目的以机油为分散剂高温热解人发后发现新型纳米碳点,通过动物实验评价了该碳点的生物效应。方法利用高温热解法对人发和机油进行炭化,对炭化产物进行萃取、过滤分离和透析得到一种具有水溶性的新型物质碳点,并命名为JYRF-CDs。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)、紫外-可见分光光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、荧光光谱、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)等多种方法对JYRF-CDs进行表征,利用小鼠单核巨噬细胞RAW264.7细胞进行CCK-8毒性实验来评价JYRF-CDs的安全性,并通过小鼠耳肿胀实验和小鼠醋酸扭体实验对JYRF-CDs的生物效应进行评价。结果 JYRF-CDs外形为类球形,粒径均匀分布在1.8~3.6 nm,晶格间距为0.219 7 nm。细胞毒性实验结果显示,JYRF-CDs具有低毒性,动物实验结果表明JYRF-CDs具有良好的抗炎和镇痛作用。结论首次以机油为分散剂高温热解人发后发现一种全新的碳点JYRF-CDs,以JYRF-CDs为突破口,更加明确阐释以机油为分散剂高温热解人发后炭化产物具有生物效应的物质基础,为纳米类成分的研究提供了一种新方法。  相似文献

目的:以兰州百合鳞茎中分离和纯化得到的多糖BHP-1为主要研究对象,综合运用仪器分析和化学反应等手段研究其初步的形貌特征和化学结构。方法:采用热重分析(TG)及扫描电镜(SEC)技术分别分析多糖BHP-1的热稳定性和形貌结构特征;通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,结合部分酸水解、高碘酸钠氧化-Smith降解以及核磁共振波谱(NMR)分析等方法对多糖BHP-1的化学结构进一步的进行解析。结果:BHP-1是以1,4连接的α-D-吡喃葡萄糖和1,4连接的β-D-吡喃甘露糖为基本骨架的甘露葡聚糖,在葡萄糖和甘露糖的2位和/或3位形成主要的分支,主链或支链的末端残基主要为T-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖,同时在其结构片段中含有少量的O-乙酰基。热重分析显示BHP-1在220℃开始发生降解,520℃基本结束,说明BHP-1热稳定性良好。形貌分析显示BHP-1表面光滑有大量凹陷,凹陷处多为片层结构错落紧密堆积而成,并交织下陷呈不规则的孔洞。结论:多糖BHP-1是一种热稳定性良好,表面光滑有大量的凹陷和孔洞,并含少量O-乙酰基的甘露葡聚糖,其化学结构为首次报道。  相似文献

The implant surface must withstand high insertion torque during implant insertion. The aim of this study was to investigate the damage to implant surfaces caused by two different insertion protocols in vitro. Fifteen titanium implants per group were inserted in standardized polyurethane foam models, group 1 according to a non-threaded surgical protocol and group 2 according to a threaded surgical protocol. Before and after insertion, the surfaces were visualized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and non-contact laser profilometry. Different surface area parameters were evaluated and maximum torque during insertion was determined. SEM detected topographical changes such as deposition of the test block and smoothening of the surface in the region of the thread crests in both groups. The laser profilometry analysis revealed significant changes in the surface topography of the implants in both groups, but no differences between the groups. Insertion torque was significantly decreased in the threaded group. Both types of surgical intervention resulted in surface damage. Less damage was detected to the thread crests with the use of a thread cutter, and most of the surface was not visibly affected by the surgical protocol at the microscopic level. The surgical protocol seems to have a minor influence on preservation of the implant surface.  相似文献

A computational method for generating porous materials and composite structures was developed and implemented. The method is based on using 3D Voronoi cells to partition a defined space into segments. The topology of the segments can be controlled by controlling the Voronoi cell set. The geometries can be realized by additive manufacturing methods, and materials can be assigned to each segment. The geometries are generated and processed virtually. The macroscopic mechanical properties of the resulting structures can be tuned by controlling microstructural features. The method is implemented in generating porous and composite structures using polymer filaments i.e., polylactic acid (PLA), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and nylon. The geometries are realized using commercially available double nozzle fusion deposition modelling (FDM) equipment. The compressive properties of the generated porous and composite configurations are tested quasi statically. The structures are either porous of a single material or composites of two materials that are geometrically intertwined. The method is used to produce and explore promising material combinations that could otherwise be difficult to mix. It is potentially applicable with a variety of additive manufacturing methods, size scales, and materials for a range of potential applications.  相似文献

ObjectiveWarm vertical compaction of gutta-percha is a technique that is used by most specialists for root canal obturation. The sealers currently available exhibit irriversible chemical changes when heated. New biologically active sealers that do not sustain irreversible changes when heated are an attractive alternative to be used with warm vertical compaction obturation technique. The aim of this study was to measure the heat generated by warm vertical compactors inside the root canal, characterize a newly developed root canal sealer at different temperatures and verify its suitability at the actual temperature window used clinically.MethodsThe typical temperatures generated by two heat carriers in a root canal were assessed by thermocouples. Two premixed root canal sealers TotalFill BC and HiFlow BC (FKG, Switzerland) were allowed to set and they were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) immediately after setting and by XRD after 28 days in physiological solution. The ion leaching in solution was assessed by inductively coupled plasma (ICP). The organic component was extracted in acetone and assessed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) for both the unset sealer and sealer subjected to different temperatures. The heat profiles of both sealers were investigated by FT-IR and thermographic analysis.ResultsNone of the devices tested achieved the temperatures set on the dial. The highest temperatures were coronal followed by apical for both devices. The sealers were identical except for the vehicle. The inorganic components included tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate and zirconium oxide. No calcium hydroxide was produced by any of the sealers after immersion in physiological solution but calcium was released in solution. The chemistry of both sealers was modified when heated but both recovered when cooled.SignificanceThe heat carriers were unreliable and the heat generated inside the canal was not the same as the temperature set on the dial. Since both sealers had identical chemistry save for minimal modifications to the organic component and were both resistant to heat, TotalFill BC sealer is recommended for use with warm vertical compaction technique as it is cheaper and as effective as the HiFlow.  相似文献

目的通过研究头孢硫脒多晶型的有效表征方法,探索不同厂家产品的晶体特征及分类。方法本文采用NIR、FTIR、Raman、XRD、TGA和MDSC等多种技术手段,建立注射用头孢硫脒混晶特征的表征方法。结果分子光谱及成像方法揭示了注射用头孢硫脒晶型特征为混晶。NIR法能够综合反映物质的理化性质,宏观地表征并区分各制剂混晶特征的差异;XRD法能够精确表征制剂晶体特征的细微差异,而MDSC法则有效地表征混晶中的晶体及其相对关系等特征,二者结合能够在没有晶型标准品的情况下,推出各晶体的XRD特征峰信息,进一步对混晶中晶体进行定性。上述3种方法结果相互验证,互为补充。结论 NIR法可作为晶型分类的首选方法,有晶型标准品时,XRD法为晶型特征首选表征方法,无晶型标准品时可使用MDSC法结合XRD法晶体特征信息,进而实现晶型特征表征。通过对头孢硫脒制剂的晶型特征的表征,我们可以进一步探索产品的质量控制水平和稳定性等工艺信息。  相似文献
