儿童外科教学方法实践及探讨

目的探讨儿童外科的教学特点及教学方法,提高儿外科医生的总体执业水平,促进儿童外科学的发展。方法通过分析四川大学华西医院多年儿童外科疾病的临床教学实践经验,总结出适合医学生、初级儿童外科专科医生的实用的教学方法及经验。结果结合儿童外科特有的疾病特点所总结出的故事式讲述教学、典型病例教学、漫画形式学习、比较学习法及多媒体素材教学五种方式是非常适合儿童外科教学的方法。能够加深记忆,提高兴趣,轻松快捷,事半功倍的掌握相关医学专业知识。结论独特有趣的儿童外科教学方法可提高医学生及儿童外科初级从业者的学习兴趣、专业知识和执业水平。     

多媒体联合情景教学在急诊医师培训中的应用

目的探讨多媒体联合情景教学在急诊医师培训的应用效果。方法将本院2018年1月-2018年12月的34名急诊医师纳入观察组,应用多媒体联合情景教学法对其进行院内培训,另将本院2017年1月-2017年12月的34名急诊医师纳入对照组,应用传统教学法对其进行培训,对比两组医师的考试成绩、岗位胜任能力以及应急能力。结果观察组理论知识与技术操作的考试成绩均高于对照组,观察组自学、交流、表达、理解、解决问题的能力以及综合能力的评分均高于对照组,观察组急救意识、急救效率、病情评估、团队合作、职业防护的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多媒体联合情景教学在急诊医师培训的应用效果显著,可明显提高医师的考试成绩、岗位胜任能力以及应急能力。     

The effect of multimedia-based education on students’ anger management skill

IntroductionAnger leads to behaviors that cause a lot of damage. Life skills training can be effective in controlling anger because anger is due to a lack of skills and unpredictability of the situation. The present study aimed to determine the effect of multimedia-based education on students’ anger management skill.Material and methodsThe quasi-experimental study was performed on 88 students of Anesthesiology, Nursing, Midwifery and Operating Room of North Khorasan Nursing and Midwifery School. The educational content was screened through the monitor in front of the main hall of the Nursing & Midwifery School during the students’ attendance for one week. Students’ anger control skills were assessed by tests paired T-test, independent T-test and one-way ANOVA. Data were analyzed using spss16 software.ResultsThe mean age of the students was 20 ± 2.3. Regarding the effect of multimedia-based education on students’ anger control skills, the mean of anger control score was 24.61 ± 2.83 (Min = 11 and Max = 33) before the intervention, and 28.64 ± 2.40 after the intervention. There was a significant difference in mean scores before and after the intervention (P = .000).ConclusionMultimedia-based education has been effective in controlling students’ anger. Given the effect of multimedia-based education on anger control skills, this approach can be used to teach other essential topics to students, including life skills, especially in health science students.     

《心肺复苏术》多媒体课件的应用效果评估

目的探索护理教学中,应用多媒体技术改革传统的授课方法,提高教学质量。方法通过查随机数字表,将2002级护理本科班的学生随机分为两组。实验组采用讲授、示教加多媒体课件的方法授课;对照组采用传统的讲授、示教法。课后对两组学生进行理论及实践考核,对实验组的学生发放调查问卷,以了解其对使用课件教学的效果评价。结果实验组理论及操作成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05;90.6%的学生希望能使用课件学习,81.3%的学生认为使用课件能激发学习兴趣。结论多媒体课件教学在传授知识和技能方面比传统教学效果好,是一种可行的教学方法,但是多媒体课件教学不能取代教师的主导作用。     

PicSafe Medi: a clinical photography app review

Medical photographs are used in many clinical settings; however, there are significant risks associated with using the camera feature on mobile devices, namely, breaches of security. PicSafe Medi is an app that allows healthcare professionals to take clinical photographs using smart devices whilst addressing the concerns of patient confidentiality. We review the app to assess its functionality in a UK clinical setting, taking into account UK guidelines such as those offered by the General Medical Council, UK legislation, the Institute of Medical Illustrators and the Department of Health.     

A novel ENT iBook: what do junior doctors think?

Exposure to the specialty of Otolaryngology is limited. It may be consolidated by the use of an iBook as a self-study tool. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the perceptions of junior doctors on the clinical relevance of this novel educational resource. Three focus groups were formed each consisting of five junior doctors (eight female: seven male, median age 27 years). The iBook was found to be clinically relevant to the work of junior doctors, have a clear layout, with adequate interactivity and a good range of integrated multimedia elements.
