目的 研究深海真菌Phomopsis tersa FS441的次级代谢产物及其细胞毒活性。方法 采用正、反相硅胶柱、凝胶柱和高效液相等多种色谱技术对菌株FS441的固体发酵产物进行分离纯化,并通过NMR、MS等波谱方法鉴定化合物结构,采用SRB法对得到的单体化合物进行细胞毒活性测试。结果 从发酵物中分离纯化得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:5α, 8α-表二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(1)、麦角甾醇(2)、12-hydroxydehydrobotrydienol(3)、5,6-二羟基-2,3,6-三甲基环己-2-烯酮(4)、1,2-二羟基-3,4-脱氢蒽酮(5)、(1S,2S,3S,4R) -3-氯-4-(2-羟基丙吡啶-2-基)-1-甲基环己烷-1,2-二醇(6)、(-)-5-methylmellein(7)、酪醇(8)、胸腺嘧啶核苷(9)、(R)-(+)-甘油1-9 (Z),12 (Z)-十八碳二烯酸酯(10)、亚油酸(11)。结论 化合物3~6为首次从Phomopsis属分离得到,化合物1和2对SF-268、MCF-7、HepG-2和A549 4种肿瘤细胞株具有弱的细胞毒活性。  相似文献

目的:研究番荔枝内生真菌拟茎点霉B27的化学成分。方法:通过色谱层析柱对提取物进行分离纯化,并通过波谱解析(一维、二维的核磁共振谱和质谱)确定化合物的结构。结果:分离纯化得到5个化合物,鉴定为十元大环内酯phomolidec(1),1-甲基-8-羟基-9,10-蒽醌(2),1,8-双羟基-9,10-蒽醌(3),cytosporoneC(4)和Altiloxin A(5)。结论:化合物1是新化合物;化合物1-5首次从拟茎点霉属菌株中分离得到。  相似文献

1989~1990年,对广州、惠州二市的鸡蛋果(Passiflora (?)is Sims)病害进行了调查,共鉴定10种病原真菌,包括2个新种:Phomopsis passiflorae J.F.Lu et P.K.Chi,引起果腐,及My-cosp(?)hella Passiflorae J.F.Lu et P.K.Chi,引起叶斑;1个新组合:sphoeropsis Passifloricola(Grove)J.F.Lu et P.K.Chi亦引起叶斑;2个国内新纪录:A(?)(?)(?)及Phommopsisterso(Sacc.)Sutton.但生产上为害最严重的是:Nectria haematocooca Berk.et Br.引起的茎基腐病及Ph(?) (?) VAr.p(?) (Dast.)Watern.引起的疫病,它们与病毒引起的花叶病是鸡蛋果生产中的三大病害。 新种及新组合的标本存华南农业大学植保系标本室。  相似文献

本文报导了拟茎点霉属(Phomopsis)的4个新种及3个国内新纪录,新种是寄生于肉桂和锡兰肉桂的樟拟茎点霉(P.cinnamoni sp.nov.),寄生于泰国大枫子的大枫子拟茎点霉(P.hydnccarpi sp.nov.)寄生于胖大海的苹婆拟茎点霉(P.sterculioe sp.nov.)及寄生于龙眼和荔枝的龙眼拟茎霉(P.longanoe sp.nov.)新纪录是可拉拟茎点霉(P.colaoe Bond.-Mont.),薯蓣拟茎点霉(P.dioscoreoe sacc.)及棕榈拟茎点霉槟榔生理型(P.polmicola(Wint.)sacc.f.arecoe Sacc.)。  相似文献

All rights reserved Abstract: We report the case of a 72‐year‐old female renal transplant recipient with a nodular lesion in the distal phalange of the third left finger produced by a dematiaceous fungus that was identified as Phomopsis longicolla. She was treated with itraconazole and terbinafine and later with voriconazole, without response. The patient underwent a surgical resection with lesion‐free edge and continued on voriconazole. One year later she was asymptomatic and had not developed new lesions.  相似文献

目的对拟茎点霉属真菌福士拟茎点霉Phomopsis fukushii发酵产物的化学成分进行研究。方法运用硅胶、凝胶及RP-HPLC等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化得到化合物,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从福士拟茎点霉发酵产物中分离到4个异戊基二苯醚类化合物,分别鉴定为1-[4-(3-羟基-5-甲基苯氧基)-2-甲氧基-6-甲基苯]-3-甲基丁基-3-烯-2-酮(1)、diorcinol C(2)、diorcinol D(3)和diorcinol E(4)。对化合物1进行抗菌活性筛选,发现其对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)菌株的MIC_(90)值为(54±4)μg/mL。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为拟茎点二苯醚A;化合物2~4为拟茎点属真菌中首次发现的异戊基二苯醚类化合物,化合物1具有突出的抗菌活性,接近阳性对照左氧氟沙星的MIC_(90)值。  相似文献

Three new xanthone dimers, named phomoxanthones C–E (13), were obtained from the Thai mangrove fungus Phomopsis sp. xy21, together with four known ones. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by the analysis of HRESIMS and extensive NMR spectroscopic data. The absolute configuration of 1 was established by the analysis of single-crystal X-ray diffraction with Cu Kα radiation. Phomoxanthones C (1) and D (2) possess a highly oxidized hexahydroxanthone skeleton.  相似文献

Three new diphenyl ethers (1-3), together with four known isopentylated diphenyl ethers derivatives (4-7), were isolated from the fermentation products of an endophytic fungus Phomopsis fukushii. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1-3 were evaluated for their anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (anti-MRSA) activity. The results revealed that compounds 1 and 2 showed strong inhibitions with inhibition zone diameters (IZD) of 20.2 ± 2.5 mm and 17.9 ± 2.2 mm, respectively. Compound 3 also showed good inhibition with IZD 15.2 ± 1.8 mm. The IZD data of compound 1 is close to that of positive control with IZD 21.9 ± 2.1 mm.  相似文献

Diaporthe phaseolorum (syn. Phomopsis phaseoli) is a frequent fungal parasite of plants, present on all continents around the world. It has rarely been involved in human diseases. We report a case of eumycetoma with osteomyelitis of the forefoot caused by this fungus and diagnosed by molecular biology. The patient had positive HTLV-1 serology and was a farmer from French Guiana who walked barefoot. He was successfully treated with long-term oral itraconazole (400 mg/day). A review of the literature underlines the essential roles of plants and host immunosuppression in this infection and the favourable outcome with a triazole antifungal treatment.  相似文献

摘 要:目的 研究1株红树植物木果楝(Xylocarpus granatum Koenig)来源内生真菌Phomopsis sp. MGGP14112的次级代谢产物及其生物活性。方法 综合运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、半制备高效液相色谱(HPLC)等色谱分离技术对菌株的发酵产物进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)等多种现代波谱技术以及与文献数据对照,确定化合物的结构,对化合物进行抗氧化活性和抗虫活性测试。结果 从内生真菌Phomopsis sp.中分离鉴定出7个化合物1~7,结构分别为phomoxydiene B (1)、deacetylmycoepoxydiene (2)、mycoepoxydiene (3)、5,6-dihydroxy-2,3,6-trimethylcyclohex-2-enone (4)、4-methoxy-3,6-dimethylpyran-2-one (5)、petasol (6)和lithocarin A (7)。其中化合物3表现出一定的抗氧化活性,其IC50为3.83 mg/mL;化合物1~3和7对棉铃虫幼虫(Helicoverpa armigera Hubner)具有一定的生长抑制活性,其IC50值为200 μg/mL。结论 从红树内生真菌Phomopsis sp. MGGP14112中分离获得7个单体化合物,活性筛选发现1个具有抗氧化活性和4个具有棉铃虫幼虫生长抑制活性的化合物,具有重要的研究和应用价值。  相似文献
