托西酸舒他西林胶囊复合膜包装与软双铝包装的溶出度稳定性比较

托西酸舒他西林胶囊现采用复合膜与软双铝两种包装规格，通过对两种包装加速实验的溶出度比较，我们可得知两种包装在溶出度检验一项中无明显区别。     

家庭作坊锡箔加工铅危害调查分析

[目的]探讨家庭作坊锡箔加工对周围人群的铅污染,通过职业卫生调查干预降低铅危害。[方法]随机抽取290位村民,凡从事锡箔加工作业的为职业接触者,未从事锡箔加工的为未接触者,46名儿童父母亲中至少有一方是从事锡箔加工作业工人,同时做血铅检测。[结果]职业接触者与未接触者各级血铅水平组构成比较,χ2=5.60,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。职业接触者与曾经接触已脱离者各级血铅水平组构成比较,χ2=7.36,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。职业接触者不同岗位血铅比较,χ2=34.18,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义,以敲箔岗位污染最大。不同接触年限血铅比较,χ2=11.54,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义,工龄越长,高血铅人员构成比越高。儿童高铅血症发生率占97.83%（45/46）。[结论]家庭作坊锡箔加工对作业人群及家庭有较严重铅污染,现场劳动卫生学干预有助于改善作业环境降低铅污染。     

食品包装铝箔纸及其在烹饪条件下的铅镉迁移研究

目的 了解食品包装铝箔纸铅、镉指标是否符合国家标准以及以铝箔纸为包装材料的食品在高温烹饪条件下,食品中铅和镉的含量,为食品安全相关研究提供依据。方法 用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝箔纸在规定条件下铅、镉的迁移量;取相同食品原材料两份,用铝箔纸包装且高温烹饪后的样品为烹饪组,未经任何处理的样品为对照组,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分别测定两组食品样品中的铅、镉含量,并用沃森符号秩和检验比较烹饪组和对照组铅、镉含量的差异。结果 实验所测铝箔纸均符合GB 4806.9-2016食品安全国家标准《食品接触用金属材料及制品》的要求;所测配对样本P铅和P镉均大于0.05,表明两组铅含量和镉含量均无统计学差异;在所测样品中,实验组和对照组中各有4份样品铅含量超出GB 2762-2017食品安全国家标准《食品中污染物限量》标准。结论 本研究所测的铝箔纸均符合食品安全国家标准;高温烹饪条件下,铝箔纸对食品中铅镉含量无影响;快餐外卖市场以铝箔纸作为烹饪材料的食品存在铅含量超标问题。

配酸的微机自动控制系统

介绍了利用ＰＣ，总线工控机构成的铝箔腐蚀用酸配酸系统的软硬件设计。该系统可以完成正极箔用酸、负极箔用酸及小酸配制的自动控制。系统具有良好的用户界面，并取得了明显的经济效益。     

External septal reconstruction with the use of polydioxanone foil: our experience

We present our experience and results after using polydioxanone (PDS) foil in septal reconstruction. In a period of 2 years, 12 patients who were admitted in our department with severe septal deviation and breathing problems underwent septoplasty under general anaesthesia. The nasal septum was approached via an external approach. In all patients, after resecting and exposing the septum, the removable piece after being divided into straight pieces, was sutured onto an appropriate sized PDS foil and reimplanted together between the mucoperichondrium flaps. Sutures were placed to fixate the “new septum” to the nasal dorsum and to the anterior nasal spine. The immediate postoperative course was unremarkable and in a follow-up appointment 6 months and 1 year postoperatively, one complication occurred, with septum subluxation noted in one patient. Use of PDS foil in septal reconstruction is an important surgical option for the correction of the markedly deviated nasal septum. Fixation of the straightened and replanted septum at the nasal dorsal septum border with the upper lateral cartilages and at the nasal spine is essential.     

浅析气压对多色药用PTP铝箔套印的影响

目的：找到多色药用铝箔生产中最佳的气压参数设置，最大限度降低气压对多色铝箔外观套印质量的影响。方法：在生产中对各气压控制点设置多个气压参数反复进行实验，并对实验所得大量相关数据进行对比分析，总结出各点气压对套印质量的影响情况。结果：气压参数的设置对多色药用铝箔的套印技师有着重要影响。结论：实践证明，文中表2所示的气压参数设置是比较科学的，它较好的解决了气压影响多色药用铝箔的套印质量的问题。     

大孔径发酵接种器的使用研究

本新型发酵接种器涉及一种对传统液体深层培养用的无菌发酵接种器结构的改进,将传统接种器针管的直径扩大及接种口改造,从而避免染菌,达到了工艺要求。其产品的应用为“带丝真菌发酵”以及带固体的发酵液菌种接种提供了可行的使用方法,有普遍的适用性。     

Perioperative management by WeChat under the haze of COVID-19

Strabismic amblyopia is characterized by a distorted spatial perception. In this condition, the neurofunctional disorder occurring during first years of life provoke several monocular and binocular anomalies such as crowding, deficits in the accommodative response, contrast sensitivity, and ocular motility abilities. The inhibition of the binocular function of the brain by the misaligned amblyopic eye induces a binocular imbalance leading to interocular suppression and the reduction or lack of stereoacuity. Passive treatments such as occlusion, optical and/or pharmacological penalization, and Bangerter foils has been demonstrated to be potentially useful treatments for strabismic amblyopia. Recent researches have proved new pharmacological options to improve and maintain visual acuity after occlusion treatment in strabismic amblyopia. Likewise, the active vision therapy, in the last years, is becoming a very relevant therapeutic option in combination with passive treatments, especially during and after monocular therapy, in the attempt of recovering the imbalanced binocular vision.
