ObjectiveTo describe how the community from El Faro neighborhood identifies its community assets, uses them to face life's challenges through the capacity of collective agency; and by generating community development processes, applying the salutogenic theory that considers people as active subjects, with the capacity to conserve and generate health and well-being, through the use of their own resources called health assets.MethodsA map of community assets was made in 2018 in el Faro neighborhood, an informal settlement of Medellín, Colombia, following the phases recommended by other authors and from a qualitative, participatory approach that delves into the health situation of the community.ResultsIn this process were identified 12 individual community assets, 12 collective, 13 institutional and 10 in the environment. The main community asset among the 47 described was community participation, from the agency capacity, mainly of its leaders who participating in their own organizations encourage development, identity construction and well-being.ConclusionAsset mapping has served to identify intangible assets for the community and, in turn, this recognition has been useful in strengthening the agency's capacity for community development. This is a territory transformed by community reflection processes allowing to understand situations of exclusion and poverty, seeking to create a more livable place and developing a community capacity to solve their own problems, through solidarity and community support.  相似文献

Objective

This study aims to explore EBF promotion activities that have been carried out by ISP cadres during this time in the work area of the CHC in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru Riau.

Method

The design of this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Respondents in this study were ISP cadres with the determination of respondents using a purposive sampling approach, in order to obtain 11 respondents who appropriate the inclusion criteria as follows: cadres who are active in promoting exclusive EBF, cooperatives, aged ≤ 55 years, become a cadre for at least 2 years. Data collection methods in this study are through focus group discussion (FGD). Data processing from the FGD were analyzed according to the Colaizzi method.

Results

The results of the data analysis found five themes, namely: (1) Types of EBF promotion activities carried out by cadres, (2) cadre behavior in EBF promotions, (3) cadres’ ability to promote EBF, (4) constraints in carrying out EBF promotions, (5) the need for cadres to improve the ability of EBF promotions.

Conclusion

Needs for EBF promotion training and cadre guidebooks, guidance and supervision by community health centers (CHC) in the implementation of this EBF promotion.  相似文献

目的研究并分析Sandwich教学法应用于ICU临床实习阶段的临床价值及效果。方法选取时间段为2017年5月—2018年5月70例在本院ICU临床实习生作为研究对象,以数字表法随机分为常规组(35例)与研究组(35例),常规组采用常规带教实习教学方法,研究组实施Sandwich教学法,对两组实习生的教学效果展开对比。结果研究组的考试成绩、课堂活跃度、学生参与教学的主动性、学习积极性等均优于常规组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU临床实习阶段采用Sandwich教学法,可以有效提升ICU实习生教学效果,提升实习生知识掌握水平和学习能力,应用价值显著。  相似文献

ObjectiveTaiwan is projected to become a super-aged society in 2026. Taiwan's government introduced an innovative preventive care policy to improve aging-related conditions in 2017. In this study, we examine the effectiveness of an eating ability promotion program (EAPP) on the physical and mental performance of community-dwelling older adults.DesignSingle-masked, cluster randomized trial.SettingTwo community care stations in Taichung, Taiwan.ParticipantsVolunteers were recruited from these 2 community care stations. The 70 participants were aged ≥60 years, able to walk independently and take care of themselves, and understood Mandarin or Taiwanese.InterventionThe volunteers were randomly assigned to an intervention; 40 participated in EAPP training courses (experimental group) and 30 participated in originally scheduled activities only (control group). EAPP training courses were conducted in the care stations 4 hours per week for 12 weeks (for a total of 48 hours).MeasuresThe physical performance outcomes were oral health, nutritional status, and fragility, assessed using the Oral Health Assessment Tool, the Mini Nutritional Assessment, and the Study of Osteoporotic Fractures fragility index, respectively. Cognitive function was evaluated with the Mini-Cog test. Measurements were performed at baseline, at the end of the 12-week intervention, and 1 month later.ResultsFollowing the EAPP intervention, controlling for baseline differences, the oral health (F = 33.29, P < .001), nutritional status (F = 7.30, P = .009), and scale of fragility (F = 19.05, P < .001) of the participants in the experimental group were significantly better than those reported in the control group.Conclusions and ImplicationsResults of this preliminary study suggest that the EAPP intervention may be an effective approach for improving oral health, nutritional status, and fragility in community-dwelling older adults. This training course, which provides clear and concise information regarding eating ability strategies, should undergo further evaluation and, if demonstrated to be effective and cost-effective in broader trials, may be useful in promoting healthy living.  相似文献
