目的探讨专职化护理健康教育对住院精神病患者的影响及效果。方法将在我院的住院精神病患者212例,随机分为研究组105例和对照组107例。研究组实施专职化护理健康教育,对照组实施常规健康教育,比较两组患者在干预前及干预10周后患者对治疗的依从性,护理满意度、健康教育内容的掌握程度以及希望获得健康教育的途径。结果研究组对治疗的依从性,护理满意度、健康教育内容的掌握程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。两组患者均希望以更多的传播形式来获得健康教育知识。结论实施专职化护理健康教育能提高住院精神病患者对治疗的依从性、密切护患关系,提高满意度。 相似文献

讨论了职业医院管理者的概念和意义,指出职业医院管理者应掌握捏“管理科学”和“医学”两大类理论知识体系,拥有熟练的管理操作技能,具有管理者的综合素养,以及对管理职业的执著热情。当前,对于职业医院管理者的培养,可采取学校培养管理专业学生和在职管理人员学习管理科学知识的应急方法。对职业医院管理者的选拔应该遵循“科学、公平、公正、公开”的原则,在考核中重视“心理测验”和“实际案例操作”等方法的使用。对职业医院管理者的使用和监管可以实施签订聘用协议、实行风险抵押、实施年薪制等措施。 相似文献

New Canadian Natural Health Products regulations (NHP regulations) came into law January 1st, 2004 and will be implemented over 6 years. These regulations have the potential to impact a variety of stakeholders, in particular complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) practitioners. In this article, we document Canadian Western herbalist leaders' responses to the new regulations, so as to provide insight into how new healthcare policy serves as a stimulus for the organization of an emerging healthcare profession. The data are derived from key informant interviews with Western herbalist leaders in Canada (n=9). The NHP regulations include "good manufacturing practices" and Western herbalist leaders are concerned that many small companies, often owned and run by Western herbalists, will find the regulations too costly to implement, causing them to reduce the number and diversity of products they manufacture, or go out of business all together. Furthermore, lack of availability of whole plant products could severely restrict the practice of Canadian Western herbalists. In response to this challenge, herbalists are attempting to (i) organize as a more cohesive group, (ii) define their unique body of knowledge and (iii) increase the perceived legitimacy of their practices in the eyes of the public, conventional healthcare practitioners, and regulators, in an attempt to protect their unique practices. An examination of the findings reveals the extent to which external factors (i.e., the new NHP regulations) both provoke and shape the professionalization of this group of healthcare practitioners. 相似文献

In conjunction with its growing popularity, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) in the United Kingdom has witnessed increasing professionalization, partly prompted by the landmark Parliamentary Inquiry that reported in November 2000. Professionalization has become a significant strategy for practitioner associations and a key focus for the government, media, and patient groups. It is being driven by concern over the interests of patients and consumers, and in relation to the possible integration of certain forms of CAM into publicly funded healthcare. It is, moreover, being reconfigured in explicitly national terms. This paper draws on research into practitioner associations representing nine CAM modalities in the UK-aromatherapy, Chinese herbal medicine, chiropractic, crystal healing, feng shui, 'lay' homeopathy, medical homeopathy, osteopathy, and Radionics-, examining the recent wave of professionalization in relation to Foucault's concern with 'techniques of the self.' It highlights the contrasting experience of an association of Chinese herbalists seeking statutory self-regulation (SSR) and an association of chiropractors that was instrumental in securing SSR for chiropractic. 相似文献

目的 通过调查四川省公立医院院长对职业化的认知,分析其职业化的意愿和影响因素,为探索完善公立医院院长职业化发展策略提供参考依据。方法 对四川省二级及以上公立医院院长、副院长进行问卷调查和现场访谈。结果 被调查者中,94.9%对院长职业化有一定的了解,44.7%愿意担任职业化院长,42.8%表示不确定,提出个人担任职业化院长的顾虑主要在于:国家对职业院长的政策不明确、不愿放弃临床专业、职业院长的个人发展空间不够。结论 四川省公立医院院长对职业化整体了解程度较高,但任职意愿模糊,应有针对性的扩大政策宣传覆盖面;转变人才理念,重视管理知识在医院管理工作中的价值;明确职业化制度,实现人才分流,丰富职业发展渠道。 相似文献

本文采用自填式问卷调查和典型调查相结合的方式对17个公立医院改革国家级联系试点城市的全部二、三级公立医院(其中北京市和上海市为市级公立医院)正副院长、正副书记进行了问卷调查。研究得出医院院长职业化和专业化建设的现状和问题是:院长多为医学专业背景;多数人不愿放弃临床专业;“医而优则仕”的选拔方式;管理者职能与所有者权力混淆;对院长的绩效考核和激励刚起步;院长职业化培训有提高的空间;院长职业化人才市场尚未形成。通过对现状和问题的分析,得出院长职业化建设推进策略为:促进院长的管理专业化建设;改革干部人事制度,建立院长的公开选拔机制;完善院长的绩效考核体系和激励约束机制;制定院长职业化的相关法律法规。 相似文献

ABSTRACT Recent literature considering the state of the social work profession has primarily focused on concerns about deprofessionalization. This article provides an overview of the literature on professionalization and professional decline in order to situate the social work profession within a broader context. The article then describes the emergence of a new role for social workers in Canada that crosses the boundaries between clinical, managerial, and legal aspects of client care in the area of mental health forensics. 【目的】 调查我国普通高校学报被国际典型数据库收录、入选国内核心期刊目录,以及获得国家项目资助、入选专业学科的情况,分析其专业化水平,为制定普通高校学报改革、发展政策提供依据,为相关研究提供基础数据。 【方法】 通过数据库、期刊评价机构、学(协)会及其他相关网站收集普通高校学报被国际典型数据库收录、入选国内核心期刊目录、获得项目资助的数据,利用《中国学术期刊统计年报(2020年)》统计普通高校学报在专业学科中的分布情况。 【结果】 在1228种普通高校学报中,有41种入选SCI、EI数据库,121种入选CSCD目录,143种入选CSSCI目录,296种入选《中文核心期刊要目总览》,332种入选《中国人文社会科学期刊AMI综合评价报告》,274种入选《中国科技论文与引文数据库》来源期刊目录,430种入选《中国学术期刊评价研究报告(第六版)》;279种期刊319次入选专业学科,多种普通高校学报的专业学科影响力名列前茅。 【结论】 普通高校学报并非都是“综合性”“大杂烩”期刊,有1/4左右可视为专业期刊;超过半数的普通高校学报为学科综合类期刊;在被国际典型数据库收录、入选国内核心期刊目录、获得项目资助方面表现一般,整体发展水平、影响力有待提高。建议通过审慎推进专业化改革,推动普通高校学报转型发展。 相似文献
