This paper investigates the state feedback robust H control problem of a class of discrete‐time singular systems with norm‐bounded uncertainties and interval time‐varying delays in state and input. A new bounded real lemma for discrete‐time singular systems with a pair of time‐varying interval state delays is first investigated. Mathematical comparisons of the new bounded real lemma and two existing ones are presented. Then, on the basis of the bounded real lemma proposed here, a sufficient condition in the form of nonlinear matrix inequality, such that the considered state feedback robust H control problem is solvable, is given. In order to solve the nonlinear matrix inequality, a cone complementarity linearization algorithm is offered. This paper is concerned with the problem of robust fault detection filter design for a class of neutral‐type neural networks with time‐varying discrete and unbounded distributed delays. A Luenberger‐type observer is designed for monitoring fault. By introducing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and by using Jensen's inequality techniques to deal with its derivative, a new sufficient condition for the existence of robust fault detection filter is proposed in the form of LMIs with nonlinear constraints. To solve the nonlinear problem, a cone complementarity linearization algorithm is proposed. In this paper I describe how I integrate the interpersonal psychoanalytic idea of transference–countertransference with the systems idea of couple's fit. I define the two constructs as I use them, including a redefinition of couple's fit. The redefinition includes both the similarity of a couple's fears and the complementarity of the partners' styles of coping with those fears. I also contrast this integrative approach with that of projective identification. Finally, I describe a countertransference enactment with a couple to show that discussing such enactments can offer great therapeutic leverage. After the discussion, the therapist may find the connections between how the two people in the couple relate to each other and how the therapist and couple related. Clinical vignettes illustrate these ideas.  相似文献

目的 建立"荧光定量PCR溶解曲线分析技术"监测人外周血T细胞TCR β链CDR3谱系漂移(单/寡/多克隆增生).方法 提取4例正常人、9例大肠癌患者外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell-PBMC)中的总RNA,逆转录成cDNA,以26个人TRBV基因家族设计上游引物,共同的TRBC基因设计下游引物,荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)扩增26个TRBV基因各家族CDR3谱系,溶解曲线法分析各家族CDR3谱系的单/寡/多克隆增生.结果 正常人外周血T细胞TCR β链26个家族CDR3表达频率不一致,各家族PCR产物的"溶解曲线谱型图"(melting curve spectratyping)呈现溶点不同的CDR3多态性,为多克隆增生的高斯分布;9例大肠癌患者的外周血TCR β链CDR3谱系的26个家族CDR3表达频率不一致,有的患者部分家族呈缺失状态,患者各家族PCR产物的"溶解曲线谱型图"上,多数家族为多克隆增生的高斯分布,但每个患者均出现数量不等的单克隆和寡克隆增生家族.结论 "荧光定量PCR溶解曲线分析TCR CDR3谱系漂移技术",方法稳定简便,能较好的监测正常人和临床样本外周血T细胞TCR β链CDR3谱系漂移(单/寡/多克隆增生).  相似文献

The article discusses the complex interrelationship between Pokot indigenous medicine and Western medicine. Pokot concepts of the causation of illness are examined as a prelude to the main argument, which states that though these concepts of causation influence the use made of both indigenous and Western forms of therapy, a number of other factors also affect this use. The relationship between the two types of medicine is shown to be dynamic and that it can be competitive, supplementary or complementary. It is also shown that there is differential perception of both forms of therapy by different categories of Pokot. The interrelationship between the two forms of medicine is discussed by using specific illustrations divided into three categories, i.e. the cognitive, behavioural and organizational. It is further shown that Pokot perceive both forms of medicine as elements of a single medical system.  相似文献

目的 分析慢性无症状乙型肝炎病毒携带者(AsC)外周血T细胞TCR-β链CDR3谱型的变化,了解AsC患者T淋巴细胞克隆性增生情况。方法 利用逆转录聚合酶链反应扩增T细胞受体(TCR)各BV家族CDR3区基因,利用谱型分析技术比较各家族CDR3长度分布,了解AsC T淋巴细胞克隆性增生情况。对单克隆或寡克隆性增生家族的PCR产物进行序列测定和氨基酸序列分析,进一步了解克隆增生T淋巴细胞的均一性。结果 4名正常人的TCR CDR3谱型均呈现正态分布,而9例AsC中均存在不同BV家族的T细胞克隆性增生,CDR3区直接测序结果证实增生的T细胞克隆具有不同长度和序列的氨基酸序列。结论AsC外周血T淋巴细胞存在克隆性增生,且增生的T淋巴细胞不具有均一性。  相似文献
