目的探讨臭氧冲洗联合手法整复治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果。方法选择本院90例膝关节半月板损伤患者作为本次研究对象,病例收集时间为2017年5月-2018年5月。按照治疗分组,手法整复组采取手法整复治疗,臭氧治疗组采用臭氧冲洗治疗,手法整复联合臭氧组则采取手法整复治疗+臭氧冲洗治疗。比较三组疗效;膝关节疼痛缓解的时间、膝关节疼痛消失的时间;治疗前后患者膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值;不良作用发生率。结果手法整复联合臭氧组疗效高于手法整复组与臭氧治疗组,P<0.05;手法整复联合臭氧组膝关节疼痛缓解的时间、膝关节疼痛消失的时间优于手法整复组与臭氧治疗组,P<0.05;治疗前三组膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值接近,P>0.05;治疗后手法整复联合臭氧组膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值优于手法整复组与臭氧治疗组,P<0.05。手法整复联合臭氧组不良作用发生率和手法整复组与臭氧治疗组接近,P>0.05。结论手法整复治疗+臭氧冲洗治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效好,可更好改善膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值。 相似文献

目的评价微创臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月-2019年10月深圳市龙岗区第三人民医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予传统治疗,观察组采用微创臭氧治疗,比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分和日本骨科协会评分表(JOA)评分。结果两组VAS评分经治疗后均明显低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组JOA评分经治疗后均明显高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的JOA评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果良好,不仅能缓解腰椎疼痛,还有助于腰椎功能的提升,值得临床推广应用。 相似文献

目的:评估臭氧老化作用对SY-28硅橡胶机械性能的影响。方法:按照国家标准,对SY-28和MDx-4-4210硅橡胶臭氧老化前后的扯断强度、扯断伸长率、永久变形率(3min后)、撕裂强度、硬度(邵氏A)进行测试,并对其老化性能加以评价。结果:经臭氧老化作用处理,SY-28硅橡胶的永久变形率和邵氏硬度优于MDX-4-4210硅橡胶:扯断强度、扯断伸长率和撕裂强度与MDX-4-4210硅橡胶相似。结论:SY-28硅橡胶机械性能优良,同时具有良好的耐臭氧老化性能。 相似文献

Background: The use of ozone therapy in the treatment of dental caries is equivocal. The aim of this study was to use an in vitro model to determine the effects of prior ozone application to dentine on biofilm formation and to measure any associated reduction in bacteria viability. Methods: Twenty dentine discs were bonded to the bases of 5 mL polycarbonate screw top vials. Ten dentine discs were infused with ozone for 40 seconds, 10 samples remained untreated as a control. The vials were filled with nutrient medium, sterilized and placed into the outflow from a continuous chemostat culture of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus acidophilus for four weeks. At the conclusion of the experiment bacterial growth was monitored by taking optical density readings of the growth medium in each vial and the outer surface of the dentine specimens were examined by scanning electron microscopy as shown by SEM analysis. Results: Ozone infusion prevented biofilm formation on all the treated samples while there was substantial biofilm present on the control specimens. While the average optical density of the control specimens was almost twice that of the ozone infused dentine (0.710 for the control with a SD of 0.288 and 0.446 for the ozonated samples with a SD of 0.371), the results were not significant (p > 0.05). Conclusions: This preliminary study has shown that the infusion of ozone into non‐carious dentine prevented biofilm formation in vitro from S. mutans and L. acidophilus over a four‐week period. The possibility exists that ozone treatment may alter the surface wettability of dentine through reaction with organic constituents. 相似文献

Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine non‐cavitated approximal caries using non‐invasive treatment methods. Materials and methods : Molar and premolar teeth with approximal caries were used in this in vivo study. Approximal caries lesions were evaluated with visual and radiographic inspection and with the DIAGNOdent device. Five groups were formed to study non‐invasive treatment, and each had at least 25 early approximal carious lesions. Patients in the control group were not treated. After the separation, either ozone application, acidulated phosphate fluoride gel, CPP‐ACP‐containing material (Tooth Mousse), or an antibacterial bonding agent (Clearfil Protect Bond) was used. For 18 months after the non‐invasive treatment, radiological controls were used to observe the progress of the initial and approximal caries in the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 12th months of follow‐up. A Mann–Whitney U‐test was used to perform the statistical analysis; in‐group comparisons were made with the Wilcoxon signed‐rank test, and a quantitative assessment was performed using a chi‐squared test. Results: At the end of 18 months, the caries lesions in the control group were observed to progress (P < 0.01). The lesions that were scored as 1a during a visual inspection recovered by using non‐invasive treatments. Conclusion: Approximal caries lesions that were detected at the early stages remained stationary when using antibacterial agents and materials that promoted remineralisation. AbstractTo elucidate key factors of host susceptibility to air pollution, healthy and cardiovascular (CV)-compromised rats were exposed to air or ozone (O3) at 0.25, 0.5, or 1.0?ppm for 4?h. We hypothesized that rat strains with the least cardiac reserve would be most prone to develop significant health effects. Using flow whole body plethysmography (FWBP), ventilatory responses in healthy 3-month-old male rats [i.e. Wistar–Kyoto (WKY), Wistar (WIS), and Sprague–Dawley (SD) strains] were compared with hypertensive [i.e. spontaneously hypertensive (SH), fawn-hooded-hypertensive (FHH), and SH-stroke-prone (SHSP)] strains and obese [i.e. SH-heart failure-prone (SHHF) and JCR:LA-cp, atherosclerosis-prone (JCR)] strains. SH were slower to acclimate to the FWBP chambers. At 0-h post-air-exposure, SHSP and SHHF exhibited hyperpnea, indicative of cardiopulmonary insufficiency. At 0-h-post-O3, all but one strain showed significant concentration-dependent decreases in minute volume [MV?=?tidal volume (TV)?×?breathing frequency]. Comparing air with 1.0?ppm responses, MV declined 20–27% in healthy, 21–42% in hypertensive, and 33% in JCR rats, but was unchanged in SHHF rats. Penh increased significantly in all strains, with disproportionate increases in “responder” WKY and FHH strains. By 20?h, most changes had resolved, although Penh remained elevated in WKY, SH, and SHSP. Based on the effective dose estimates (O3?ppm?×?h?×?MV), the most CV-compromised (SHSP and SHHF) strains received significantly greater O3 lung deposition (25% and 40%, respectively). Data support epidemiologic associations that individuals with cardiopulmonary insufficiency are at greater risk for urban pollutant exposure due, in part, to enhanced lung deposition and exacerbation of hypoxia and pathophysiologic processes of heart failure. 相似文献

AbstractSeven million premature deaths occur annually due to air pollution worldwide, of which ~80% are attributed to exacerbation of cardiovascular disease (CVD), necessitating greater attention to understanding the causes of susceptibility to air pollution in this sector of population. We used rat models of CVD with or without obesity and compared them to healthy strains to examine the risk factors of ozone-induced lung injury and inflammation. We examined functional, biochemical and molecular changes in several organs to evaluate how physiological factors as well as compensatory antioxidant reserves modulate processes by which ozone injury is influenced by underlying disease. In this study, we highlight key findings of this series of reports. We show that underlying cardiopulmonary insufficiency in genetically predisposed rats appears to increase the effective ozone dose; thus dosimetry is one factor contributing to exacerbated ozone effects. We further show that antioxidant reserve in airway lining fluid modulates ozone-induced damage such that strains with the least antioxidant reserve incur the greatest injury. And finally, we show that the inflammatory response to ozone is governed by a cluster of genes involved in regulating cytokine release, trafficking of inflammatory cells and processes related to cellular apoptosis and growth. All such processes are influenced not only by ozone dosimetry and the lung antioxidant milieu but also by the strain-specific genetic factors. In using a comprehensive systems biology research approach, our data reveal key risk factors for – and strategies to reduce risk of – air pollution mortality among those with CVD. 相似文献
