目的:观察银杏叶胶囊对脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者认知功能及预后的影响。方法:选择100例脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏叶胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、脑部动脉血流速度、脑动脉硬化发生率、血管痉挛发生率以及血管狭窄发生率。结果:治疗前,2组MoCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组MoCA评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的血流速度明显快于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组脑动脉硬化发生率、血管痉挛发生率以及血管狭窄发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶胶囊可以改善脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能和脑部血流,降低血管狭窄发生率,临床疗效较好。 相似文献

目的 比较医用退热贴冷敷及卷心菜叶外敷2种方法对缓解产后生理性乳房胀痛的疗效。方法 选取2018年3-12月在产科住院的产后生理性乳房胀痛的患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用卷心菜叶外敷,观察组采用医用退热贴冷敷。结果 观察组产后生理性胀痛乳房评分低于对照组(Z=-2.568,P=0.010),乳房硬度优于对照组(Z=-4.361,P<0.001),使用维持时间长于对照组(t=19.804,P<0.001)。结论 医用退热贴冷敷用于产后生理性乳房胀痛效果理想,操作方法简单易行,实施方便,易被产妇接受,值得临床推广应用。 相似文献

本文旨在开发一套能将静态调强放射治疗计划文件转换成制作物理补偿器的切割机执行文件和医用直线加速器多叶准直器(Multiple Leaf Collimator,MLC)控制文件的数据转换系统。该系统采用Visual Studio 2010作为开发平台,结合DCMTK开源库实现对DICOM协议支持。系统导入计划系统输出的放疗计划文件后,经分析将患者姓名、ID、MLC各叶片位置和权重等字段信息并输出为瓦里安MLC控制文件格式;也可对于每个射野、累加射野平面内各点的机器跳数生成跳数矩阵,结合不同补偿器材料的衰减特性将其转换成相应材料的厚度信息,最后实现切割机控制文件输出。该转换系统能够实现患者的RTplan数据导入,并且转换生成物理补偿器切割文件及瓦里安加速器MLC运动控制文件,为患者提供额外的调强放射治疗方式,也能满足网络故障等特殊情况下的放射治疗。 相似文献

ObjectivesMulberry (Morus alba L.) leaves have been used in traditional medicine for treating hyperglycemia. However, there remains difficulties in the implementation of mulberry leaves in evidence-based practice. The aims of this study were to examine the optimal dose of 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) in mulberry leaves and to determine the efficacy and safety of mulberry leaves in glycemic control in obese persons with borderline diabetes.DesignFirst, healthy adults were recruited into the dose-finding study and randomly allocated to ingest sucrose solution concurrently with mulberry leaf powder at weights equivalent to 0 (control), 6, 12, and 18 mg of DNJ. Postprandial glucose and undesirable effects were evaluated. Second, obese persons with borderline diabetes were randomly assigned into the mulberry-leaves treatment group (12 mg of mulberry DNJ three times daily) and the control group in the 12-week prospective study. Blood glucose and insulin as well as adverse effects were determined.ResultsTwelve mg of mulberry DNJ was the minimum effective dose attenuating postprandial hyperglycemia. Mulberry leaves decreased fasting plasma glucose (FPG) by 3.86 ± 5.99 mg/dL (p = 0.002) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) by 0.11 ± 0.22 % (p = 0.011) when compared with the baseline levels. Improvement in glucose tolerance was not observed. Furthermore, mulberry leaves tended to ameliorate insulin resistance (p = 0.057). Adverse events of mulberry leaves commonly found in this study were gastrointestinal symptoms including bloating, flatulence, and loose stools.ConclusionMulberry leaves possessed favorable effects on glycemic profiles without serious side effects. 相似文献

目的探讨柿叶总黄酮(PLF)对四氯化碳(CCl 4)诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CCl 4肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量,HE染色观察肝脏组织病理形态学的改变。结果PLF高、中、低剂量组均能降低肝损伤小鼠ALT和AST的含量,提高肝组织SOD和GSH含量,降低MDA和TNF-α含量,并能改善肝组织的病理损伤程度。结论PLF对CCl 4所致的小鼠肝损伤有较好的保护作用,其作用机制可能与提高小鼠的抗脂质氧化能力有关。 相似文献

Endophytes have been defined as microorganisms living inside plant tissues without causing negative effects on their hosts. Endophytic microbes have been extensively studied for their plant growth-promoting traits. However, analyses of endophytes require complete removal of epiphytic microorganisms. We found that the established tests to evaluate surface sterility, polymerase chain reaction, and leaf imprints, are unreliable. Therefore, we used scanning electron microscopy (SEM) as an additional assessment of epiphyte removal. We used a diverse suite of sterilization protocols to remove epiphytic microorganisms from the leaves of a gymnosperm and an angiosperm tree to test the influence of leaf morphology on the efficacy of these methods. Additionally, leaf tissue damage was also evaluated by SEM, as damaging the leaves might have an impact on endophytes and could lead to inaccurate assessment of endophytic communities. Our study indicates, that complete removal of the leaf cuticle by the sterilization technique assures loss of epiphytic microbes, and that leaves of different tree species may require different sterilization protocols. Furthermore, our study demonstrates the importance of choosing the appropriate sterilization protocol to prevent erroneous interpretation of host-endophyte interactions. A 56-day trial was conducted to elucidate the bioconcentration and depuration of Cd in the liver and muscle of rare minnow (Gobiocypris rarus) and determine the effect of dietary mulberry leaf supplementation on depuration. Juvenile rare minnow were exposed to environmentally relevant doses of Cd (1 and 10 μg/L) for 28 days of uptake and then allowed 28 days of depuration. The bioaccumulation factors of the treated rare minnow in the liver and muscle were calculated to be between 4.13–4.675 and 1.76–1.94, respectively. This results suggested that Cd had high potential for bioconcentration in rare minnow. To investigate the effect of dietary mulberry leaf supplementation on depuration, the remaining fish of each group were allowed to depurate with different ratios (0%, 10%, and 30% dry weight) of dietary mulberry leaf supplementation for an additional 28 days. Fish weights did not differ significantly (p > 0.05) between the control and mulberry leaf treated groups. Mulberry leaf powder did not significantly affect Cd depuration in the 10 μg/L group or in the muscle of the 1 μg/L group, but caused a significant decrease in Cd content in the liver of the 1 μg/L group (p < 0.05). This work was the first to model the bioconcentration of Cd in rare minnow and showed that mulberry leaf supplementation decreased Cd residues in the liver of the 1μg/L group. 目的:探讨75%酒精加654-2温湿敷治疗静滴七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年4月该院收治的100例静滴七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的病人按病区的住院号单双号作为实验病人,进行分组对照法,分别将研究组处方(75%酒精100 mL加654-2注射液20 mg)50例和对照组处方(50%硫酸镁100 mL)50例进行分组治疗,观察两组治疗24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h后静脉炎的治疗效果。结果研究组24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h有效率为22.0%、44.0%、70.0%和92.0%,明显优于对照组8.0%、16.0%、28.0%和42.0%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论应用75%酒精加654-2温湿敷治疗静滴七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎操作方法简单、疗效显著,价廉实用、安全可靠。 相似文献

目的采用大孔吸附树脂吸附法同时分离纯化枇杷叶中的熊果酸和科罗索酸,并确定分离纯化工艺。方法采用乙醇浸提法将枇杷叶中的熊果酸和科罗索酸进行提取分离纯化,对15种大孔吸附树脂进行筛选,利用大孔吸附树脂柱层析同时分离纯化枇杷叶中的熊果酸和科罗索酸。结果经过对15种大孔吸附树脂的筛选,HPD722的吸附量最好,因此选择HPD722大孔吸附树脂进行柱分离,并确立了最佳的分离纯化工艺。结论HPD722大孔吸附树脂能够使熊果酸和科罗索酸达到较好的分离纯化,工艺可行。 相似文献
