目的:建立高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定性早熟女童血浆中双酚A和4-壬基酚含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈∶水=70∶30,流速1 mL/min,柱温30 ℃,检测激发波长275 nm,发射波长315 nm,外标法定量检测血浆中双酚A和4-壬基酚含量。结果:双酚A和4-壬基酚分别在1.45~5 937.50 ng/mL (r2=0.999 9,n=7),1.53~6 250.00 ng/mL(r2=0.998 8,n=7)范围内线性关系良好;日内、日间RSD均<7.83%,方法回收率均>94.6%。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于同时测定性早熟女童血浆中双酚A和4-壬基酚的含量和临床血样常规检测。 相似文献

Background
Various trajectories for lung function and bronchial hyper-reactivity (BHR) from early childhood to adulthood are described, including puberty as a period with excessive lung growth. Bronchiolitis in infancy may be associated with increased risk of developing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, but the development of respiratory patterns during puberty is poorly characterized for these children. We aimed to study the development and trajectories of lung function and BHR from 11 to 18 years of age in children hospitalized for bronchiolitis in infancy.Methods
Infants hospitalized for bronchiolitis at the University Hospitals in Stavanger and Bergen, Norway, during 1997-1998, and an age-matched control group, were included in a longitudinal follow-up study and examined at 11 and 18 years of age with spirometry and methacholine provocation test (MPT). The MPT data were managed as dose-response slope (DRS) in the statistical analyses. Changes in lung function and DRS from 11 to 18 years of age were analyzed by generalized estimating equations, including interaction terms.Results
z-scores for forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in first second (FEV1), FEV1/FVC ratio, and DRS were not different from 11 to 18 years of age in both the post-bronchiolitis and the control group. The trajectories from 11 to 18 years did not differ between the two groups. BHR at age 11 was independently associated with asthma at age 18.Conclusion
Children hospitalized for bronchiolitis had stable predicted lung function and BHR from 11 to 18 years of age. The lung function trajectories were not different from controls.4.

The sexual characteristics of the vertebrate body change under the control of sex hormones. In mammals, genitals undergo major changes in puberty. While such bodily changes have been well documented, the associated changes in the nervous system are poorly understood. To address this issue, we studied the growth and innervation of the mouse penis throughout puberty. To this end, we measured length and thickness of the mouse penis in prepubertal (3–4 week old) and adult (8–10 week old) mice and performed fiber counts of the dorsal penile nerve. We obtained such counts with confocal imaging of proximal sections of the mouse penis after paraffin embedding and antibody staining against Protein-Gene-Product-9.5 or Neurofilament-H in combination with antigen retrieval procedures. We find that the mouse penis grows roughly 1.4 times in both thickness and length. Fiber counts in the dorsal penile nerve were not different in prepubertal (1,620 ± 165 fibers per penis) and adult (1,572 ± 383 fibers per penis) mice, however. Antibody staining along with myelin staining by Luxol-Fast-Blue suggested about 57% of penile nerve fibers were myelinated. Quantification of the area of mouse somatosensory penis cortex allowed us to compare cortical magnification of the penile cortex and the whisker-barrel-cortex systems. This comparison suggested that 2 to 4 times less cortical area is devoted to a penile-nerve-fiber than to a whisker-nerve-fiber. The constant innervation of mouse penis through puberty suggests that the pubertal increase of cortical magnification of the penis is not simply a reflection of peripheral change. 相似文献

AbstractAnti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and inhibin B are considered possible biomarkers of central precocious puberty (CPP). The aim of this study was to evaluate serum levels of AMH and inhibin B, to investigate their regulatory patterns, and to study their clinical significance in girls with CPP. In total, 48 girls with CPP and 35 age-matched prepubertal control girls were enrolled in the study. AMH and inhibin B levels were determined in the CPP and control groups. In the patient group, AMH and inhibin B levels were evaluated during 1?year of gonadotropin releasing hormone analog (GnRHa) treatment. The mean inhibin B level in the CPP group was significantly higher than that in the control. AMH levels were not different between the two groups. After GnRHa treatment. AMH and inhibin B levels decreased significantly. Based on the ROC analysis, the cutoff value for inhibin B to determine CPP was 19.59?pg/mL, with 83.3% sensitivity and 82.9% specificity, and the area under the curve was 0. 852. Inhibin B was useful for determining CPP and the therapeutic effects of GnRHa treatment in girls with CPP. AMH interacted, in part, with the hypothalamo-pituitary gonadal axis, but its clinical implications in CPP should be further investigated. 相似文献

目的探讨女童特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)的中医证素特征。方法对确诊的61例女童特发性中枢性性早熟患儿,采用证素辨证和积分方法,提取病位、病性证素,对其进行统计分析。结果ICPP的病位证素为肾、肝,与脾、心、肺的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病性证素为阴虚、热、湿、痰,阴虚、热积分高于湿、痰(P<0.05)。促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)激发试验后LH峰值/FSH峰值与肾证素积分呈正相关(OR=7.922,P<0.05)。结论女童ICPP阴虚火旺最多见,可兼夹痰湿,病位主要在肝肾。 相似文献

摘 要 目的:探讨醋酸曲普瑞林联合心理干预治疗特发性中枢性性早熟患儿的疗效。方法: 40例中枢性性早熟患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组给予肌注醋酸曲普瑞林,每28 d 1次;观察组在对照组治疗基础上,增加每28 d 1次的心理干预。观察比较两组患儿治疗1年前后的情绪稳定性、抑郁心理、治疗依从性,以及身高、体质量、生长速度、骨龄(BA)、预测成年身高(PAH)等各项生长指标变化。结果:治疗1年后,观察组患儿的情绪稳定性评分及抑郁心理HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),用药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的生长速度、PAH均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸曲普瑞林联合心理干预治疗特发性中枢性性早熟患儿,可以缓解患儿的抑郁心理、稳定情绪、提高用药依从性,且有效地提高生长速度,显著改善患儿的PAH。 相似文献

目的 研究重组人生长激素(rhGH)的不同应用剂量对青春期前特发性矮身材(ISS)儿童的临床治疗疗效。方法 选取2014年3月-2016年6月于郑州市妇幼保健院接受治疗的68例ISS患儿为研究对象,在经郑州市妇幼保健院伦理委员会通过的情况下,将其按照随机数表分成两组,其中34例采用皮下注射rhGH 0.25 mg/(kg·每周)为低剂量组,34例采用皮下注射rhGH 0.40 mg/(kg·每周)为高剂量组,治疗疗程均为14个月,对比两组患儿治疗后生长速度(GV)、身高标准差积分(HtSDS)、骨龄以及不良反应的发生率。结果 研究发现,两组患儿在治疗前后的身高(cm)(107.4±6.85 vs. 126.7±7.15)、GV(7.45±1.09 vs. 11.68±1.37)以及HtSDS(-0.96±0.43 vs. -0.64±0.52)等存在明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患儿的骨龄比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿出现注射部位红肿、疼痛的例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均可自行消退。结论 rhGH对治疗ISS有显著效果,高剂量rhGH的治疗效果优于低剂量rhGH。 相似文献
