藏药五脉绿绒蒿中非生物碱成分 总被引:6,自引:2,他引:6
目的:研究藏药五脉绿绒蒿Meconopsis quintuplinervia的化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术分离纯化,用波谱学方法确定化合物结构。结果:从乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),槲皮素-3-O-[β-D-半乳糖(1→6)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),山柰素-3-O-[β-D-葡萄糖(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),异鼠李黄素-3-O-[β-D-半乳糖苷(1→6)]-β-D-葡萄糖(Ⅳ),咖啡酸(Ⅴ),原儿茶酸(Ⅵ),对羟基肉桂酸(Ⅶ),2-(3,4-二羟苯基)-乙醇β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ),对羟基苯甲酸β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(Ⅸ),肉桂酸4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ),5,7-二羟基色原酮(Ⅺ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅻ)。结论:除Ⅵ和Ⅻ外,其余10个化合物均为首次从该属植物中发现。 相似文献

Here we report the cytotoxic activity of three known compounds isolated for the first time from Corydalis pallida (Papaveraceae). An isoquinoline alkaloid, berberine, exhibited cytototoxic activity against two human cancer cell lines, HT-1080 (human fibrosarcoma) and SNU-638 (human stomach adenocarcinoma), with IC50 values of 3.2 and 3.4 microg/mL, respectively. N-trans-feruloyltyramine and N-trans-feruloylmethoxytyramine were also isolated from this plant but were inactive. 相似文献

In the course of screening Korean natural products for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity, it was found that a methanolic extract of the aerial parts of Corydalis incisa (Papaveraceae) showed significant inhibitory effects on AChE. Corynoline isolated from this plant inhibited AChE activity in a dose-dependent manner, and the IC50 value of corynoline was 30.6 microM. The AChE inhibitory activity of corynoline was reversible and noncompetitive. 相似文献

AbstractIn Mexican traditional medicine, Bocconia frutescens. L. (Papaveraceae) is known as “gordolobo” or “llorasangre.” Natives use this plant to treat skin ulcer, dermatitis, and some respiratory tract infections. In this study, the aerial parts afforded the alkaloids dihydrochelerythrine, (±)-6-acetonyldihydrochelerythrine, (±)-6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine, as well as β.-amyrine acetate and 2-decanol. The structures were determined by spectral methods including UV, IR, NMR and mass spectrometry. The antimicrobial activity of extracts and pure compounds was tested with Escherichia coli., Staphylococcus aureus., Pseudomonas aeruginosa., and Bacillus subtilis.. This study supports the use of B. frutescens. in traditional medicine. 相似文献

Three known isoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from the chloroform-soluble fraction of the methanolic extract of the aerial parts of Corydalis incisa (Papaveraceae) through repeated column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated as corynoline (1), corynoloxine (2) and 6-oxocorynoline (3) using spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 1-3 exhibited cytotoxicity against human A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2 and HCT15 tumor cells. 相似文献

通过查阅藏族医药文献与相关标准,结合实地调查结果,对藏族医学(以下简称藏医学)药用的罂粟科植物的药材品种、基原及质量标准状况进行系统整理,为藏医学药用罂粟科植物的资源合理利用、品种整理及质量标准制定提供参考。结果表明,藏医学药用的罂粟科植物有6属约144种(含种下等级),主要为高原分布的种类,其中有17种为我国特有种,以紫堇属(97种7变种1亚种)和绿绒蒿属(27种1变种)的种类最多;约涉及20个药材品种,其中有关标准中收载有12个,涉及基原植物30种(含变种),部分药材的基原存在与其他科属植物交叉的情况。藏医学药用罂粟科植物药材多数为藏药特色品种,具有重要的资源开发利用潜力;多数药材品种存在“名称-基原”不规范、不同地区习用的基原种类差异较大、质量标准缺失或不完善的问题,有待结合现代药学研究开展其品种整理、质量标准制定工作。 相似文献

Two new quaternary protoberberine alkaloids, namely corydayanine (1) and yanhusuine (2), were isolated from the tubers of Corydalis yanhusuo. On the basis of extensive chemical and spectroscopic evidences, especially 1D and 2D NMR and HRMS experiments, their structures were elucidated as 5,6-dihydro-3,9-dihydroxy-2,10-dimethoxy-13-methyl-dibenzo[a,g] quinolizinium alkaloid and 5,6-dihydro-12-hydroxy-2,3,9-trimethoxy-13-methyl-dibenzo[a,g] quinolizinium alkaloid, respectively. 相似文献
