基于SSL的远程医疗系统安全性设计与实现

随着多媒体及计算机网络技术的高速发展,基于Internet的远程医疗系统面临着严重的网络安全问题。目前,国外著名的商用浏览器和Web服务器都内嵌支持SSL（Secure Socket Layer,安全套接字层）协议,但其核心密码算法都有出口限制,并且协议源代码不公开,根本无法满足我国远程医疗网实际应用的安全需求。本文着重分析了SSL握手协议及SSL协议各部分的安全性和抗攻击能力,详细介绍了一个基于JAVA的SSL安全远程医疗系统的设计方案、技术特点与实现方法,测试结果能够满足需要。     

基于“军卫一号”医学网络训练系统的设计与实现

目的：设计和实现基于“军卫一号”C／S／D模式的医学网络训练系统，提高训练效率，满足医务人员训练的实际需求。方法：该系统在“军卫一号”内利用JAVA语言以及MySQL数据库开发技术，采用稳定的通信协议（SOAP，Web服务等）和HTTP短连接。结果：实现了系统随机出题、人机交互式答题、答题时间自动控制、训练结果自动评改、开放式题库管理等项功能。结论：该系统性能较完善、安全可靠、应用范围广、通用性好、具有广泛地应用前景。     

A Decision Support System for Telemedicine Through the Mobile Telecommunications Platform

In this paper we have discussed the application of artificial intelligence in telemedicine using mobile device. The main goal of our research is to develop methods and systems to collect, analyze, distribute and use medical diagnostics information from multiple knowledge sources and areas of expertise. Physicians may collect and analyze information obtained from experts worldwide with the help of a medical decision support system. In this information retrieval system, modern communication tools such as computers and mobile phones can be used efficiently. In this work we propose a medical decision support system using the general packet radio service (GPRS). GPRS, a data extension of the mobile telephony standard Global system for mobile communications (GSM) is emerging as the first true packet-switched architecture to allow mobile subscribers to benefit from high-speed transmission rates and run JAVA based applications from their mobile terminals. An academic prototype of a medical decision support system using mobile device was implemented. The results reveal that the system could find acceptance from the medical community and it could be an effective means of providing quality health care in developing countries.     

基于B/S模式的体检信息系统开发与应用

按照体检中心的业务流程和信息化管理需求,提出基于B/S架构的体检信息系统。详细介绍系统的架构设计、开发环境和功能应用,实现体检业务全流程信息化管理。结果表明系统设计和应用满足体检中心数字化、自动化、规范化的需求,同时提高体检中心的工作效率和管理质量。     

数据传输中间件在集团医院信息平台的应用

以郴州市第一人民医院（集团）集团信息管理集成平台建设为例,用中间件技术整合分离的业务系统的方法,给出了利用消息中间件完成集团医院内部数据交换、数据传输、等关键技术的具体实现方法,以实现集团医院在集团化管理模式下的业务交换、数据分析和辅助决策等。     

医院统计信息综合评价系统的研究与设计

作者根据新时期管理者在评价过程中的信息需求,基于医院信息系统产生的丰富数据资源、依据医院科室和人员统计指标的应用分类及评价方法的研究,设计了满足医院管理者和职能部门对医院科室和人员进行简便、详实、高效综合评价的应用系统,该系统采用B/S结构,使用JAVA语言,应用软件分层技术,设计开发“医院科室与人员绩效综合评价系统”。

系统观是教育技术学的一种基本观念和基本方法。它侧重于系统的整体性分析，从系统各组成要素之间的关系和相互作用中发现系统的规律，从而指明解决问题的一般步骤、程序和方法。网络课程系统的构成要素为资源、工具、活动和参与者。资源，是以文本、声音、视频等多种媒体呈现出来的学习内容；工具，是学习者在网上学习凭借的手段、技术；活动，是为了达到教学目标必须组织的各类学习活动；参与者，包括学习者、管理者、教师等。

论述了基于HTTP协议的多线程下载软件系统的开发与实现。主要对系统分析、系统设计、系统实现、系统测试进行了详尽阐述，同时对多线程、数据库、swing和网络在本次设计中的应用也进行说明。     

FINDING POTENTIAL LIGANDS FOR PDZ DOMAINS BY TAILFIT,A JAVA PROGRAM

Objective To deduce all potential ligands undiscoveredC-termini, which can bind a certain PDZ domain. experimentally by searching all the proteins containing same Methods We developed a JAVA program for searching short exact sequence matches at C-terminus. According to the known C-termini, which PDZ domains recognized experimentally, Swissprot database has been searched by this program for all potential ligands. Results Some PDZ domains may have more potential ligand proteins, which are undiscovered yet experimentally. These bioinformatic results also provide clues for studying functions of hypothetical proteins and PDZ domains‘ protein interactions in many different organisms. Conclusion The results may provide useful clues for discovering potential functions of hypothetical proteins and new functions of known proteins.
