创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是指突发性、威胁性或灾难性生活事件导致个体延迟出现和长期持续存在的精神障碍,其临床表现以再度体验创伤为特征,并伴有情绪的易激惹和回避行为。PTSD的发生不仅伴随着行为学指标异常,机制研究表明还表现出神经生物学指标异常。PTSD的发生机制研究多集中在神经内分泌系统、中枢神经系统和免疫系统等方面,主要表现为应激激素、促炎细胞因子、神经递质、神经保护因子的水平异常。中药因其具有多靶点、多成分和多途径的特点,在治疗PTSD方面表现出了许多优势。当前研究表明,多种中药能够改善PTSD模型中动物行为异常、逆转神经生物学指标。其中很多中药复方已经应用于临床并且具有很好的疗效,因此中药治疗PTSD具有广阔的应用前景。但是,尚未有PTSD的专属治疗药物,且尚未完全厘清PTSD的机制。故本文对当前中药治疗PTSD的研究进行综述,并且从治疗的中药种类、作用机制、动物模型等角度,重点阐述PTSD的发生与治疗进展,以期为PTSD的治疗提供参考。  相似文献

Helicobacter pylori is a major risk factor for gastritis, gastric ulcers and gastric cancer. Traditional therapy with proton pump inhibitor and antibiotics is regarded as optimal for H. pylori eradication whereas, the eradication rate is unsatisfactory. Studies have reported that cranberry may inhibit H. pylori adhesion to the human gastric mucus but lack of other berry extracts have been evaluated in clinical study. Thus, a 9-week add-on randomised controlled trial was conducted to explore the impact of blueberry and grape seed extract (BGE) combinations traditional therapy for H. pylori eradication. In results, we found that there was no significant difference of eradication rate between the berry extract group and placebo group in the intention-to-treat analysis and in the per-protocol analysis (94.64% versus 84.62%, p?=?0.085). Diarrhoea, constipation and epigastric pain were observed increasing during ingestion of the berry extract in some cases. In conclusion, this study indicated that no significant difference existed between the BGE extract group and placebo group in eradication rate under triple therapy.  相似文献

Randomized controlled trials, being published in English and investigating the associations of at least 4 weeks intervention of citrus and/or its extracts on weight loss among adults, were searched from PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Cochrane by June 2019 to conduct a meta‐analysis. Thirteen articles, including 921 participants, were selected and evaluated by modified Jadad scale. Pooled results by the random‐effects model showed that citrus and/or its extracts administration significantly reduced 1.280 kg body weight (95% CI: ?1.818 to ?0.741, p = 0.000, I2 = 81.4%), 0.322 kg/m2 BMI (95% CI: ?0.599 to ?0.046, p = 0.022, I2 = 87.0%), 2.185 cm WC (95% CI: ?3.804 to ?0.566, p = 0.008, I2 = 98.3%), and 2.137 cm HC (95% CI: ?3.775 to ?0.500, p = 0.011, I2 = 96.2%), respectively, but no significantly decreased effects on WHR and body fat were observed. Subgroup analysis deduced the different effects of study location, intervention duration on body weight associated indices. No publication bias was observed. Our meta‐analysis supported the beneficial effects of citrus and/or its extracts supplement on body weight control, and future well‐designed studies are required to firmly establish the clinical efficacy of citrus and/or its extracts intervention on body weight.  相似文献

目的建立胶原诱导性类风湿关节炎(collagen-induced arthritis,CIA)大鼠模型来探讨胡蜂毒提取物对大鼠类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的治疗作用。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组(注射用蜂毒冻干粉,1.25 mg·kg^-1)和胡蜂毒提取物低、中、高剂量(0.125、0.25、0.5 mg·kg^-1)组,除正常组外,其余各组采用多点注射鸡Ⅱ型胶原加完全弗氏佐剂的方法来诱导大鼠RA模型,每7 d一次,共14 d。造模结束后,各给药组于足趾皮下注射对应剂量的药物,连续给药14 d。分别于造模前、造模第14天和给药第14天测量大鼠踝关节直径和周长,并进行AI评分;观察大鼠脏器指数和踝关节组织HE染色的变化;采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测大鼠血清中相关炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、IL-8、前列腺素(PG)E-2、环氧化酶(COX)-2和类风湿因子免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、Ig A、Ig M的含量变化;利用流式细胞术检测大鼠脾脏T细胞亚群的变化。结果与模型组比较,胡蜂毒提取物对CIΑ大鼠的关节肿胀(直径及周长)抑制效果显著(P<0.01),能明显降低其AI评分(P<0.01或P<0.05),能不同程度恢复大鼠的脏器指数(P<0.01或P<0.05),改善踝关节组织病理学结构病变,降低大鼠血清中各炎症因子和类风湿因子的表达(P<0.01或P<0.05),调节和改善T细胞亚群比例的紊乱(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论胡蜂毒提取物对CIA大鼠具有较好的治疗作用,这与其对炎症细胞因子网络的调控和对免疫的调节有关系。  相似文献

目的建立HPLC法测定银杏叶提取物中9种小分子有机酸类成分莽草酸、儿茶素、表儿茶素、没食子酸、原儿茶酸、6-羟基犬尿喹啉酸、对羟基苯甲酸、对羟基肉桂酸、咖啡酸含量的方法,并结合多元统计分析方法比较不同厂家生产的银杏叶提取物间质量差异。方法采用Inertsil ODS-3 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,波长切换测定(220 nm检测莽草酸、儿茶素、表儿茶素,254 nm检测没食子酸、原儿茶酸、6-羟基犬尿喹啉酸、对羟基苯甲酸,310 nm检测对羟基肉桂酸、咖啡酸),柱温40℃。结果不同厂家生产的银杏叶提取物中有机酸总含量有差异,厂家内部样品中各有机酸含量同样存在差异。经聚类分析、主成分分析、相关与回归分析等多元统计方法分析,筛选出儿茶素、没食子酸、原儿茶酸及6-羟基犬尿喹啉酸为体现样品质量差异的特征成分,同时成分间具有内在相关性。结论建立的方法操作简便、重复性好、结果可靠,可用于银杏叶提取物中有机酸类成分的质量评价。筛选出的儿茶素、没食子酸、原儿茶酸及6-羟基犬尿喹啉酸是体现质量差异的特征成分,又是具有内在关联的共性成分,为提升银杏叶提取物整体质量控制能力提供了依据,同时表明银杏叶提取物的提取工艺并不统一,企业内部工艺的稳定性也有待提高。  相似文献

This study investigated the hypocholesterolaemic effects of bitter melon aqueous extracts (BMAE) in vitro, the inhibitory effects of BMAE on pancreatic cholesterol esterase (CEase) and incorporation of cholesterol into micelles were investigated. BMAE decreased the in vitro micellar solubility of cholesterol in a dose-dependent manner. The conformation of CEase was investigated by means of circular dichroism (CD) and fluorescence. The result revealed the decrease of α-helix contents, increase of β-sheet and exposure of aromatic amino acid residuals. The incorporation of cholesterol into micelles was inhibited by BMAE. A complex was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), which indicated interaction between cholesterol and BMAE. The result revealed that BMAE can play a role in decreased intestinal cholesterol absorption via inhibition of CEase, and of micelle formation.  相似文献

目的:初步探索桑白皮黄酮提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗作用及机制研究。方法:将24只雄性大鼠随机分为3组,分别为正常组、模型组、桑白皮黄酮组(1.0 g·kg~(-1))。采用腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(streptozocin,STZ)结合高脂饲料喂养的方法,建立2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝的模型,灌胃治疗16周时,观察比较桑白皮黄酮提取物对各组大鼠血清中空腹血糖(FBG),总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),糖耐量(OGTT)变化,油红O染色和苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察肝脏病理改变,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)检测肝脏血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF),血小板衍生因子(platelet derived growth factor,PDGF)mRNA的表达。结果:灌胃干预16周后,与正常组比较,模型组大鼠FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,含量均显著高于正常组(P0.05),应用桑白皮黄酮治疗后,上述生化指标较模型组均有显著下降(P0.05)。糖耐量试验显示模型组胰岛素敏感性下降,应用桑白皮黄酮治疗后胰岛素敏感性较模型组有显著改善。油红O染色结果显示模型组肝细胞胞浆内可见大量红染的脂肪滴,而桑白皮黄酮组肝细胞胞浆内未见红染的脂肪滴。HE染色结果显示模型组肝小叶中肝细胞发生明显的小泡样脂肪变性,部分肝细胞中脂滴融合成大的脂肪空泡,小叶中可见点状坏死,周围有炎性细胞浸润,而桑白皮黄酮组肝细胞结构正常。模型组肝脏中VEGF,PDGF mRNA表达量较正常组有显著升高,应用桑白皮黄酮治疗后,肝脏中VEGF,PDGF mRNA表达量明显降低(P0.05)。结论:桑白皮黄酮提取物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝有一定的防治作用,其作用机制可能与抑制肝脏中VEGF,PDGF mRNA的表达有关。  相似文献

ObjectiveThe objective of this study was to estimate the antibacterial activity of three different herbal extracts against oral bacteria and their bioactive composition.MethodsUsing the disk diffusion technique, the antibacterial activities of three different extracts (lemongrass, sage, and guava leaf) were evaluated against oral bacteria (Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus, and Enterococcus faecalis). Additionally, the bioactive components of the herbal extracts were assessed by employing the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique.ResultsThe sage, lemongrass, and guava leaf extracts suppressed the proliferation of all three tested bacterial strains at different rates. The phytochemical analysis revealed that sage extract possessed the highest content of antioxidants, phenols, and flavonoid compounds. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of the tested plants revealed the presence of vital bioactive compounds.ConclusionsLemongrass, sage, and guava leaf extracts have potent antibacterial activities, are rich in bioactive compounds, and could be utilized as natural remedies for the prevention of oral diseases.  相似文献

目的 建立荜茇提取物中5个生物碱含量测定方法,并评估该提取物对垂体后叶素所致大鼠实验性心肌缺血的影响。方法 采用HPLC法同时测定5个生物碱的含量;采用经舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素造成急性心肌缺血模型,以造模前后T波变化绝对值、心率及其变化百分率为观测指标,评估荜茇提取物大、中、小三个剂量组对大鼠实验性心肌缺血的影响。结果 3批荜茇提取物中胡椒碱平均含量为56.1%、49.7%、51.6%;N-异丁基-2E,4E-十八烷二烯酰胺平均含量为4.48%、4.21%、4.28%;几内亚胡椒碱平均含量为0.461%、0.378%、0.396%;荜茇明碱平均含量为1.73%、1.67%、1.70%;胡椒酰胺平均含量为0.554%、0.461%、0.493%。荜茇提取物大、中、小剂量组均有降低T波变化绝对值的作用;除大剂量组在个别时间点有降低心率的作用之外,其它各实验组在各时间点对心率变化率无显著影响。结论 所建立的生物碱含量测定分析方法可准确测定荜茇提取物中5个生物碱的含量;药效试验证明荜茇提取物具有较好的抗心肌缺血活性。  相似文献

Aim To explore the mechanism of ethanolic extracts of euonymus alatus on CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in mice by regulating JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. Methods Sixty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,EAL,EAM),EAH,and Silybin(n=10). Except for the control group,mice in other groups were injected with 25% CCl4 of 1.6 mL·kg-1 to induce HF model. Moreover,the positive group was administered 12.6 mg·kg-1 Silybin by gavage once a day,and EAL,EAM,and EAH were administered 72,140 and 280 mg·kg-1 ethanolic extracts of euonymus alatus once by gavage once a day,and the intervention lasted for six weeks. After 6th week,mouse blood was collected,the body weight and liver weight were measured and liver mass index calculated,the liver appearance was observed,and ALT,AST,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β were detected in serum. The protein expression levels of collagen Ⅰ,α-SMA,and JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway-related protein(JAK2,STAT3,p-JAK2,pSTAT3)in mouse liver tissues were detected. Results Compared with the model group,EAM and EAH significantly decreased liver mass index,and the ALT,AST,α-SMA,collagen I levels of serum. After treatment,the liver morphology and structure,cellular inflammatory infiltration,fiber changes and collagen deposition in euonymus alatus intervention group were dose-dependently better than those of the model group. Compared with the model group,the expression of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β in EAM and EAH serum decreased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the model group,the protein expression levels of JAK2,STAT3,p-JAK2,pSTAT3 in EAM and EAH mouse liver tissues decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Ethanolic extracts of euonymus alatus have an anti-CCl4-induced HF effect in mice,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. © 2023 Publication Centre of Anhui Medical University.
