目的:检测ATF4与RPL41在输卵管癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其表达特点以及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测输卵管癌标本50例和正常输卵管标本26例中ATF4与RPL41的表达情况,并分析其与输卵管癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:ATF4在输卵管癌组织中阳性表达率为86.0%,明显高于正常输卵管组织中的38.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);RPL41在正常输卵管组织中阳性表达率为80.8%,明显高于输卵管癌组织中的38.0%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001<0.05)。且ATF4与RPL41在输卵管癌组织中的表达有相关性(r=-0.296,P=0.037<0.05)。结论:ATF4与RPL41可能在输卵管癌的发生中起重要作用,高表达的ATF4对诊断原发性输卵管癌可能有指导意义。  相似文献

目的 了解孕产妇在孕前和妊娠期亲密伴侣暴力(intimate partner violence,IPV)的发生情况,探索和识别影响亲密伴侣暴力发生的因素。 方法 通过湖南省某妇幼保健院产科门诊招募孕妇进行问卷调查,内容包括一般人口学特征,家庭条件,妊娠经历,社会支持和亲密伴侣暴力经历。 结果 本次回收有效问卷510份,共113例(22.2%)孕产妇有遭受亲密伴侣暴力的经历,其中68例(13.3%)是在孕前发生的亲密伴侣暴力,45例(8.8%)是在妊娠期发生亲密伴侣暴力;就暴力类型而言,精神暴力发生率最高,有97例(19.0%),其次为躯体暴力有21例(4.1%),性暴力最少,有6例(1.2%)。多因素logistic回归分析显示有不良妊娠史是孕前亲密伴侣暴力发生的危险因素(OR=2.941,95%CI:1.574~5.494),而社会支持中主观支持是妊娠期亲密伴侣暴力发生的保护因素(OR=0.803,95%CI:0.722~0.893)。 结论 孕产妇遭遇孕前和妊娠期亲密伴侣暴力将影响孕产妇及婴幼儿身心健康,在母婴保健工作中应增加对妇女精神暴力伤害及孕产妇亲密伴侣暴力发生的关注,并及早识别受害者的暴力经历,从而采取早期干预措施。  相似文献

目的:了解浏阳市产后出血的发病情况,并探讨其相关的危险因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法在
浏阳市37个乡镇(街道)中随机选取14个乡镇(街道),以所选取乡镇(街道)的妇幼保健部门在2010年1月至2011年12 月
间登记建册的所有孕产妇为研究对象,对研究对象孕早、孕中、孕晚及分娩各期进行随访,收集其孕产妇保健手册
和病历资料。以手册和病历记录的产后出血量超过500 mL为病例,从该队列无产后出血(出血量<500 mL)的人群中
采用完全随机抽样的方法抽取相同数目的产妇为对照。分别采用卡方检验和非条件 logistic 回归分析进行单因素和
多因素分析,以探讨产后出血发生的主要影响因素。结果:共收集到5 933名产妇的资料,其中有132例诊断为产后
出血,产后出血发生率为 2.22%。多因素非条件 logistic 回归分析结果显示:影响产后出血发生的主要危险因素有贫
血(OR=3.940, 95% CI:2.100~7.389),疤痕子宫(OR=2.730,95% CI:1.198~6.220),胎盘前置(OR=10.665,95% CI:
1.142~99.566),胎盘因素(OR=4.332,95% CI:1.004~18.692),产程延长(OR=5.899,95% CI:2.602~13.376)。结论:产
后出血是多种因素综合作用的结果,应针对主要危险因素尽早采取综合性控制措施以减少产后出血的发生。  相似文献

目的: 了解浏阳市农村早产的发病情况,并探讨其相关危险因素。方法: 采用整群随机抽样的方法在浏阳市37个乡镇中随机抽取14个乡镇,以所抽乡镇妇幼保健部门2010年1月至2011年12月间登记建册的所有孕产妇为研究对象,对队列人群孕早、孕中、孕晚及分娩各期进行随访,并收集病历资料和孕产妇保健手册资料。单因素分析采用χ2检验,多因素分析采用非条件logistic回归分析,以探讨早产发生的主要影响因素。结果: 共收集到6270名孕妇的资料,其中有259例诊断为早产,早产发生率为4.13%。多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示:影响早产发生的主要危险因素有:胎盘早剥(OR=7.678,95% CI:2.249~26.215),胎膜早破(OR=5.177,95% CI:3.945~6.793),子宫异常及畸形(OR=2.675,95% CI:1.007~7.107),胎盘异常(OR=2.633,95% CI:1.666~4.162),妊娠期高血压(OR=2.172,95% CI:1.044~4.521),妊娠合并症(OR=1.806,95% CI:1.033~3.157),男性胎儿(OR=1.429,95% CI: 1.086~1.881)。早产的保护因素包括:产检次数多(OR=0.502,95% CI:0.409~0.615)和单胎妊娠(OR=0.155,95% CI:0.075~0.319)。结论: 早产是多因素综合作用的结果,应针对胎盘早剥、胎膜早破、男胎等危险因素尽早采取综合性控制措施以减少早产的发生。  相似文献

Objective To investigate the roles of lipoxin A4, an endegenous lipid mediator with wide anti-inflammatory fea- tures, in attenuating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and the possible mechanisms. Methods Thirty male KM mice were divid- ed randomly into three groups, 10 in each: ischemia-reperfusion group (group A), lipoxin A4 (0.1 mg/kg) group (group B) and Zn- PP (Zinc protoporphyrin Ⅸ, 25 mg/kg)phus lipoxin A4 (0.1 mg/kg)group (group C). A ischemia-reperfusion heart model was de- veloped by ligating the lift anterior descending branch of the coronary artery. A dine of 10% dehydrated alcohol in 0.2 ml for group A, a dose of isochoric lipoxin A4 for group B and a dose of isochoric ZnPP + lipoxin A4 for group C was infused into the ascending aorta through a catheter, which was kpassing the right common carotid artery, 30 minutes after reperfusion. The concentration of serum TNF-α, activities of serum crestine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), activities of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and malond- ialdehyde (MDA) and the cell apoptosis rate in the myocardial tissue were measured 5 hours after reperfusion. Pathological features of the inflammatory infiltration in the myocardium were also observated.Results As compared with group A, the inflammatoryry infiltra- tion in the ischemic and necrotic regions tithe myocardium was reduced, with group C in the intermediate range. The serum activities of CK and LDH wine significantly lower in group B and C than that in group A, and the lowest activities were detected in group B. Similar findings were observed for MPO, an indicator for neutrophil infiltration, and MDA, an indictor for cell injury caused by oxy- gen radicals, in the myocardium. The concentration of TNF-α and the rate of cadiocyte apoptosis were decreased significantly in group B(P < 0.01). ZnPP, an inhibitor of heine oxygenase (HO)-1, attenusted the above protective effects of lipoxin A4 significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Lipoxin A4 has protective effects against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, and HO-1 may have a potential role in the protectve mechanisms of lipoxin A4, probably pertly by means of reducing the production of reactive oxygen spe- cies and TNF-α, decreasing the activation and infiltration of neutrophils, alleviating inflammatory damage and avoiding apoptosis.  相似文献

目的 探讨细胞间粘附分子-1反义寡核苷酸(ICAM-1-ASO)静脉注射后在小鼠体内的分布及其对心脏组织ICAM-1表达的作用。方法 FITC荧光标记的ICAM-1-ASO(10mg/kg)经小鼠颈外静脉注射6h后,应用荧光显微镜观察其在小鼠体内的分布;取心脏组织进行免疫组织化学及半定量RT-PCR检测。观察心脏组织中ICAM-1的表达,研究ICAM-1-ASO对心脏组织ICAM-1表达的作用。结果 ICAM-1-ASO经静脉注射6h后,在。肾脏以及心脏组织中可见较多的颗粒状荧光分布,而在肝、肺、脾组织中仅见少量散在的荧光分布。RT-PCR检测表明ICAM-1-ASO(10mg/k)可降低心脏组织中ICAM-1 mRNA水平;但免疫组织化学检测各组间ICAM-1的蛋白水平未显示出显著性差异。结论 ICAM-1-ASO经静脉注射6h后可以明显抑制心脏组织ICAM-1 mRNA的表达,其作用的理想靶器官是心脏和。肾脏。  相似文献
