目的:观察健脾益肾清热利湿方辅助治疗急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法将52例急性肾盂肾炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例。对照组给予抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予健脾益肾清热利湿方辅助治疗,两组疗程均为2周。观察两组治疗前后主要临床症状、体征的变化。结果在疗效方面,治疗组总有效率为96.2%,对照组总有效率为80.8%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);在发热、腰痛、尿路刺激征消除时间方面治疗组明显快于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健脾益肾清热利湿方辅助治疗急性肾盂肾炎效果显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,并可缩短临床症状的消除时间,能提高治疗的有效率。 相似文献

仝小林教授将高血压分为"三期六态",认为水液代谢异常是导致水态高血压的直接原因,临床表现主要为舒张压升高,脉压差减小。该病致病因素中,水湿尤为重要,常见体胖、下肢水肿等症状,针对病因及辨证予以靶方茺蔚子、茯苓、车前子利水降压,可根据临床高血压分级及下肢水肿程度调整用量,一般以茺蔚子15~45 g,茯苓30~90 g,车前子15~30 g靶向降压,同时减轻水肿,共奏活血、渗湿、利水之效,必要时配合益母草、泽泻等药。该小方降压效果显著,可明显降低舒张压、减小脉压差,有效治疗水肿,针对水态高血压患者临床疗效稳定,安全性良好。 相似文献

摘 要 目的: 建立同时测定白花蛇舌草中去乙酰车草酸酐、车叶草苷、秦皮乙素、4 香豆酸、阿魏酸、槲皮素和山奈酚7种有效成分含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法: 采用Thermo ODS 2 HYPERSIL C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm);流动相为0.05%醋酸水溶液(A) 0.05%醋酸乙腈(B),线性梯度洗脱[0 ~ 50 min,5%BSymbolnB@80%B],流速为1.0 ml·min-1;柱温为35℃;检测波长分别为238 nm(乙酰车草酸酐和车叶草苷)、347 nm(秦皮乙素)、306 nm(4 香豆酸)、322 nm(阿魏酸)、369 nm (槲皮素和山奈酚)。结果: 去乙酰车草酸酐、车叶草苷、秦皮乙素、4 香豆酸、阿魏酸、槲皮素和山奈酚的浓度分别在2.940~58.700μg·ml-1,2.650~52.900μg·ml-1,0.762~15.200 μg·ml-1,0.448~8.960μg·ml-1,0.794~15.900 μg·ml-1,0.897~17.900 μg·ml-1,0.489~9.780 μg·ml-1范围内均呈良好线性关系(r≥0.999 7);日内、日间精密度良好,RSD均小于1.95%(n=6);各组分低、中、高浓度的平均加样回收率均在98.16%~101.88%之间,RSD均小于1.88%(n=6);白花蛇舌草中去乙酰车草酸酐、车叶草苷、秦皮乙素、4 香豆酸、阿魏酸、槲皮素和山奈酚含量分别为(42.48±1.43)μg·g-1、(63.76±1.01)μg·g-1、(1 765±0.69)μg·g-1、(881.9±0.74)μg·g-1、(86.99±1.65)μg·g-1、(1 395±0.731)μg·g-1和(902.2±0.82)μg·g-1。结论:本文方法简便可靠,重复性好,可全面反映白花蛇舌草中各种极性较高的成分的含量,适用于白花蛇舌草质量控制。 相似文献

目的观察车前番泻颗粒治疗老年帕金森病便秘患者的疗效和安全性。方法选择70例帕金森病便秘老年患者,随机均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组选用车前番泻颗粒治疗,疗程2周;观察组选用乳果糖治疗,疗程2周。观察排便次数、大便性状的变化及伴随症状的情况。结果车前番泻颗粒和乳果糖均可使多数老年帕金森病便秘患者大便的次数、性状恢复至正常或缓解,且车前番泻颗粒的疗效明显高于乳果糖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论车前番泻颗粒为一种治疗老年帕金森病便秘安全、非常有效的药物。 相似文献

The influence of thermal treatment (frying of plantain) on the micronutrients ascorbic acid, potassium and carotenoids is evaluated. Cylinders (diameter 30 mm, thickness 10 mm) of plantain (Musa AAB ‘barraganete’) were fried at four thermal treatments (120–180°C and from 24 to 4 min) to obtain products with approximately the same water content (≈0.8±0.02 kg/kg1) and fat content (≈0.15±0.06 kg/kg). The thermal study used the cook value and the mean cook value as indicators of the effect of several different treatment temperatures and times on quality. Deep-fat frying had no significant effect on carotenoid contents at any frying conditions, and on potassium content, except at 120°C and 24 min (loss?≤?11%). There was a significant, but not complete, loss (≤45%) of ascorbic acid. The process with the greatest effect was low temperature and long time (120°C/24 min), as observed for potassium and ascorbic acid. These results are in agreement with other studies that demonstrated short thermal treatments at high temperatures protect food nutritional quality, as shown by the cook value and the mean cook value. In our work, deep-fat frying of plantain preserved most of the micronutrient contents that were evaluated. 相似文献
