中西医结合治疗带状疤疹48例疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法 48例患者在常规西药抗病毒以及提高免疫功能的基础上,外用自拟冰黄膏外敷,观察其疗效。结果治愈率达100%。结论中西医结合治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,值得推广。

Zona Pellucida Induces Activation of Phospholipase A2 During Acrosomal Exocytosis in Guinea PigSpermatozoa

Objective To investigate whether PLA2 is involved in ZP-stimulated acrosomal exocytosis,if Ca^2 is required for activation of PLA2,and sigal transduction pathways modulating PLA2. Methods Guinea-pig spermatozoa were capacitated and labeled in low Ca^2 medium with [^14C]choline chloride or [^14C] arachidonic acid,and were then exposed to millimolar Ca^2 and various reagents and stimulated with ZP. Results Precapacitated spermatozoa exposed to millimolar Ca^2 and stimulated with ZP experienced increases in arachidonic acid(AA)and lysophosphatidylcholine (lysoPC) and a parallel decrease in phosphatidylcholine (PC);these chages are indicative of PLA2 activation.Simulation with ZP also led to acrosomal exocytosis in a high proportion of spermatozoa. Lipid changes and exocytosis were prevented if spermatozoa were exposed to aristolochic acid,a PLA2 inhibitor, before treatment with ZP.Stimulation with ZP in medium without added Ca^2 ,or in medium with millimolar Ca^2 and EGTA or La^3 resulted in no lipid changes or exocytosis. Pretreatment with pertussis toxin,a G1 protein inhibitor, before stimulation with ZP,blocked the release of AA and lysoPC and acrosomal exocytosis.Exposure of spermatozoa to the DAG kinase inhibitor R59022 before ZP stimulation led to a significant increase in the generation of lysoPC and exocytosis.Conclusion These results indicate very strongly that PLA2 plays an essential role in ZP-induced exocytosis in spermatozoa, that PLA2 activation requires Ca^2 internalization,and that it is regulated by signal transduction pathways involving G proteins and DAG.     

藤黄酊治疗带状疱疹85例临床观察

带状疱疹是由水痘带状疱疹病毒引起的皮肤粘膜损害性疾病,是一种急性炎症神经性疾病,中医称之为“蛇串疮”、“缠腰火丹”。 1 临床资料 我院自1995年3月～1998年4月共收治包括门诊留观及住院病人共168例,随机将其分为两组。治疗组85例,其中男性40例,女性45例;年龄最大52岁,最小5岁,平均年龄29.5岁;病程最长9天,最短1天,平均病程2.3天;疱疹部位：头部11例,胸背部22例,腰部38例,肘部4例,腹部10例。对照组83例,其中男性41例,女性42例;年龄最大54岁,最小5岁,平均年龄29.3岁;病程最长11天,最短1天,平均病程2天;疱疹部位：头部10例,胸背部23例,腰部36例,肘部3例,腹部1例。两组年龄、病程基本相似(P＞0.05),具有可比性。     

口服七厘散加外涂紫金锭治疗带状疱疹31例

根据杨思澍主编的《新编中成药应用指南》一书中七厘散治疗带状疱疹,紫金锭有辟秽解毒、消肿开窍止疼之功效,笔者用来治疗带状疱疹31例,取得了满意的效果,现将结果报告如下。1临床资料1.1 一般资料本组31例全部来自1996年6月至1999年8月间的门诊患者,其中男14例,女17例;年龄15～62岁。病程4～6天。皮损部位:额部3例,胸部17例,腰部4例,上肢3例,下肢4例。     

35例老年带状疱疹临床分析

目的：观察并分析老年带状疱疹的发病特点及临床治疗。方法：回顾性分析35例老年带状疱疹的临床资料（发病特点及治疗用药方法）。结果：35例均获痊愈，但病程较长，多为5—7周，且病愈后遗留一段时间神经痛。结论：老年性带状疱疹，临床症状不典型，缺乏特异体征并易误诊、其治疗在常规应用抗病毒药物的基础上酌情应用皮质激素及干扰素，以缩短病程，减轻疼痛并减少后遗神经痛。     

Specific Binding of 17D3 Anti-pZP mAb to Porcine and Human Zona PeHucida but not to Other Tissue Antigens Identified by ABC Immunohistochemistry

Objective To characterize the binding effects of 17D3 anti-pZP monoclonal antibody （mAb） on porcine and human ZP,, ovary and other important tissues Methods The 17D3 anti-pZP mAb was produced by immunizing mouse with porcine zona pellucida and hybridoma and monoclonal antibody preparation. An ABC immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate reaction of mAb 17D3pZP to porcine and human ZP antigens as well as important human tissue antigens. Results mAb 17D3pZP specifically bound to porcine and human ZP antigen, but not to other cells of ovaries and other important human tissue antigens. Conclusion 17D3 anti-pZP mAb can recognize porcine and human ZP antigen without cross-reaction with other human tissue antigens including ovary, so it may further help us to abstract and purify corresponding target antigen and settle basis for producing human ZP contraceptive vaccine.     

High-level Expression and Purification of Human Zona Pellucida huZP3a^22-176 and huZP3b^177-348 Peptides in Escherichia coli

Objective To try making huZP3a^22-176 and huZP3b^177-348 polypeptides （representing an intact huZP^322-348 protein without its N-terminal signal peptide and C-terminal transmembrane domain ） express in E. coli at a higher level Methods The cDNAs encoding huZP3a and huZP3b were obtained with PCR method. The pBV221 plasmid was used to construct thermo-inducible recombinant expression vector. Purification of two target expression products employed an improved method of preparative gel polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results Two polypeptides of recombinant huZP3a （rhuZP3a） and recombinant huZP3b （rhuZP3b） were all expressed respectively in an E. coli BL21（DE3）pLysS strain at a higher level, which were recognized by two specific polyclonal antisera in Western blotting test which recognize a linear B cell epitope present in rhuZP3a or rhuZP3b respectively. Using the shake-flask method, approximately 5 mg of rhuZP3a and rhuZP3b with more than 95% relative homogeneity were harvested from 1 L culture respectively. Conclusion The availability of two rhuZP3 polypeptides will help in detecting the immunogenicities of rhuZP3a and rhuZP3b through animal experiments and confirming the function domain of non-glycosylated huZP3 to induce acrosome reaction in vitro.
