双针复位法治疗股骨上段骨折30例

由于中西医结合技术的发展,牵引加手法夹板固定的方法治疗股骨干骨折,已取得了较好的效果。但对股骨上段骨折,西医传统采用开刀复位固定,失败率很高;采用常规的牵引加手法复位固定,也有一定的困难。为探索新的非手术疗法,我们发扬中医手法之长,吸取古人“金针拨骨”的道理,从1974年起在常规牵引下,用钢针直接撬压严重错位的骨折近端使其复位,临床观察证明效果良好,现介绍于后。

TREATMENT OF FRACTURES OF UPPER FEMORAL SHAFT BY DOUBLE NAIL REDUCTION REPORT OF FORTY-TWO CASES

Since 1974 forty-two cases of fracture of theupper femoral shaft with severe displacementhave been treated by reduction with doublenail fixation.Results showed anatomical ornearly anatomical reduction in 95.2 percentof the cases.The average time for healingin this series was 53.9 days.No complica-tions or death occurred.Long-term follow-upshowed good function of the thigh in most ofthe patients.This paper analyzes difficultiesencountered during treatment,presents the tech-nic of double nail reduction,and discusses themechanism of reduction in general.The cruxof the problem is to obtain good reduction andfix the proximal fragment directly to the distalfragment with a nail under traction.Theauthors' views on open reduction,simple skeletaltraction,and double nail reduction are cited.They consider double nail reduction to be a newtherapy combining traditional Chinese andWestern medicine.The advantages of this proce-dure are obviation of surgery,shortened periodof healing,good result and simple,easy-to-master manipulative technic.

各位领导、各位专家教授、各位来宾、代表们、同志们:首先,我代表河南省洛阳正骨医院、正骨研究所党委和全体职工,向你们表示热烈的欢迎并致以亲切的问候。这次正骨学术研讨会,从去年酝酿到现在,又恰逢医院建院三十周年。“三十”是而立之年,在这个时候,回忆院、所的成长过程和总结医、教、研方面的成绩,是非常有意义的。今天来参加会议的代表,绝大多数是原正骨学院的毕业生和历届进修生,大家欢聚一堂,进行学术交流,从而达到互通情报、互相学习、取长补短、共同提高,以便更好的发展正骨事业,这就是我们这次学术研讨会的宗旨。在     

利用现代科学方法研究平乐郭氏正骨

平乐正骨是河南洛阳平乐村郭氏祖传的正骨术,距今已有200多年的历史。其特点是：整体辨证、手法复位、夹板固定、内外用药、筋骨并重、动静结合、按摩活筋、功能锻炼。文中报道了运用现代科学方法对此正骨术进行研究,在整复手法、固定方法和中药应用等方面所取得的成果。     

ELECTRIC ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT OF PERIPHERAL NERVE INJURY

54 cases of peripheral nerve injury were treated by electric acupuncture and compared with 54 control cases treated with supportive medication. The changes after treatment were ob-served chiefly by electromyography while sensory and motor improvement were also re-corded as auxiliary indicators. The therapeutic results in the acupuncture group were 5 cases cured, 26 markedly effective, 19 unproved, and 4 cases failed, a total effective rate of 92.6% in contrast to the 55.6% for the controls. Analysis of the therapeutic results showed that 1) those in the acupuncture group were significantly better than in the control group; 2) nerve injuries should be treated as early as possible; 3) the radial nerve and the common peroneal nerve recovered faster than others; 4) cases not surgically explored recovered faster than those that were, and 5) patients with prompt propagation of the needling sensation recovered significantly faster than those with slow propagation.

加味益气丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响

加味益气丸为平乐正骨传统药物 ,按平乐正骨伤后三期用药 ,该药以“补”为主。为探讨其“补气”的功能 ,应用药理学方法对其小白鼠的免疫功能加以测定。结果显示 ,加味益气丸能显著增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,增加胸腺 (脾 )指数 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并对免疫抑制小鼠迟发超敏反应有明显增强作用。表明加味益气丸确有扶正固本的功能

中药促进骨折愈合的临床研究——附264例分析

本文通过对264例股骨干骨折患者的分组对比观察,研究中药对骨折愈合的作用,发现内服接骨丹组比对照组骨折临床愈合时间提前6.2天(P<0.01);外敷地龙组比对照组骨折临床愈合时间提前3.6天(P<0.05),证明中药有促进骨折愈合的作用。作者认为,由于影响骨折愈合的因素较多,开展此项工作应尽可能在相同的条件下进行,可以得出较为准确的结果。
