole increased the amoxicillin concentration in gastric juice by decreasing the gastric juice volume but did not affect its concentration in blood or gastric mucosa. 相似文献4.
[目的]通过探究多花黄精新品种‘丽精1号’营养成分与海拔、林分郁闭度的相关性,筛选出适宜多花黄精道地栽培的条件。[方法]开展多花黄精新品种‘丽精1号’不同海拔和林分郁闭度的对比试验,采用双变量相关计算方法分析评价‘丽精1号’中5种一般营养成分、7种矿物质元素、15种氨基酸含量及其与海拔、林分郁闭度的相关性。[结果]多花黄精‘丽精1号’3年生根茎具有丰富的营养成分,其中黄精多糖11.31%~16.58%、蛋白质7.25%~7.87%、脂类3.00%~4.10%,矿物质元素钾3125~6160μg·g^-1、钙3412~3820μg·g^-1、镁452~526μg·g^-1,含有7种必需氨基酸和8种非必需氨基酸,并具有“谷氨酸含量最高、蛋氨酸含量最低”的特点。多花黄精‘丽精1号’根茎的一般营养成分、矿物质和氨基酸含量与海拔、林分郁闭度具有相关性,其中钠(r=0.902,P=0.001)、锌(r=0.862,P=0.003)、谷氨酸(r=0.863,P=0.003)、脂类(r=0.683,P=0.043)与海拔呈正相关,黄精多糖(r=-0.812,P=0.009)、镁(r=-0.916,P=0.001)、蛋白质(r=-0.718,P=0.027)、7种必需氨基酸(r=-0.719,P=0.029)与海拔呈负相关;黄精多糖(r=0.936,P=0.000)、铁(r=0.778,P=0.013)与林分郁闭度呈正相关,锌(r=-0.907,P=0.001)、钠(r=-0.846,P=0.004)、谷氨酸(r=-0.679,P=0.044)与林分郁闭度呈负相关。[结论]多花黄精新品种‘丽精1号’根茎营养成分丰富。选择海拔400~770m、林分郁闭度0.6~0.7的林分套种多花黄精‘丽精1号’,更有利于黄精多糖、蛋白质、必需氨基酸等营养成分的积累。 相似文献
