目的基于复杂网络技术分析电针治疗乳腺增生病的核心穴位及配伍穴相关性,并对电针波型进行探讨。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普网数据库(VIP)中从1954年1月1日到2018年12月31日公开发表的电针治疗乳腺增生病的临床中文文献,利用Excel表格工具建立电针治疗乳腺增生病数据库,利用Matlab2014a软件进行节点中心性分析和聚类分析,利用Gephi0.9.1软件制作复杂网络示意图对分析结果进行描述和展示,利用Excel表格工具制作电针治疗乳腺增生病不同波形比例饼状图并分析其规律。结果选定43条电针处方:电针治疗乳腺增生病主穴核心度前三位依次为膻中穴、足三里、肩井穴;配伍穴位核心度前三位依次为太冲穴、太溪穴、脾俞穴;经络核心度前三位依次为足阳明胃经、任脉、足少阳胆经。配伍穴位相关性分析中,相关性频度前三位组合依次为太冲穴-太溪穴、太冲穴-肾俞穴、太冲穴-三阴交。电针波形中以连续波与疏密波常见,均具有较高的临床应用价值。结论电针治疗乳腺增生病处方以足阳明胃经为最多,其次为任脉;电针波型以连续波为主。  相似文献

甲状腺癌(thyroid carcinoma)是一种起于甲状腺滤泡上皮或滤泡旁上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤,女性高发,发病率居女性恶性肿瘤的第4位[1],我国的发病人群以每年20%的速度持续增长,而根治性手术是治疗甲状腺癌疾病的主要手段。甲状旁腺体积小,位置较深,而且数目和位置常存在解剖学变异,给甲状腺和甲状旁腺手术术中探查并保护甲状旁腺造成了一定困难。尤其是在甲状腺癌根治术中,往往在中央区淋巴结的清扫容易误损伤甲状旁腺,致使术后暂时性或永久性低钙血症,极大地降低了病人的生活质量。因此,如何在甲状腺癌根治术中快速准确的识别甲状旁腺并予以保护,已经成外甲状腺外科医生重点关心的问题。  相似文献

Isopentenylation at A37 (i6A37) of some transfer RNAs (tRNAs) plays a vital role in regulating the efficiency and fidelity of protein synthesis. However, whether insects, which are well known for their highly efficient protein synthesis machinery, employ this regulatory mechanism remains uninvestigated. In the current study, a candidate tRNA isopentenyltransferase (IPT) gene with three alternative splicing isoforms (BmIPT1BmIPT3) was identified in Bombyx mori (silkworm). Only BmIPT1 could complement a yeast mutant lacking tRNA IPT. Phylogenetic analysis showed that silkworm tRNA IPT is conserved in the Lepidoptera. BmIPT was expressed in all B. mori tissues and organs that were investigated, but was expressed at a significantly higher level in silk glands of the fourth instar compared to the first day of the fifth instar. Interestingly, BmIPT was expressed at a significantly higher level in the domesticated silkworm, B. mori, than in wild Bombyx mandarina in multiple tissues and organs. Knock‐down of BmIPT by RNA interference caused severe abnormalities in silk spinning and metamorphosis. Constitutive overexpression of BmIPT1 using a cytoplasmic actin 4 promoter in B. mori raised its messenger RNA level more than sixfold compared with nontransgenic insects and led to significant decreases in the body weight and cocoon shell ratio. Together, these results confirm the first functional tRNA IPT in insects and show that a suitable expression level of tRNA IPT is vital for silk spinning, normal growth, and metamorphosis. Thus, i6A modification at position A37 in tRNA probably plays an important role in B. mori protein synthesis.  相似文献

The accessory glands of male moths secrete several proteins, which are known to affect post-mating behaviour in females such as calling, reduction in receptivity, rate of egg maturation and laying, sperm maintenance and release and formation of mating plug. Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) is a polyphagous pest of numerous crops and it is widely distributed on the Indian subcontinent where it causes severe economic losses. In the present study, receptivity- and calling-inhibiting substance (RCIS), a peptide secreted from the accessory glands of male H. armigera, was sequenced, cloned and expressed in a prokaryote, Escherichia coli. RCIS is a peptide comprising 58 amino acids and had a theoretical molecular weight of 6.03 kDa. It showed 64% similarity with pheromonostatic peptide 1, identified in Helicoverpa zea (Kingan et al., 1995) but differed regarding deletion of four and one amino acids at positions 14–17 and 44, respectively, and insertion of one and five amino acids at position 38 and the terminal position of RCIS, respectively. H. armigera females injected with recombinant RCIS showed reduced receptivity and calling behaviour (in 70–80% of the treated individuals), and mating frequencies decreased by 80%. Recombinant RCIS may be employed to artificially induce non-receptivity in virgin females in order to prevent reproduction.  相似文献

Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) have emerged as a promising tool with great potential for use in tissue regeneration and engineering. Some of the main advantages of these cells are their multifaceted differentiation capacity, along with their high proliferation rate, a relative simplicity of extraction and culture that enables obtaining patient-specific cell lines for their use in autologous cell therapy. PubMed, Scopus and Google Scholar databases were searched for relevant articles related to the use of DPSCs in regeneration of dentin-pulp complex (DPC), periodontal tissues, salivary gland and craniomaxillofacial bone defects. Few studies were found regarding the use of DPSCs for regeneration of DPC. Scaffold-based combined with DPSCs isolated from healthy pulps was the strategy used for DPC regeneration. Studies involved subcutaneous implantation of scaffolds loaded with DPSCs pretreated with odontogenic media, or performed on human tooth root model as a root slice. Most of the studies were related to periodontal tissue regeneration which mainly utilized DPSCs/secretome. For periodontal tissues, DPSCs or their secretome were isolated from healthy or inflamed pulps and they were used either for preclinical or clinical studies. Regarding salivary gland regeneration, the submandibular gland was the only model used for the preclinical studies and DPSCs or their secretome were isolated only from healthy pulps and they were used in preclinical studies. Likewise, DPSCs have been studied for craniomaxillofacial bone defects in the form of mandibular, calvarial and craniofacial bone defects where DPSCs were isolated only from healthy pulps for preclinical and clinical studies. From the previous results, we can conclude that DPSCs is promising candidate for dental and oral tissue regeneration.  相似文献

目的探讨甲状旁腺激素联合阿仑膦酸钠对大鼠骨质疏松性骨折骨痂血管形成及骨折愈合的影响。方法 75只雌性SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组、去势组、甲状旁腺素组、阿仑膦酸钠组、联合用药组,每组15只,首先行双侧卵巢切除术,术后4周行右侧股骨干骨折髓内固定术,以构建大鼠骨质疏松性骨折动物模型。观察并评估骨折愈合,检测骨痂生物力学和骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD),检测血清血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和骨形成发生蛋白-2(bone morphogenetic protein-2,BMP-2)浓度,观察骨痂形态结构,检测骨痂VEGF表达。结果去势组较假手术组骨折愈合评分、骨痂生物力学强度、骨痂BMD、血清BMP-2和VEGF浓度、骨痂VEGF蛋白表达、骨痂微血管数均显著降低(P0.05),甲状旁腺素组、阿仑膦酸钠组、联合用药组较去势组上述指标均升高,其中以联合用药组升高最显著(P0.05)。结论甲状旁腺激素联合阿仑膦酸钠通过介导VEGF,上调BMP-2表达,促进骨质疏松性骨折大鼠骨痂血管形成,增加骨密度,改善生物力学强度及骨组织形态学,加快骨折愈合。  相似文献
